Might aswel have been invisible Sub par customer service

Very slow service. Staff spent more time talking than serving. The tables were a disgrace , every table was piled with dirty plates and cups. Not one was emptied or wiped during the time were there

I had a bacon sandwich and the bacon was barely cooked and cold never a again not to mention the price was shocking avoid the place

The staff have no go in them at all it's so sad because the drinks and food have been good . Tables all full of dirty pots must be loosing some customers when they see that entering the supermarket such a shame for tesco need people with energy in there is there actually a supervisor or manager allowing this needs firing

Struggled to find somewhere for a coffee in Rotherham centre on a Saturday morning. Tesco beamed large though so we nipped in. Just coffees and a scone but scone inedible as so dry. What a shame. So easy to get right. There's been effort to design the seating area to make it private and light but a shame when you nearly choke on a food item as it's so dry.

Food was hot, fast and good. friendly service

Waited a long time for food. Food arrived cold and not nice at all. Even my 5 year old turned her nose up at the chicken nuggets. Bacon barely cooked. Won’t be eating there again 👎🏻

Frequently ignored, really slow and inefficient service. Staff have a long face like there's been a funeral. Avoid.

Very disappointed,30 min for 2 capucino

Very disappointed on the menu is a festive choice, none of which where avaliable, so decided on chicken burger with chips, asked for sauces on the side not the burger, they came on the burger, coleslaw missing!! Wasn't given cuttlerry asked for some were given one serviette between 2 of us, I have visited in the past and been disappointed, but decided to give them another try, won't be visiting again!!!! Shocking service don't seem very organised at all

friendly accommodating staff, I like the fact its open til 7pm on weekdays and saturday, gives me ample time to stop by and catch up with my work too. I've been getting the jacket potatoes and coffees whenever I pop in haven't tried much else due to my gluten issues and I'm vegetarian- small range to choose from. But its well worth the visit even so.

Called in for a brunch whilst visiting Rotherham town centre. Poached eggs requested soft but received hard. Avocado on rustic bread was a few slices of hard avocado with firm tomatoes on brown slices packed bread. Come on Tesco mash a soft avocado and when asked for soft eggs please do it. Customer satisfaction is the name of the game

We had breakfast here after doing a little shop. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice my experience was. The coffees and fried breakfast was lovely! It wasn’t too greasy, really tasty, good quality ingredients and you got a lot for your money. It was one of the better breakfasts I’ve had in a while and I would 100% recommend.

Called in for a light lunch. Sausage and onion sandwich £3.75 was ok and the tomato and basil soup was thick and tasty with bloomer bread. The soup was a small quantity and not worth the £3.25. Coffee nice and tea strong and so ask for a pot of extra water. Tables needed to be cleared instead of the employees talking so we cleared our own table to be able to sit down. Wouldn’t call in often but twice a year is sufficient!!

Firstly its Tesco's secondly everything that can be bad is bad. Burnt food, dirty tables rude staff and expensive. Go and support your town and avoid here
