The decor is a credit to the interior designer - it is stylish, finished to a high standard, interesting and a little quirky. Lovely. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. The let down for me was the food. As a vegetarian I chose pasta with tomatoes and basil. The pasta sat limp on the plate and the tomato sauce was probably one of the worst I have had. The consistency of cold lumpy porridge - tasteless, could have been straight out of a jar or carton. A thimble of average cheese, the only taste on the plate was the two little sprigs of basil. Hugely disappointing. Not sure how the £15.00 can possibly be justified. Marks and Spencer's ready meal is far superior, a fraction of the price and acceptable as it provides what it states on the packaging. Sadly couldn't recommend and won't be rushing back. Shame really as walking in through the door it offered so much.

Went for walk round and a bit of lunch, all dog friendly, went through restaurant into back, lovely open space and ordered lunch, I had smoked haddock fish cakes which were really nice. Husband fancied a ploughmans as getting a decent ploughmans is hard to get in most places, but this was superb everything that should be there, a big 10 out of 10 it was all quality and plenty of it, lovely staff good service, definitely will be going again.

Amazing Restaurant!! The best Indian food I have ever tasted!! We have been visiting weekly gor over a year now and it is always fabulous!! Would highly recommend. Staff are also fantastic!

We have eaten here many times, the food is fabulous and the service is great, every time we visit we are really welcomed and have a great time.

This has changed a lot used to be really nice but is now a drinkers pub. Look at the fag ends littering the entrance and walk away unless you are a chain smoker.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly. Bar owner (Chris) was lovely and made everyone feel welcome. Will definitely be my new go to spot.

My husband and I called in yesterday early evening after a busy day. We were made most welcome. The staff were all polite and friendly. The food was amazing and the whole ambience an unexpected joy. I learned about Bangladesh and felt that the staff were excellent ambassadors. I'm so looking forward to going there again

Chicken tenders were better than KFC (Lauren.S) brisket was mouth watering (Paul.S) lovely woman at front of house ,we will be back soon thankyou for the food.

In my experience the food used to be excellent, however, today we orded soup and a toastie and it was terrible. The soup was warm not hot and it tasted bland. The toastie was supposed to be a cheese toastie but you could hardly see or taste the cheese. In comparison to other cafes in the area the food was below standard. We were very disappointed.

My partner really enjoyed the Chinese from here especially the sweet and sour sauce that came with the chicken balls

The Latte was just like hot milk, I couldn’t taste the coffee at all. I asked for another shot, which I was charged for, but it was still too weak. I drink a lot of latte in coffee shops but I’ve never had one this weak.

Lovely pub, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Reasonably priced, recommended.

Went for a meal out for Valentine’s Day with my husband. We had starters, mains and coffee afterwards and a nice bottle of white wine with our meal. All the food was delicious , well cocked and presented. Staff were busy but still remained attentive if we required anything. High recommend a visit.

Staying in a caravan and ordered Chinese for a change. Quick service food piping hot. Tasty and big portions. Excellent value !
