Great range of food with super quick preparation, especially if you order on premises. Sadly owners are moving on from 8 May 25, though think it will stay open.

good food,tried various cheeses offering form the menu,and not had any poor quality meals.I have used this takeaway many time.

A large extensive menu all at very reasonable prices, clean and tidy and friendly owner, no long waits for your order and all food is still nice and hot when I arrive home.

So the Mrs and I fancied a fish butty and we thought we would try the Mother Hubbards in Baildon which used to be a Websters..which by the way was amazing...We asked for our food to be told the butty came with chips..we didn't want chips but what made this experience worthy of a review was the server just shrugged her shoulders saying ' all buttys come with chips'...her whole attitude was just poor...no suggestion of why not try this or why not try that just plain eye rolling and sighing with her colleague...even suggesting this is food waste led to her saying again 'all buttys come with chips'...Nearly £18 for the privilege..we understood the staff do not make the rules or set the prices but the sheer attitude of staff was ridiculous...Train your staff in customer Service Mother Hubbards because you won't be seeing us again

Pregunté en el mostrador de admisión si tenían cremas contra la picazón y no me dijeron que me iría a casa en 20 minutos para encontrar la medicación adecuada. A su llegada, la señora que sabía quién era yo y la situación me dijo que ahora estaban llenos y no podían permitir más admisiones. Ella negó cualquier responsabilidad de mantener los terrenos seguros para los niños y fue muy indiferente a mi situación y al hecho de que un niño pequeño estaba en peligro debido a su terreno descuidado. Al final, me dejó entrar después de mi queja persistente y el área de juego era agradable. El personal definitivamente podría ser mejor en mi opinión.

Food was disgusting but the toilets were even worse.

Fine starter selection, the Prawn Puri was superb, and not oily. The main course Tandoori mix grill once again was excellent, accompanied with fresh Nan Bread , good drinks menu, nice friendly atmosphere.

Went with a friend for Sunday Lunch. Not greeted on arrival, had to find a member of staff. Was shown to our seat, advised the chef would be told we were there then just left alone. There is a bar but due to lack of staff there was nobody there. We waited for our meal for quite a while but when it did arrive it was good, hot and plenty of it. Still not had a drink and nothing offered , even though tea and coffee advertised as part of the meal. We had to call over a staff member to ask for gear drinks. The dining hall as a whole is very old, and yes, it’s an old hall , but it did lack an atmosphere and rather shabby. There seemed to be only 3 staff working so everything was very slow. Another table was overheard saying it felt like school dinners! Even though the food was lovely it didn’t feel like a restaurant, which was very disappointing.

Very disappointing food. It's difficult to believe that there is a chef in the kitchen. Everything we had, I could have cooked far better myself. The duck was far from crispy as advertised. It was drowning in gravy liquid with undissolved granules on the plate. The risotto was bland and sloppy. The chips were soft and the oil must have been old because they had that certain taste. We asked for no butter in one of the meals and it seemed very difficult to organise. The place, although cosy and clean, lacked the quality that the menu promised and is something in-between overpriced pub grub and school dinner. On the plus side .. the bar and waiting staff were super friendly and very apologetic. They took on the feedback. They graciously took the worst of our meals off the bill which was much appreciated. The wine we ordered was lovely. I really hope they switch their chef. The menu is promising.. the hotel is lovely and the staff so friendly. It's a pity the food isn't up to scratch as it would have made our experience at the hotel perfect.
