Manager walked in in front of me and let the door swing in my face. He then did the same with the second door, I shouted a sarcastic thanks in his direction and he shouted something abusive back! Charming. I about turned and decided to get food elsewhere.

Missed off two burgers and two fries from our order. Really poor! Received a £10 refund within 48 hours. That was good but it didn't help the two people that didn't get their meals on the day.

Had to wait ages and finally got the meal and the order was wrong. Everyone having issues with orders. When I had to take my meal back because they hadn’t put the extra fillet in my rice box, they didn’t offer an apology. It took 40 minutes to get my meal. The communication is terrible as well.

Order was booked at 2047 with time of arrival 2115 - said driver was on way so looked at tracker. He was outside someone house for 5 minutes at least then drove back to kfc guessing with my food before coming to my home at 2145 with stone cold food.

Shocking me and my girlfriend got a takeaway from kfc and my girlfriend dident even get half her meal. And not the firsth time. We love kfc but delivery is abysmal. Food cold. Well with what we got. Absolutely shocking now. Both still hungry with less than half than we got now.

Food was cold, chicken was overcooked and chewy, part of order was missing, drinks were wrong, sauces were also wrong, driver was rude when he phoned (Didn’t even say who he was, just immediately said “where are you?”). Driver also ignored specific delivery instructions and drove past the house 3 times, including over the phone where we directed him. Ordered food at 6pm from store 11 minutes away and did not arrive until 7:15pm. Will not be ordering again.

Parts of the order missing. Rude, impolite staff that can barely string a sentence together and clearly aren't interested in repeat custom. Ended up throwing the food in the bin.

Although the order was late it was super fresh, piping hot and very tasty so was worth the wait. I was a bit dubious about ordering given the bad reviews but I’m glad I did.

Driver was unpleasant when delivering, rude and aggressive when my girls didn’t know about the delivery code. My neighbour overheard him and went out of her way to tell me how nasty he was because the girls seemed upset.

Food did not come as asked. Came with sauce and salad when specially told not to put any on.

We got gravy and corn on cob but it didn’t come with the Oder

Wrong drink. Ordered tango and got Pepsi max. Didn’t get the 4 dips with the boneless bucket just got 2 portions of tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Other than that the food was good

ordered a 4 piece boneless meal and got 4 spicy wings instead. not the first time they've sent whatever they feel rather than what you're paid for and there response is always take it up with just eat. strongly advise against the Baildon branch
