Food missing from order. Incorrect sides tried phoning but no one answered and unable to leave message. Very disappointing

Not for the 1st time a KFC fail to get an order correct at drive through. 1 whole meal missing. Check your order before driving away.

Absolutely horrific. My little boy was so looking forward to to his takeaway. It took so long I has to feed him in a restaurant that cost me an additional £40.

order the triple bucket... it should have come with x4 portions of chips. They delivered ZERO portions of chip! so for a price of 34quid I got chicken and gravy and x1 bottle pop. and they had run out of large beans so gave a slaw. which I don't like. How can they forget ALL x4 chips! And can never reach them via phone. Everytime I order from. this Baildon KFC they ALWAYS forget something!!

Food OK but had to wait 10 minutes for it. Not very generous with chicken portions or sauces. Been to better KFCs.

I called in here for a quick lunch staff were ignorant all chatting amongst themselves ignoring customers I got the box meal bit into a hot wing crispy outside tasted strange inside it was pink I discarded it and eat the prices of chicken drink etc through night woke up shivering feeling ill for the next 8 days I was off work weak didn't eat for 7 days lost a stone and half I'm self employed so 1000s in work cancelled doctors finally got my results back campylobacter from uncooked poultry I got a letter of council about as doctors informed them so hopefully they get a visit need shutting down

want a big order and £32.42 for 2 large popcorn chicken 2 grsvys and sweet chilli byes and a mini fillet burger which was missing very poor service and very expensive

Never got my delivery and the driver was arguing with me on the phone, tried to phone him back after he put the phone down on me and think he blocked my number!

order was incomplete was missing pop corn chicken, 2 corn on the cobs and large beans (supplied 4 tubs of gravy not what we wanted) took for ever to arrive they kept adding time to the order. what was 40mins turned in to 1hour 30. we did get a partial refund.

no matter how many times i ask for no mayo because i cant eat mayo i still receive my order incorrect. other than that everything was fine.

KAN'T FOOKIN COOK chicken!! Worst KFC I've ever had! Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket, the chicken tasted foul and like a dirty chip pan so couldn't eat it. £5 refund offered (basically paid £13.99 for 4 cold fries). No doubt this will get a insincere response hoping I'll give them another go! Absolutely not!!

Ok so I put a claim in as from the meal I ordered, the fries were missing which I stated on my complaint when I received my order. To then get an email over 24hrs later to say we need more information as to what was missing. Are you taking the proverbial? Now I can't claim as it's over the 24hr period. I'm done with Just Eat and will be moving on.

Fillet tower burger chicken was like rubber- couldn’t chew it, could have bounced it off the wall! Has this numerous times before from Baildon restaurant, but never from any other- won’t be giving them another chance

Poor. 45 minutes late which is understandable, but the food was cold. Also a 4 piece meal also came as a 3 piece. Unfortunately we won’t be using again

I ordered before 7pm and it arrived after 9pm. The delivery time kept on getting later in incremental increases of 10 minutes whilst being told it was in preparation and couldn’t cancel. Not happy with the service.

Sides missing, popcorn chicken missing, wrong drink sent. How is it so difficult to follow an order!

Ordered just after 8pm and didn’t arrive until 10pm!! Cold fries, chicken soggy and only just warm and sides were both lukewarm as well. Worst KFC I’ve ever had delivered. I understand a small delay but ridiculous waiting time. No option on the order to cancel either as we tried several times due to the wait! Terrible.

Driver was wandering up and down the street, couldn’t find my address. I could see him on the house cam but he was having difficulty understanding my directions. Needs a decent satnav.

Ordered for pick up. Was still a bit of a wait for the food. The pieces of chicken I got were very small. No thigh piece either.

Food looked and tasted like it was cooked 3 days before hand. The lady couldn't understand me even when I was speaking very clearly yet still somehow managed to mess my whole order up. Was up here working away, hopefully I don't have to work up this way again

forgot half my order unfortunately just eat doesn't allow you to get it rectified and just offered a refund, which means I need to sort more food out what a joke. on to the food that arrived. chicken burgers were dry and tasteless. such a dissappintment won't be back.

Only ordered for the kids and they completely missed off their meals, and one of our burgers was an absolute shocking quality, extremely dry and hard. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I was hoping to setting a very tired 5 year old after a very long day… and they’ve just completely missed her food 🤦🏼‍♀️ so as anyone could imagine, I’m not best pleased… especially after paying just short of £50 for tea!!

Got to be the worst KFC in bradford. Oily, greasy and tastes like old oil. Can’t even taste the chicken. The burger buns were soaked in oil from the fried chicken, dark in colour. Honestly it seems like this franchise doesn’t change their oil. Even the fries were sticky and greasy. Not the first time, so not a one time thing. Unfortunately when ordering on ubereats doesn’t show you which franchise it is and twice got it from this baildon store, never again. Genuinely gross, I would avoid at all cost.

Missing fries for 2 meals the amount of money you pay for service and delivery. Order should be right. If it is wrong it should be delivered again.

Slow and clueless staff that get your order wrong 50% of the time, everyone working here seems to have checked out.

I did not recieve my Pepsi max bottle. Please can I be refunded for that and for the inconvenience. Got a feeling the driver may of taken it as he said my drink was inside the bag. ( I thought they were cans so I believed him) When checking my order it says a bottle and it was very obvious a bottle was not inside the bag. My order was also cold so I had to rewarm it all.

Disappointing the ultimate burger was anything but. Very tiny and not worth the money. The extras each £2.49 are also very expensive for what you receive. The sweetcorn was tasteless and looked like it had been steamed or boiled for hours. The chips didn’t arrive. Won’t order again and still can’t believe the total price.

Ordered the food and within no time I had a notification on my phone that the food is about to arrive. There were no missing items and came piping hot

chicken was really cold and overseasoned and had burnt edges. chips were also stone cold as we the pop corn chicken. there is something wrong with the BBQ sauces as of recent orders i think they may be out of date or expired as its always very liquidy and smells different to normal.

Very disappointed as my order was not complete...it was missing my drink...this is the second time as Last time was missing my gravy...when I contacted KFC at Baildon they said they will not come back with my missing Tango orange..this is not good enough in my opinion...very disappointed with their service as I'm now owed a gravy and a tango orange....thinking of not ever ordering from KFC again...bad service....
