KAN'T FOOKIN COOK chicken!! Worst KFC I've ever had! Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket, the chicken tasted foul and like a dirty chip pan so couldn't eat it. £5 refund offered (basically paid £13.99 for 4 cold fries). No doubt this will get a insincere response hoping I'll give them another go! Absolutely not!!

The food is always nice from here,but it was extra nice tonight,lovely and hot,correctly put together and delivered quickly xx

Fillet tower burger chicken was like rubber- couldn’t chew it, could have bounced it off the wall! Has this numerous times before from Baildon restaurant, but never from any other- won’t be giving them another chance

Ok so I put a claim in as from the meal I ordered, the fries were missing which I stated on my complaint when I received my order. To then get an email over 24hrs later to say we need more information as to what was missing. Are you taking the proverbial? Now I can't claim as it's over the 24hr period. I'm done with Just Eat and will be moving on.

Poor. 45 minutes late which is understandable, but the food was cold. Also a 4 piece meal also came as a 3 piece. Unfortunately we won’t be using again

I ordered before 7pm and it arrived after 9pm. The delivery time kept on getting later in incremental increases of 10 minutes whilst being told it was in preparation and couldn’t cancel. Not happy with the service.

Order was incorrect and when called branch to solve the issue nobody is picking up phone. Called few times. Very unprofessional.

Ordered just after 8pm and didn’t arrive until 10pm!! Cold fries, chicken soggy and only just warm and sides were both lukewarm as well. Worst KFC I’ve ever had delivered. I understand a small delay but ridiculous waiting time. No option on the order to cancel either as we tried several times due to the wait! Terrible.

Driver was wandering up and down the street, couldn’t find my address. I could see him on the house cam but he was having difficulty understanding my directions. Needs a decent satnav.

Ordered for pick up. Was still a bit of a wait for the food. The pieces of chicken I got were very small. No thigh piece either.

Food looked and tasted like it was cooked 3 days before hand. The lady couldn't understand me even when I was speaking very clearly yet still somehow managed to mess my whole order up. Was up here working away, hopefully I don't have to work up this way again

Only ordered for the kids and they completely missed off their meals, and one of our burgers was an absolute shocking quality, extremely dry and hard. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I was hoping to setting a very tired 5 year old after a very long day… and they’ve just completely missed her food 🤦🏼‍♀️ so as anyone could imagine, I’m not best pleased… especially after paying just short of £50 for tea!!

Got to be the worst KFC in bradford. Oily, greasy and tastes like old oil. Can’t even taste the chicken. The burger buns were soaked in oil from the fried chicken, dark in colour. Honestly it seems like this franchise doesn’t change their oil. Even the fries were sticky and greasy. Not the first time, so not a one time thing. Unfortunately when ordering on ubereats doesn’t show you which franchise it is and twice got it from this baildon store, never again. Genuinely gross, I would avoid at all cost.

Missing fries for 2 meals the amount of money you pay for service and delivery. Order should be right. If it is wrong it should be delivered again.

Slow and clueless staff that get your order wrong 50% of the time, everyone working here seems to have checked out.

I did not recieve my Pepsi max bottle. Please can I be refunded for that and for the inconvenience. Got a feeling the driver may of taken it as he said my drink was inside the bag. ( I thought they were cans so I believed him) When checking my order it says a bottle and it was very obvious a bottle was not inside the bag. My order was also cold so I had to rewarm it all.

Disappointing the ultimate burger was anything but. Very tiny and not worth the money. The extras each £2.49 are also very expensive for what you receive. The sweetcorn was tasteless and looked like it had been steamed or boiled for hours. The chips didn’t arrive. Won’t order again and still can’t believe the total price.

chicken was really cold and overseasoned and had burnt edges. chips were also stone cold as we the pop corn chicken. there is something wrong with the BBQ sauces as of recent orders i think they may be out of date or expired as its always very liquidy and smells different to normal.

Ordered the food and within no time I had a notification on my phone that the food is about to arrive. There were no missing items and came piping hot

Very disappointed as my order was not complete...it was missing my drink...this is the second time as Last time was missing my gravy...when I contacted KFC at Baildon they said they will not come back with my missing Tango orange..this is not good enough in my opinion...very disappointed with their service as I'm now owed a gravy and a tango orange....thinking of not ever ordering from KFC again...bad service....

Food ordered and time of order was 16.00. Food arrived at 17.08. And absolutely stone cold. Thrown away as I'm not prepared to reheat cooked then cold fired chicken for food hygiene reasons.

We were visiting Shipley on Bank Holiday Monday and decided on a treat for supper and thought a KFC would be the thing. We have had KFC before, though not often, and never by the drive through. How we wish we hadn't bothered 😭😞😞. We couldn't question the service, though given it's a drive through why would you?, the food however is another thing altogether. We got 5 pieces of chicken, turned out to be 1 thigh, 2 drummers and 2 wings. The drummers were obviously off an anorexic chicken, and the wings can't ever have flapped, the chicken meat was cooked, but that has to be a given so no stars there. The coating, that was a joke, soggy, lacking in taste. The fries must have been either warmed up or kept warm, soggy, lifeless. We will definitely not visit this establishment again, and most likely not another KFC anywhere again, 😞 There really should be a no star review option because I would have selected that one.

Absolute rubbish, tiny bits of chicken , old dried up hot wings left on warmer for hours, overcooked fries. Ask staff to change and were unhelpful and obstructive, said its oils fault and pieces mixed so all ok. All bits tiny, Food sent back for refund. Never again

Worse kfc I’ve ever had. It was like everything had just been warmed up from earlier and the chips tasted bad and were all scabby like they just pulled them out of bin and recooked them. Infact I didn’t bother eating the chips they went in the bin. Even a dog would turn its nose up at that food. Definitely not worth the money I paid

Once again, the whole order is incorrect. Putting food in a bag is clearly just too difficult for the staff here. Don’t waste your time. Now I have a 48 hour wait for an investigation, no way to contact them directly. Sat with no food and £25 out of pocket. Absolute shambles.

I'm proud of the community that this KFC is located in and it's sad that I can't big up my favourite chicken place... don't get me wrong, it is a great location..clean, spacious and capable of seating plenty, however... there are communication issues which can become uncomfortable, there are times when I was feeling annoyed because I had been waiting for almost 20minutes...20 minutes for a mini wrap and a mini fillet burger is totally unacceptable... it's a bit of a gamble and it depends upon which staff are there...if it's one that is capable of getting your order that is the perfect temperature and has literally just left the grill, and can converse in English..it's one of the best I have been to in over 30 years... keep your fingers crossed for a perfect winner of a chicken dinner.. I haven't been here and spent my own money since my first review but I do go when my friend wants a mini wrap.. the service is unacceptable and certainly shouldn't be classed as fast food because it really isn't.. maybe a snail would be happy and would think it was fast, however, for anyone wanting a good experience it would be better if they chose somewhere different.. the online orders are the priority but it seems that the training given here isn't providing the staff with the basics of fast food service.. really disappointing for such a huge company..

I’m a big fan of KFC and usually love the food. It pains me to write this but feel I need to in the hopes that maybe it can be resolved. Over the past few months I have succumbed to food poisoning. I thought it was from random events but have managed to narrow it down to KFC, specifically from this location. I can go a week of normal food and I’m fine but a day after having chicken from here I find myself sweating on the toilet feeling very unwell (wasn’t apparent at first what the cause was). I don’t know if other people have had the same but I think management should do a check of the food stored/cooked because this isn’t a one off instance. It only makes sense now based off the timings of eating and sickness. This isn’t a dig a the staff but more of a hygiene and prep check. I would assume this is already done but something is definitely not right as I’ve never experienced this from any other KFC location.

First off, it took a very long time to get the food prepared. I understand its a Friday and probably very busy but come on. When the food arrived it was quite cold too and the Pepsi seemed warm. In my experience the food is supposed to be the warm part of the meal.
