We only found this place two days ago and have been back again today. The food is delicious and very cheap without any compromise on quality. The staff are lovely and the place is spotless. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We love it here. We come here every week with our (feral) children in tow and enjoy a hot drink. Always happy staff and quick, efficient service. Store is always very looked after clean and plenty of products on the shelves. Cakes are always fresh and batista made drinks are absolutely excellent. Thank you for having us x

Awful! The disabled parking space is the most unfriendly parking space I’ve ever come across.The eating area was so dark with music far too loud. The service was slow it took 20 mins for 8 drinks and over an hour for the food to come! When it finally arrived it was cold and didn’t taste amazing. We will not be going back and would not recommend

I visited the Pizza Hut branch with my family a total of eight people including children. Upon arrival, a staff member asked if we had a reservation. I replied that we didn’t. She went to check with the manager and came back saying we couldn’t be seated without a reservation. I tried to explain to her that we wouldn’t take long, especially since I could clearly see many empty tables. Suddenly, another staff member I’m not sure if she was the manager or not interrupted in a loud and very rude manner. Her reaction was unprofessional, inappropriate, and quite shocking, as if I wasn’t even allowed to speak. This experience was extremely upsetting, especially in front of my children. It felt like we were unwelcome for reasons beyond just the lack of a reservation. Very disappointing behavior that reflects poor customer service and a lack of respect for others.

I booked my second stay for last March. It was a business trip. Not much wrong with the rooms, besides the fact that the AC is a bit loud. The problem I’ve been having is that as it was a business trip, my company asks for an invoice, which I never received after booking it. So I tried email the team, never got a reply. I called reception two days ago, someone picked up the phone straight away, got all my details, confirmed my emails and said they were going to forward it to me. However it has never arrived to my emails. Now, I’ve been trying to call them, did more than 15 times in the last two days, and nobody ever picks up. How can a hotel reception in two days never picked up a single phone call?

No justification for the cost at all. Honestly, Scandalous! Food is fine, but absolutely not worth what you paid for it. I noticed a reply has come stating that the food is premium. Maybe it does cost a little more but again there is no justification. There is a very high profit margin on this and it can’t be disguised however you want to try. It is overpriced.
