sent us the wrong order then didn't answer the phone food delivered not anything we would eat so all went in the bin.

I couldn’t eat it all as I was late for work . The food is lovely from here but being late spoilt the enjoyment of the meal .

Overall the food was… pretty stale. The crispy shredded beef tasted dry and not what expected comparing to other experiences of this dish. Spare ribs were also pretty dry. Same for the prawn crackers, everything just tasted a bit old.. disappointing as ordered from here before and really enjoyed it. Hopefully this was a fluke.. despite a £50 order I think I’ll be hungry again soon as didn’t finish anything..

I never received the bbq ribs , very disappointed with that. It took ages to get the food then to find out an item was missing was disappointing. The food we did get was very nice but when you order items you expect to get them.

1st time of ordering and think this will be our 'new' takeaway as we all loved the taste, size and quality of the meals. A little bit dearer than our normal go to, however I don't mind paying the extra couple of pounds if it tastes like this.

Best Chinese in Telford, my only negative comment would be the pancake wraps for very fragile and fall apart

ordered at just gone 6pm original delivery time came and went, tried calling no answer, clicked on just eat to complain and delivery time changed. order still didn't arrive yet they said it was delivered. Finally got through on the phone to be told it's still in the kitchen and we could have some free stuff. The order would be another 30 minutes. Guess what, an hour later and still no food but they have told just eat we had the food and the free items so just eat won't refund.

Ordered from here for years. It’s slowly gone down but last nights was just awful, chips looked and tasted like they’d been cooked- gone cold and cooked again numerous times, beef curry sauce was like water and all the beef was clumped together! And the rice well, ever tasted rubber? Me neither until that rice hit my mouth.

Great food, the salt and pepper chicken wings were phenomenal!

For is amazing and I’m sure it was only late because of the weather.

Absolutely appalling service. The staff, particularly the woman handling phone orders, is shockingly rude and arrogant. Our order was completely mishandled, with the delivery driver giving our food to someone else. After waiting over an hour for a resolution, we were met with defensiveness and blatant disrespect instead of an apology. Rather than addressing their incompetence, they doubled down, making excuses for their delivery driver’s failure to deliver to the correct address. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy terrible service and being treated poorly!

Asked for no gravy, but got it, with the chicken could not eat it as do not like it

ordered at 6.00. the guide time was 40 to 60 minutes. at 7.10 I had a message saying the order was late and that it would be with me between 7.20 and 7.40. at 7.35 I had a message saying the driver was on his way. at 8.00 it hadn't arrived. I asked for an update. they apologised and said the order would be here at 8.05 (2 hours and 5 minutes after I ordered!). the food turned up at 8.20. burned and dry. I asked for a refund. Still nothing. have used these for years but not any more

awful, waited 2 hours for our food. the chow mein had processed meat, not sure if it was spam in there. chips and chicken balls burnt. sweet and sour and curry sauce was nice tho

The majority of the food was excellent but the mixed vegetables were poor.

First time ordering from here and wont be ordering again although they read the delivery notes and big portions it just wasnt great. Chips tasted reheated and rice had a weird taste. Chicken balls and the sauces were all we could eat. Its a thumbs 👎

Delivery was half hour late. Not happy!

After waiting over 1hour an half we called to be told it will be on its way, 2hours later nothing! called again to be told they would remake the food an send out, (where the hell did it go)when asked for compensation was told £5 off the next meal ! REALLY! Waited a further 45mins food arrived an not even complimentary prawn crackers! Ordered at 6pm didn't arrive until 8:45pm. Poor service an lack of customer service such a shame.

Fantastic. Good large portions and meat sizes are big. Food is packed tightly into containers not half filled like usual places. Piping hot on delivery and service time is incredible. Tastes amazing looks amazing smells amazing just lush

We have purchased food from so many Telford Chinese Takeaways on recommendation and almost always been disappointed, we used this Takeaway for years before the owners closed the business, recently we have had food from here and can THOROUGHLY recommend the food. Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic, hot full of flavour and decent prices, we have tried 2 different dishes and would say if you like authentic rich sauce with in our case chicken give this place a try, you wont be disappointed.

Very rude woman on the phone, phoned to tell me that they couldn’t do the won tons in chicken and it had to be prawn or I’d have to pick different options. Woman wasn’t very clear on the phone and was speaking too quickly and so I didn’t understand what options she’d given me and I asked her just to remove the won tons from the order and I’ll have the rest of the order instead. Then she said “I’ve cancelled your order, bye” and put the phone down and was extremely rude. I phoned back to ask why it’d been cancelled and she said “Well, you cancelled it?” I explained I didn’t and that I’d only asked for an item to be removed and I still wanted the rest of my order and she said it was too late because she’d cancelled it through Uber eats and I’d have to reorder if that was the case, I took my custom somewhere else. Disgusting attitude on the phone.
