Always great food from my local chippy. Very rarely wait more than 30 minutes for delivery. Less than 15 minutes for this one. Onion rings not as great as normal, but won't stop me ordering again. merry xmas

Second time in a row they have got my order wrong! I just asked for a simple mint yoghurt sauce but instead there is strong plain mint sauce all over my chicken donner and chips which has ruined my evening meal considering they’re closed too! I mean it’s common sense who would want mint sauce on chicken donner and chips? Or atleast double check if your unsure They also last time got my order wrong too! I used to love this place but recent staff lets It down! Also the red tikka meat has a lot of hard rubbery parts in in too which means they must’ve changed supplier using cheaper meat Won’t be using you guys again

I’ve ordered from the big blue for over a year now! Always nice food and always quick delivery! There also very quick at helping if any problem should arise! Lovely staff.

lrg fish and no salad on the kebab, fully aware that things go wrong from time to time so called the shop for them to rectify, got passed for person to person when finally the 3rd person said they would get a refund organised by end of business. This didn't happen so had to create a claim with just eat. very disappointed

Once again order was wrong how hard is it to read the order before doing it and checking before sending out not the 1st time.

The driver got lost, but instead of calling me for directions he kept driving up n down and eventually got out to try to find me, he didn’t call as he couldn’t understand English, my food was cold so had to heat it up in the oven, usually very good service from Big Blu but on this occasion the driver let them down badly

Sorry guys not a gd review this time burger over cooked sausage realy dark hard skin over cooked asked for fresh cut kebab meat was hard skin on it pie top was rock hard fish cake was near enough black asked for mint yogurt garlic mayo and chilli sauce on chicken meat and chips got tinny bit garlic mayo loads chilli sauce and no yogurt. Sorry guys Had another one yesterday there was more salad on kebab than meat no sauce and not very hot

Ordered through the app asked for a bbq meat feast and the app asked me to add extra topping for an extra fee did not want those but ended up with no toppings just cheese and bbq. Called up and they said the app is nothing to do with them even though their brand is all over the app. Shall never use again as the app is rubbish and the customer service not good.

Pretty disappointed tonight. We've lived in the area for nearly 2 years and this place was brilliant. We got a meal a few weeks back and were disappointed with the portion size vs price but we decided to give the benefit of the doubt so went back again tonight. Portions are easily half what they were a year ago and I got charged for chilli sauce even though you should get two free with the mixed meat naan. Very little meat and lettuce mainly just the hearts. Don't think we'll bother hoping for third time lucky unfortunately. The chips are nice, but the naan is stodgy and it feels poor value now unfortunately.

Delivery was late by over half an hour do think that’s due to a Saturday and the football being on but should update estimated delivery times or at least let you know it’s going to be later than expected but once here the food was amazing.

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.... NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL AND THE LITTLE FOOD YOU DO GET IS BLAND AND LUKEWARM. PORTION SIZE HERE IS ACTUALLY LAUGHABLE. CLEARLY ALL ABOUT PROFIT THAN ANYTHING ELSE. EVERY TIME WE VISIT THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG... EITHER THEY'RE TRYING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF WHAT YOU'VE ACTUALLY PAID FOR OR THEY GIVE YOU THE BARE MINIMUM PORTION SIZE. THEIR LARGEST CHIPS (REGULAR) IS A SMALL TRAY AND ITS LEVELLED OFF SO YOU DON'T GET MANY. AND TODAY THEY TRIED TO FOB US OFF WITH A 12INCH PIZZA WHEN WE ORDERED THEIR 16INCH ONE. WALKING BACK IN THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD DONE WITHOUT EVEN SAYING ANYTHING. OBVIOUSLY THOUGHT THEY'D SEE IF THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH IT. DON'T ORDER THEIR MIXED MEAT EITHER. RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED FOR THE SMALLEST TUB (SMALL COMES IN A BURGER BOX AND THEIR LARGE COMES IN A SMALL TRAY) NOT EVEN FULL EITHER. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.... WE WILL BE NOW AS WE'RE FED UP OF BEING ROBBED! PLUS IT WAS ALL COLD! Pictures added are of the portion sizes.... No chips were removed from their largest tray. You practically got the same amount of chips in the child's meal. AGAIN ID AVOID.... DONT SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU'RE HAPPY WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND GIVEN BLAND LUKEWARM FOOD!
