Ordered regular fish, small chips and a all fish box. Was very disappointed with the fish the batter was hard and the fish was so dry.

Can’t fault the big blue really good kebabs , good pieces of chicken not like others where they are little bits ,,, just a pity the prices have gone up on everything so I won’t be ordering as often

Today was the first time I’ve ordered from here as me and my partner fancied a change from our usual.. can with great confidence saying this will now be our go to! Best chippy I’ve had in a very long time. All delivered to the door still hot and with a smile! Couldn’t recommend more 10/10

Had naan large kebab n was not very large most parts of it cold but good flavour just disappointed with quantity n how cold it was. The actual naan bread was cold n should be warn n spongy

Wow having been going to the big blue for over 20 years this experience was very disappointing, there was nothing wrong with the food regarding taste but the large fish & chips was very disappointing, the fish was very small and if your paying £10:99 your expecting a decent sized fish,this review will mean nothing to the owners and people will still flock there but silver fish 5 mins to the road ay last give you a portion which is value for money...such a shame they only think of profits

Have been going to this chippy for almost 3 years now and absolutely love them. never had a bad meal from there yet only recently started ordering online as before would walk there. great group of people who dont faff about. always arrives super fast while still piping hot and tasting amazing as always

Fantastic as usual just pineapple fritter could of been a little more golden as was quite pale.

the chips, peas and gravy were nice, but I was disappointed with my steak and kidney pie just being brown mush and nothing recognisable as steak or kidney, plus the pie was cold

Fantastic chip shop — nice food & always on time or even better “early”.

Eevrything was fine but we had to reheat the whole lot in the oven for 10-15 min...just wasnt delivered hot enough. So disappointing.

Everything I've tried is very good, but the pizza is the best in Telford. Keep it up!

Always great food from my local chippy. Very rarely wait more than 30 minutes for delivery. Less than 15 minutes for this one. Onion rings not as great as normal, but won't stop me ordering again. merry xmas

I’ve ordered from the big blue for over a year now! Always nice food and always quick delivery! There also very quick at helping if any problem should arise! Lovely staff.

Second time in a row they have got my order wrong! I just asked for a simple mint yoghurt sauce but instead there is strong plain mint sauce all over my chicken donner and chips which has ruined my evening meal considering they’re closed too! I mean it’s common sense who would want mint sauce on chicken donner and chips? Or atleast double check if your unsure They also last time got my order wrong too! I used to love this place but recent staff lets It down! Also the red tikka meat has a lot of hard rubbery parts in in too which means they must’ve changed supplier using cheaper meat Won’t be using you guys again

Ordered x5 fish and chips & they completely got my order wrong. They have a bunch of 16s years old working there who don’t listen! Missed my curry sauce & gravy after they said it’s in the bag! Rang them & they said 1 hour on the delivery! Stupid service

wasn't overly impressed with it to be honest, pizza is always spot on but this one not on my hit list in future

lrg fish and no salad on the kebab, fully aware that things go wrong from time to time so called the shop for them to rectify, got passed for person to person when finally the 3rd person said they would get a refund organised by end of business. This didn't happen so had to create a claim with just eat. very disappointed

Once again order was wrong how hard is it to read the order before doing it and checking before sending out not the 1st time.
