Great customer service from the driver!

Had an issue with the pizzas but they sorted that out for us straight away and made it right for us, the manager was super helpful! And the food was amazing

I've been eating at this Pizza Hut for many, many, MANY years and I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always 10/10 and it's the staff that make the experience a hit or a miss.

We sometimes bring a big group of about 15 of us after a group activity and this restaurant is always helpful in accommodating us. Food is great and has never disappointed, however I really felt compelled to write a review after the service we have received on multiple occasions from Tyler. It’s truly refreshing to encounter someone who is so friendly, helpful and takes their job seriously and does it well to ensure customers have a great time. He is an absolute gem. He is proactive in assisting our group whenever we are there to ensure we have the best time and truly deserves some recognition of his fantastic attitude and service.

Tyler was a ver good server and gave good insight on some of the menu options

The pizzas look quite small, but beware, they are deceivingly filling. Clean, tidy, helpful staff.

Old and dated building and interior. The service is okay but you have to do everything by the app. Has the appearance of a fast food restaurant but the price of a regular one.

Visited here at lunchtime yesterday. Had a reservation for 1pm, arrived 15 minutes late (cut off time for holding tables) but the lady front of house was really helpful and said it was fine-I think she was the manager. She showed us to our table and explained about paying online, I said I had a voucher so she asked which one it was and then said we would have to order with a server and to be patient as they were busy. Was only a short wait which was a nice surprise and then plates, bowls and glasses were brought to our table. Salad bar constantly being topped up, lots of choices of pizza on the buffet, fresh and tasted good-always being replenished frequently due to the flow of customers. Looking forward to our next visit.

A pleasure to go to the Telford Pizza Hut restaurantto enjoy a half-term buffet with my son, who ate for only £2! The staff were friendly, in particular, Tyler, who was a delight to deal with. Tyler helped me with the booking online, was attentive and a pleasure to see, as he warmly welcomed everyone and ran around ensuring everywhere was clean and well represented. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!

Had a little problem with the code number and Language Barrier, but got there eventually.

Lunchtime buffet £9.99. no brainer.

I don't tend to give 5*s but... The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I went here 2nd Feb for lunch with my family as we were out this way and I don't regret it. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a smile always. Literally can't fault it. Hope the staff see this 👏🏼👏🏼 thanks all!

Excellent service, the young waiter and the blonde lady were amazing with a birthday party for 13 children! All the kids had a lovely time, service was polite and friendly. The young waiter is a credit to your team, attentive and hard working! Thank you both!

Really good for takeaway gluten free pizza

We came for dinner, firstly the app wasn’t accepting our discount code but the staff behind the counter sorted that out without a fuss. Then three of the four pizzas arrived promptly. The forth was mysteriously aloof. After two visits to check on the missing pizza it arrived with lots of apologies. We accept that mistakes can happen and can only praise the manager and the staff for the way in which the situation was dealt with. We did not complain, we didn’t need to, the mistake was dealt with more than satisfactory. Can recommend this outlet for the customer service.

We decided to come here after a few hours of Christmas shopping. I asked the staff, multiple times, if there was any way they could validate my parking as I would run over the 3 hours allowed. They said yes, asked for my registration, and said they would take care of it. When leaving, I double checked with the staff if my car registration was logged to avoid a fine, yes I was told. 2 weeks later, I get a fine. Thanks Telford Pizza Hut! If it wasn't possible to log my car onto the system, then I would have not dined there. Really puts a dampner on things when you're blatently lied to.

We went as a group for my grandson's birthday party, we had a great time,the staff were amazing. Food was lovely,definitely recommend this restaurant.

Absolute joke of a delivery system I ordered directly through pizza hut they then passed it on to uber eats and it never arrived outrageous this isn't the first time I have attempted to order from them either I will not be trying a third time 0 stars

Came here at about 2:30 with my partner and it was great. Perfect portion sizes, all the food was served at the perfect temperature, and the prices are great. The girl who served us was super lovely also. Definitely recommend

The restaurant was prediminantly free of kids as it was a school day so had a very chilled out vibe and the buffet was delicious!

Lots of things.The buffet was good (good variety) and the staff were excellent. As mentioned before the staff make the restaurant with visiting if I wanted a pizza I can order it from anywhere but because of the staff I choose to come into the restaurant.

Table booked for 14:00 family of six. arrived to tuck into the buffet. There was four pizzas (not whole) salad bar running low at best. potato salad, crutones, chilli, coleslaw, tomatoes. completey empty. Between 14:15 and 14:50 they brought out two overcooked pizzas ! i asked staff twice for food pionting out the fact we had little choice. " Sorry we have no staff " I wanted to walk out however family pressure prevented us. So we paid just under £75.00 to please my Mum and left. We then ordered pizza from a rival firm company with no issues. We shall not being visiting Pizza hut in Scotland again.

Ordered over an hour ago delivery being stated it should have been here between 5.50 and 6.05 keep calling to see where the food is and no one is answering or if they are they hang up straight away, this has been ordered as a treat and I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication I have received, really hope once the food finally arrives it’s actually as we’ve ordered.

Nice and friendly staff, try to get the deals and save some money

I haven't been since the pandemic so decided to go back the other day and it seems they've now got QR codes to access a website to order your food. They do still let you order via staff if you want to, but you're heavily encouraged to order via the app. Your food is brought to your table as normal. Although what baffles me, is that the app asks you for a tip! For what? I don't even give my order to a person anymore. I'm doing some of the work, where's my tip? Rant aside, the food is still pretty good, and the refillable drinks are great as usual, letting you come up with all sorts of weird flavour concoctions. Didn't get any desserts, but deep pan is still deep pan, and not just a new name for standard crust as Domino's seem to be doing lately.

Right first off the 1 star rating is purely on the idiot who decided it was best to pay by QR code!! I went to this restaurant sunday eith my family around 12 download the card because normal payment isnt accepted for some reason i ended up downloading a QR code and got scammed so far £16 ive had to ring the bank up and cancel my bank card thank you very much guys good job it was only that amount my eife and kids were wanting to go to the pub but i stupidly insisted going there never again unless they start taking cash or normal card payments

Had lunch on Sun and everything was good. A special shout for Akira who was serving us, she was absolutely fantastic, polite and always with a smile.

The ordering was good, staff were very polite and helpful. They understood my needs very well.

Food was great, wasn't too busy and crowded and it was nice and clean. Staff didn't seem rushed but instead looked happy.

My partner and I, had a lovely meal tonight between about 7:30 - 8:30. Our waiter was excellent, he was very well spoken, helpful and extremely friendly and polite.

Friendly service. Very good salad and good pizza with delicious "handcrafted thin sourdough base".

The food was really nice and arrived quickly and the desserts looked excellent and tasted even better. The manage Tyler greeted us at the door and Christiana our server looked after us all evening and was exceptional.

The food came in great timing and tasted lovely. The salad bar was topped up and looked fresh and our desserts were prepared nicely and ready after we had eaten. The service was excellent and very welcoming staff, a great welcome from Tyler at the door. Christiana was incredibly friendly and always offered a smile, she was great when serving us and met all the needs of the table.

Waited over an hour for the food not to arrive

As always excellent service, excellent food and great value for money. Definitely recommend it, my son loves to go here and have a slice of various pizzas with salad and Ice cream.

The food from pizza hut is not for me.

I was served by a lovely lady, Christiana I believe her name was, i was blown away by the service and kindness I experienced while dining, 10/10 would dine again and I wish I couldve given that young lady a bigger tip!! She deffo deserved it ❤️

Had an amazing evening here. We were celebrating a birthday and this was our first visit to Pizza Hut. The service was first class and the online ordering was straight forward. Food came quickly and was really good. The lady who served us was really pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great place to work and a better place to eat

Manager is the best, always goes above and beyond for us. Food is always very quick and consistent in quality and appearance. Salad bar is well stocked and always tidy. Only problem is the prices... You should never have to pay extra for a gluten free base... But that's not this stores fault. Love it here!

Came along for a family meal and to celebrate our son's birthday. Had a lovely warm welcome and seated straight away. Easy to order using the QR code on the table, but staff said they'd happily take your order if you wanted. Salad bar was well stocked and everything tasted fresh. Food arrived promptly, exactly as ordered and lovely and hot. Staff were attentive throughout making sure that everything was ok and ensuring we didn't need anything else - indeed better service than I've had in some far more expensive restaurants. Couldn't fault the experience and I'm sure we will be back again soon.

The team here always go above and beyond, we were running late and they were so nice and still aimed to please on a very busy day.. Nicki manager and emilieh and duty manager Tyler was so attentive and always aiming to please keep up the great work

Pizza stone cold, ice cream melted.

As usual when I pay to eat out. I would like some service. Yes there are staff . Those staff are nice usually. But is it to much to actually ask me what I would like instead of saying use the app. I have the buffet so it's possible to nit speak to staff other than to be pointed.

Some of the pizza was missing the cheese. And the delivery driver seemed to be “at the restaurant” for over half an hour before then magically appearing on the map in a different part of town, and then delivered food was cold. Very poor.

Cookie dough was severely burned. I don’t understand why they would send it out for delivery when it is visually burnt!!

The delivery driver delivered my some where else and I didn't got the food.

Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble. Came here today and everything was explained clearly, food was cooked perfectly and salad was fresh and plenty to choose from. Great value for money… unlimited ice cream also delicious

This was a take out order. The delivery was good but the pizza was a let down. Kit was undercooked so it had to be put in the oven to cook more. This meant even more waiting time before we could eat. The potato wedges were hard and chicken needed extra cooking too.

Servers and host were efficient in explaining how everything worked and keeping the place clean. We had the full buffet and the food was fresh, hot and replaced quickly when empty. Great value for money. We had a wonderful time! 😊

It was a sunny Saturday in February. The rain didn't make an appearance today, instead the clouds parted and allowed a few rays of sunshine to make its way through. It was nice and we felt nice. We were in town for a top secret reason and at about 1 ish the kids all declared that they were hungry. They ignored my suggestion of being quiet and waiting until we got home and so I was out-voter and we found ourselves at the door of Pizza Hut. It was pretty busy as it was lunchtime but they seated us very quickly. I must say I hate the way that Pizza Hut is a cashless establishment now. Boo. Boo. And a double Boo! And they want you to order via the app! No way my friends. Not on my watch. A lovely young lady came over and tried to encourage me to use the app but I explained that the app can go in the bin and maybe we could place our order with a member of staff. She happily obliged and sent a young chap with a few whiskers over to our table. He was great and he took our order and was rally helpful. He even made my wife a Capaccino on the house as it wasn't available as part of the lunchtime buffet. She wasn't too bothered but he took it upon himself to do that. What a hero! Anyway, the food was OK although I had the meat feast and apart from some tiny squares of ham I couldn't identify anything else as meat. There were some star shaped things that looked like cat food crunchy! The kids said it was chicken but I have my doubts. Some. Brown hard lumps that looked like coco pops but we're hard? No clue what they were? When I was a nipper I remember the Pizzas being bigger and covered with fresh ingredients. Not anymore it would seem but it's Pizza Hut not a 5 star Michelin restaurant. The kids were happy and that's the main thing innit? Nayway, the staff were all dead friendly and helpful so hurrah for them. Good bye dear reader. Hope you have enjoyed my review. Very nice food and service, if you have kids this seems like the place to take them.

Not for me. I like to eat in a chilled out atmosphere and this was nothing like. However, I can see why people do like it. The pizza was ok. The salad was ok. The service was very good. The ice cream was fantastic and bottomless coke - wonderful.

Pizza was cold when it arrived. Delivery time kept changing so technically it was on time but it was about an hour after I ordered.

The best Pizza Hut buffet I have been to. The choice of pizza was amazing and all food was fresh. The staff kept the restaurant clean and tidy and ensured food was replaced.
