Premier Inn Telford International Centre hotel in Telford and Wrekin

The amazing staff here made it worth a visit, especially the tall guy Teejay, what a proper laugh! The rooms were decent and spotless. Also ate in the restaurant and food was great too. 10/10 would stay again

The room is standard premier inn but it is right above a series of bars and restaurants so noise at night can be a problem but the staff are the biggest problem. I ordered a meal deal as part of my stay but when going for an evening meal the restaurant was abandoned. Waited for 30 mins and still no staff. After my stay contacted customer service who refused to refund my meal deal despite the video. So if you are considering a staying here be ready for awful service even by premier inn standards and avoid the resturant at all costs.

Stayed for one night in room 126 and it was a great large room temperature was brilliant as previous stays found room to be too warm for mature lady lol.staff extremely friendly. Room extremely clean. The only thing was felt the paint on the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint.but as it is would like this room again

Five minute walk to the Telford conference centre. Very convenient for event there. Right next to the shopping mall. And there are plenty of restaurants around to grab a bite

Good nights sleep first and foremost which is the main thing. We booked as a family of three and after a long journey needed a shower, unfortunately there were only two large towels. Also when checking in, reception seemed lazy and didn't even tell us the room number, instead we got told "your room number is on the card".

The hotel is very well located, right next to the International Centre Telford. There are some nice restaurants nearby where you can have a pleasant time. The hotel is okay, and we'll likely return. However, they definitely need to renovate the bathrooms, as they look old and are not very pleasant.

A hotel in the middle of a wonderful area for families and children, a large mall, an area of ​​restaurants and cafes, a forest park, a walkway, and a large supermarket. I think it is one of the most beautiful hotels in this chain. The permanent problem with this hotel chain is the air conditioning.

Great location for all the restaurants. 10 pin bowling 🎳 is over the road along with the cinema 🎥

Fab for a little get away. Rooms nice and clean. Comfy bed. Right on the shopping centre and food outlet. Fab.

I stayed for one night. The room and service was very good but the food wasn't great, especially the dinner. Breakfast was ok.

Lovely place to stay with lots around, so plenty to do. Great to have drinks to start your evening before hitting the restaurants and pubs & clubs. Beautiful walks and lots of activities for the kids. Room was cosy clean and beds very comfy. lived up to there rest easy slogan.
