Cheap and cheerful, all the staff were lovely and a nice location not too far away from anything re town centre. Nice having the restaurant, MC Donald's, Greggs, subway and convenience store right outside too.

We had a pleasant stay as usual with Premier Inn, comfortable and affordable. I appreciate the chain's management efforts to highlight common holidays and making a hunt for an egg in your room to receive a chocolate prise but sadly the non dairy alternative wasn't provided. The excitement of finding the egg was shattered of my little girl. Maybe next time someone will think outside of the box and cater for allergies

Ok so a special mention to staff member Ellie of the Telford North PI. I arrived late, Wllie was on the desk and had to break the news the the gas was out at The Clocktower (restaurant. She was so apologetic about a situation clearly out of her and the restaurants hands. Refunds were made (I was on a meal deal) and McDonalds was visited. Got back to my room to find the little star had gone out of her way to make a small gift basket 🥺. EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE LIKE ELLIE!!

Nice smallish Premier Inn. Very friendly staff. We visited the TICC which is 12 minutes down the road. Much cheaper to stay here than in Telford when a conference or show is on. We attended the IPMS annual show in November.

Only reason it's 4 stars to the room is because they had a power cut so the air conditioning wasn't working staff were great and le t us a fan

Fairly typical Premier Inn, room clean, well maintained. One ongoing criticism is the duvets are far too heavy for summer and the ridiculous health and safety measures that mean windows open sufficiently far. Although the restaurant isn't actually "part of the hotel" I have to say that although breakfast was fine dinner service was slow and at least one item (kids desert) was not as described on the menu, but the issue was well resolved by the waitress. Choice was nothing like as wide as at a Beefeater and given my experience next time I would note take the meal deal and eat elsewhere instead, even if it cost a little more.

Great bed but the room was behind the drive through McDonald's so could hear a lot of cars reving engines all night.

I booked my second stay for last March. It was a business trip. Not much wrong with the rooms, besides the fact that the AC is a bit loud. The problem I’ve been having is that as it was a business trip, my company asks for an invoice, which I never received after booking it. So I tried email the team, never got a reply. I called reception two days ago, someone picked up the phone straight away, got all my details, confirmed my emails and said they were going to forward it to me. However it has never arrived to my emails. Now, I’ve been trying to call them, did more than 15 times in the last two days, and nobody ever picks up. How can a hotel reception in two days never picked up a single phone call?

It is quite sad to write this review as I consider myself a regular visitor here . My wife has recently been diagnosed with Acid reflux which means we now have dietary requirements - in a week where we had some time off and my wife is starting to heal we ate out 4 times but found the fox to be the least accommodating and they overpriced my wife s meal by some margin . Because of food allergies we had to order chips / chicken and a salad . There was no olive oil in the kitchen for the salad - only rape seed oil ! we received the bill and my wife s meal was £22.95 which would of equated to a full roast chicken dinner with all the trimming s this certainly was not - we stated we were not happy with the price and the bill came back with £2 deducted from the meal in question . The meal was priced at £14 at best and I understand it was made with allergies in mind but we left extremely disappointed . It will be a long time before we return .

We were served by Tamara, she was friendly and approachable. Food was served quickly, it was okay and there was lots of it. The pudding was tasty 😀 Affordable prices and super friendly staff!
