To experience a coffee shop that doesn't feel like a chain, or a "fast food joint" like some (big red coffee shop) have become (I should know, I work for one) for somewhere to ACTUALLY relax, enjoy an actual handcrafted coffee and chat to the staff.... Coffee #1 is where I want to go. Dog Friendly too!

Love this little coffee shop just outside the Telford shopping centre. Great food, nice choice of hot & cold food, friendly staff, always worth a stop when visiting Telford.

I was early for an appointment so decided to pop in for a Coffee. Price was okay, same as Costa. Lady who served was very friendly & asked did I want smooth or rough Coffee and showed me the various sizes of the Cups. It wasn't too busy as it was mid afternoon but place was clean & tidy. I was surprised how nice it looked inside, I liked the mis-matched chairs & the feel of the place . An added bonus for some would be that they have an area where you can sit with your dog inside as well as the outdoor seating area.

We have been regulars for a while the caffe shop was always clean the toilets were clean the only minus was the Manager he is very grumpy and rude to staff and customers. These last few months there has been a lot of staff changes and we have noticed a huge difference the last 3 visits we were given filthy cups that looked as if they had not been washed we were given fresh ones which I still had to clean with an anti bac wipe from my bag before we fancied using them for our tea the toilets are dirty and a couple of times had no paper or soap in the dispenser it has really put us off we go elsewhere which is a great pity we have spent a lot of money in there previously and did enjoy our visits

Popped in for a coffee & cake the staff were very pleasant & polite, it was very clean & welcoming coffee was good & lemon drizzle cake fab

Lovely cafe with lots of choice of drinks, cakes and sandwiches. Visited after parkrun for post 5km refueling, enjoyed a lovely spiced apple and cinnamon drink, and brie, bacon and chilli relish panini. Chilli was not too spicy, which was perfect. My children loved their hot chocolates. We'll go back sometime

Me, my partner and my family come here often and absolutely love it! The coffee and the food is amazing and lovely staff. Couldn't say a bad word until now! Me and my partner visited this weekend and after we ordered and sat down, a member of staff came over and dropped the wrong order on the table, snatched the number away and walked off so quickly that by the time we realised the order was wrong we couldn't get his attention! My partner was about to get up to go tell them the order was incorrect but luckily the staff member realised the order was wrong and came back over to rectify the issue, only for them to come over and say "you do know you have to tell me when the order is wrong" which was incredibly rude! He didn't apologise for giving us the wrong order, and when my partner said he was about to get up to tell him he walked off again, very unapologetic. I get that it was the weekend and it can be stressful, but putting blame onto customers for your own wrong doing doesn't solve any problems! Not only that but he made life for the rest of his staff much harder by not telling them he had our order wrong, and didn't give us a table number so when another member of staff tried to find us when they had the correct order it took him walking around the whole cafe and outside to find us when he finally saw us getting his attention! I love this cafe and would love to come back again but this experience has made us both reluctant! We hope they take this on board because apart from this I couldn't fault them!

Visit here when in the area, coffee is always beautifully made. Staff are the friendliest than in any of the other coffee shops in the area, nothing is too much trouble.

I really like this cafe, it’s quirky and different, the selection of cakes is always bizarre and amazingly sooo good! Great friendly staff too!

We use this coffee shop whenever we are in Telford . The staff are so helpful . Nothing is too much trouble The coffee is excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere, possibly due the décor . It has a home from home feel about it. This is by far the best place to have coffee in Telford Centre.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time following a walk around Telford Town Park. The coffee is very good, there is a great choice of cakes and pastries and the ones we tried were very good. The staff are very friendly, I will definitely visit again.

Best cup of coffee and smoothie in town. Staff are really friendly and helpful, cafe itself is open, airy and comfortable, with a good assortment of chairs and tables to suit your needs. Our 'go to' everytime for refreshments in the town centre.

Well it's the day after boxing day and I am waiting for the RAC as vehicle issues and end up parked up outside Coffee#1 in Telford . ...well it took my attention so to keep me caffinated I went in ..ordered a caramel latte and was asked how I like it ...that's new not something costa or Starbucks offer. The servjce by. Andrew Was friendly and professional ..the barrista .... eilish Was a magician making the best coffee ever .. I drink ALOT usually Costa but this was strong and smooth and a constant taste from first to last mouthful.. interior was homely and welcoming.

Lunch out due to Covid had to eat outside ordered a Tuna Melt and a latte coffee it did start to rain but soon stopped looking forward to Monday as will be allowed to eat inside friendly staff is my favourite place to have coffee...

This is now my favourite coffee shop often go here for coffee or lunch staff friendly and efficient will be going again next week I can’t recommend this place enough

Nice coffee shop! Really good decaf latte, best one I've had in ages. Lots of seating inside. Wasn't really busy on my visit. Ordered my coffee and then it was boughr over to me at my table once made.

Good coffee, nice setting, strong Wi-Fi and allows dogs. Can park in either HOF car park or TGI Fridays to get to it.

Lovely place for a drink, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I go in most days before my shift at work (or after) and they always welcome me with a smile and and amazing caramel macchiato with coconut milk! 😂

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The coffee is on par if not better than any chain. Plus a great selection of crisps and other snacks is available.

Extremely professional staff orders a couple of times and they got the order correct each time. Extremely good coffee and will be using them again next time I am in town
