Having settled in telford 8 yrs ago after spending 24 running pubs all around the country. I found this absolute diamond of a pub. This year we took the family to their annual free fireworks display. And OMG what an amazing spectacular evening. The display was fantastic, the atmosphere electric and so family friendly and accommodating. The cheep food, super friendly staff and safe way the whole evening went, my whole family agree that was the best family display any of us can remember

A fantastic place to take your family for food and drinks and the latest free firework display was absolutely awesome, which my children rearly enjoyed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The venue is clean and inviting. I would tell my friends and family to go and enjoy an evening there .

Once again a brilliant fireworks display as always very well thought out and supervised I attended the display with my granddaughter she loves every minute of it and will definitely be taking her again next year as I do every year

Brilliant place to take the kids during the day and fantastic evening and nightime entertainment. Staff are wonderful, landlord is extremely friendly and welcoming. Halloween and new years parties are brilliant and include children in lovely ways. Firework displays are amazing and we take our kids every year and they never fail to amaze us with a spectacular display! Highly recommend the barley mow to anyone wanting a family day/night out or just to dance the night away to karoke!

Haven’t tried their food but service always with a smile! Stocked toilets and clean, quick to be served :)

Very friendly staff .. really good couple who run the pub always up for a laugh with you and make you feel welcome ... been a local for over a year now and enjoy everytime when I go in ... its child friendly and dog friendly which is a bonus for a few of the locals that come ... Great atmosphere

Visited this pub with my friends on a night out, when entering the pub I felt instantly welcomed and comfortable. Great bar staff and managers. Great entertainment and clientele. Families are also welcome.

The Barley Mow is a traditional 2 room pub, with larger than life landlord and landlady and great customers. It caters for sports fans with Sky and BT so I love to go here to watch the football, and the beer is really reasonably priced too. A proper community pub.

Popped in for a beer while i was waiting for friends. Lovely pub and the bar staff were really friendly. I would have stayed for longer but I had a prior engagement. I will be back soon.

We went here after trying to find somewhere to eat. Very welcoming bar staff really helpful. We ended up with fish and chips up the road but this pub was great. The garden area is well maintained and big. Great choice of beers and cider if we are ever in the area we will visit again

I've used this pub a few times over many years....not my local ....service is good...there's a few characters which is to be expected in a pub like this....always had a good time there...never seen any trouble

Lovely people friendly staff . Unfortunately although there is wheelchair access there is no disabled facilities. Hopefully this is only temporary for me as I enjoy listening to some of the characters and enjoy social mixing.

Some grandpas are playng 8 pool at a table Friday night and they bet 10 pounds a set , If You are a good player of 8 pool there You can win some money , they play with strangers , so You can try , also the beer is goog I like that place excepting the verry usefull ashtreys , are bols for pets , usefull , truth , but a little bit weard .

A little tacky and I wouldn't honestly recommend, staff seemed like they didn't wanna be there and had an overall negative atmosphere
