The best restaurants serving Default food in Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

Really appalled at the customer service tonight, used Kings before and would have recommended to anyone, not anymore. Made out to be a liar that they had knocked on my door they definitely hadn’t because we were literally right next to it and in the window. The driver explained he’d gone to the wrong house to me when he came back to deliver, the guy on the phone at kings needs to learn to tell the truth. Said he couldn’t refund me because the food was already cooked, don’t see how that’s my problem! Won’t be ordering from here again now.. doesn’t give you the option to reply. You’ve been my house for years, your driver went the wrong house, your problem!

Went to take my partner here on a little mid-week date, their website and Google both say open and well within their opening hours. Randomly closed without reason.

Good taste and best place for halal food

Absolutely foul! The worst dominos I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The place wants shutting down before it gives the other resteraunts a bad now. Pizza was cold, toppings wrong and rock hard, I nearly broke a tooth. When I called to address this I was greeted with a guy who said his name was jazz, he was abusive and rude and even hung the phone up on me. I just wanted my money back. Don't ever use the tunstall branch! Vile vile vile

Ordered milkshakes for kids and they came emptied in the bag - delivery driver had a massive attitude problem this seems to be a common complaint too, the milkshakes are bland too I really wouldn’t bother wasting your time and money

Ordered 4 x milkshakes and 3 x desserts. Firstly the milkshakes came and were not labelled so no idea who's was who's, but when we tasted them they all tasted the same anyone despite them all being different flavours! The slice of cheesecake came frozen solid! It had literally been taken out of the freezer and boxed up. Gave two stars as the concrete cake was nice. Won't be ordering again.

the rooms stink of faeces and urine. no security. full of drugs and there are underage girls drinking there. there are questionable stains on the walls and floors and on the pillowcase that by the time i had realised it had touched my mouth. will never be staying here again. 0/10 😡
