Not very warm.chicken good though chips ok but gravy was abysmal dishwater please improve it asap.

Ordered a meal for family and guests order was wrong not once not twice but 3 times and didn’t even bother to correct the order on the third time was told he would send driver with the correct meal and never shown up it’s not 3 days after I ordered so I’m guessing they are not bothering

Tasteless, aired, small portions, hashbrowns inedible, poor quality food. The chips would have been good when hot.

leaflets posted through the door with £10 off, thought would give a go and tried ordering on the app, wouldnt accept code call and told nothing they can do its a known error expecting me to cover the full cost … not happening and wouldnt use them again even if i was offered £20 now

Food was cold and items were missing

The chips were absolutely lovely, best I've had in years from a takeaway, but the burger was quite rubbery and not very tasty. But everything else was spot on.

I had the tiger chicken burger and my chicken was pink when bitten into.. it seemed cooked in texture but very pink in colour so it went straight into the bin.

I order a cheese egg burger and asked for an extra egg... I only got 1 egg. I was quite disappointed with this especially since I paid extra for it.

Ordered food through their website and never arrived. When challenged over the phone after an hour they took the drivers word for it wouldn't entertain the idea of a refund. Will never order again.

it said on tiger bite Tunstall on smash burgers buy one get one free on all items so when I ordered one that's what I got no free one.When I phoned the takeaway they said not on burgers but yes on pizzas when I finished the call I looked again and it said SMSH BURGERS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE false advertising.

Paid £28 for 4 desserts very disappointing, we normally have food fancied a change tonight I won’t be ordering desserts again, not worth the money, but have never had a bad meal that’s why we used them tonight

This is the second time we've ordered the chicken kebab (large with garlic narn and salad) and as it was so tasty. The chicken is reasonably succulent and the chips seem to be home made. The quality of ingredients seem to be good overall.

Food is generally very nice and very tasty from Tiger Bite. But from experience it often get delivered cold. However, on this occasion it was warmer than normal, but not as warm as what other takeaways deliver food…

it's the first time I've had a value box from here I e never has the chips as I'm fussy and thought I wouldn't like them but these chips tonight I can honestly say we're the best chips I've had in a value box. thanks team

Food was vile tonight chicken was cold went in the bin and the burger was vile if you call that salad I’m shocked and the beef patties vile cold dry no Taste at all waste of nearly 29 pound shocking

Worst smashed burger I have ever had

All good food service is quick but for some reason on burgers you always put cheese salad and sauces on the bottom side why??? It's so weird 😕

Regularly order from this place. Never any issues. Upon ordering a 20 pc spicy chicken wing meal for 12.50. And 4 garlic and cheese naan breads we had a hunger that was unexplainable. The delivery time was prompt as usual and the drivers always happy and talkative. So no issues there. Now. To address the food. Naan breads are a usual and they are delicious. However, the chicken was gross. I took one bite and the chicken was undercooked let alone off putting. Furthermore, i rang the number on the webiste, was told to send pictures to whats app and have had no resolution offered in almost 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting for a very regular customer of the tiger bites food chain. I demand that a response and resolution is offered before escalation.

The food from this establishment was delivered hot and tasty I had the cheesy box and it was delicious my partner had the bannoffi pie and ice cream and this was also tasty

We hadnt ordered from here in a while but my daughter (because of the menu) chose to order from. here for her celebratory dinner on completion of another show she had performed in. I really wish I'd taken photos to post (maybe next time) First delivery was quick, delivery person was polite, friendly & helpful. Food was the perfect temperature & portion sizes were good... So we were off to a great start. Our order consisted of: steak philly special, the meaty one smashed burger, thick cut chips, ziggy fries, banoffee waffle, banoffee cookie dough & lindor milkshake. Every item was without fault, it was so tasty. I tried my daughters smashed burger & I will definitely be going for them in the future rather than a standard burger. I was taking a risk with the philly cheese steak sandwich, I know to well that steak so often can come a bit chewy or fatty, not here, it was lovely & tender. Having proper fat chips really finished off the meal for me, such a nice change from the standard fries. The desserts & milkshake were amazing!!!... In fact it was all so good, I really thought it deserved a great review!

Situated on the High Street, it is bright and environmentally clean, The staff are polite and friendly. The wait for your over the counter food is not long. The portion size is good. They also offer home delivery too.

Ordered some food tonight as we were having some family time, driver turnt up and refused to accept the discount stickers, this was due to the fact that the letter 'e' was missing from some (unfortunately I cannot help the way they are torn in the take away) tried to explain to no avail, he then walked off laughing at us! Had refused to give us our change! Eventually rang his manager, very understanding, but I don't believe the driver told him the real reason why he refused to accept, as the conversation became about how many stickers were on the paper. Not because the letter 'e' was missing.( extra stickers given to driver) But he carried on after ending his phone call about the missing 'e'. We've been having from tigerbite for well over 10 years now, sadly won't be having again. I don't hold grudges against the driver and wish him well in finding the letter 'e' , but please put up missing posters if you are that concerned 😟.

Received totally different order than was placed raised issues and was told I was wrong heard staff in background slating me sent pics to show and told your wrong love worst £20 ever spent avoid at all costs mine went in the bin

The kebab we had was really nice, but we had payed for chips/ fries and didn’t get them. Perhaps they forgot I don't know. And we were a walk in customer so check your order!

I do not recommend the milkshakes, ingredients were low quality with no taste. They even missed the cream from the top, very watered down you could taste the ice. Do not buy if you want a tasty milkshake.

We ordered x3 of the large pizzas and one of them was the completely wrong order. We contacted them and they said they would s nd out the correct 3rd pizza, and it would be there within 15 mins. The pizza wasn’t delivered for over an hour!! This was typically the pizza for the children, so they sat there without their food for way too long

New shop , New decor , As for the food , New vision , called *Awful* , I've never in my life had a meal that these people had photos from me because I couldn't eat a god dammed thing it looked as bad as it tasted then topped off with complaining via website not to have it even looked into Do yourself a favour ,,,, go anywhere but here

Terrible terrible food ... we ordered a permasan chicken and missis had a steak wrap .. the gravy was off tasted of vinegar.. the chicken was wafer thin for nearly a Tenna lol .. and the wrap was anemic .. needs to say we won't be returning absolutely disgusting

Called in tonight and ordered chilli jacket. Took ages and when I got home the jacket was stone cold. Basically they took it out of the fridge and put a hot filling in without warming the jacket first. Tried to ring, but no answer. So much for a payday treat. WOULD NO RECOMMEND unless you’re looking to get food poisoning.

I like ordering from Tiger Bites, but I think the prices are really steep for what you get. I ordered for myself, my girlfriend, and my nan, and it came up to £50. That is ridiculous in my opinion when you can order from Top Taste or Pepper Jacks and get the same food for about £15 or £20. I don't think I will be ordering again, to be fair.

Absolute utter disgrace, food poisoning last time from raw pizza dough and cold meats as toppings that were also dry (meat feast), this time I've discovered plastics inside the pizza dough and on top too, left over chips that tasted batched and hot holded and again undercooked dough, greasy as hell too, will do anything as an excuse if you ring them up, got proof a receipt and the pizza! Some months ago, when I rang up saying there was money missing, because food was delivered to the wrong address, miles away left outside the door and the recollected sent to the right address, the order was 2 portions of chicken and chips and gravy, chips looked like they were shat on, and when we complained they made a joke about it, the chicken was stone cold and raw as if it was still clucking on a field This has been continuous now for some months, even though we were informed this may never happen again and if so they'll deal with it, we don't have a problem when ordering, but we have a problem when refunds and food is wrong getting through to the right person Either sort your business out or I'll be taking this to ACAS they'd eat this up, and they can 'Deal with it!'

Nice food little on the pricey side compared to some fast food places. Not had to much of an issue with them. Food is delivered fast and hot. Only gave 4 stars as did have a steak burger that was mostly gristle last time I ordered it. Other than that other foods have been really good. Especially the massive tubs of cheese sauce and their pizzas.
