Food was very nice and reasonable delivery charge for ordering past midnight

no phone number, was unable to contact them to cancel the order, unable to collect due to misreading the address and cannot collect due to being too far away

Worst smashed burger I have ever had

All good food service is quick but for some reason on burgers you always put cheese salad and sauces on the bottom side why??? It's so weird 😕

Regularly order from this place. Never any issues. Upon ordering a 20 pc spicy chicken wing meal for 12.50. And 4 garlic and cheese naan breads we had a hunger that was unexplainable. The delivery time was prompt as usual and the drivers always happy and talkative. So no issues there. Now. To address the food. Naan breads are a usual and they are delicious. However, the chicken was gross. I took one bite and the chicken was undercooked let alone off putting. Furthermore, i rang the number on the webiste, was told to send pictures to whats app and have had no resolution offered in almost 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting for a very regular customer of the tiger bites food chain. I demand that a response and resolution is offered before escalation.

I ordered a fish and chips as advertised on the menu but received wedges and a fried masala fish - much to my disappointment. A little deceiving from the advertised menu

The food from this establishment was delivered hot and tasty I had the cheesy box and it was delicious my partner had the bannoffi pie and ice cream and this was also tasty

We hadnt ordered from here in a while but my daughter (because of the menu) chose to order from. here for her celebratory dinner on completion of another show she had performed in. I really wish I'd taken photos to post (maybe next time) First delivery was quick, delivery person was polite, friendly & helpful. Food was the perfect temperature & portion sizes were good... So we were off to a great start. Our order consisted of: steak philly special, the meaty one smashed burger, thick cut chips, ziggy fries, banoffee waffle, banoffee cookie dough & lindor milkshake. Every item was without fault, it was so tasty. I tried my daughters smashed burger & I will definitely be going for them in the future rather than a standard burger. I was taking a risk with the philly cheese steak sandwich, I know to well that steak so often can come a bit chewy or fatty, not here, it was lovely & tender. Having proper fat chips really finished off the meal for me, such a nice change from the standard fries. The desserts & milkshake were amazing!!!... In fact it was all so good, I really thought it deserved a great review!

Situated on the High Street, it is bright and environmentally clean, The staff are polite and friendly. The wait for your over the counter food is not long. The portion size is good. They also offer home delivery too.

Ordered some food tonight as we were having some family time, driver turnt up and refused to accept the discount stickers, this was due to the fact that the letter 'e' was missing from some (unfortunately I cannot help the way they are torn in the take away) tried to explain to no avail, he then walked off laughing at us! Had refused to give us our change! Eventually rang his manager, very understanding, but I don't believe the driver told him the real reason why he refused to accept, as the conversation became about how many stickers were on the paper. Not because the letter 'e' was missing.( extra stickers given to driver) But he carried on after ending his phone call about the missing 'e'. We've been having from tigerbite for well over 10 years now, sadly won't be having again. I don't hold grudges against the driver and wish him well in finding the letter 'e' , but please put up missing posters if you are that concerned 😟.

Received totally different order than was placed raised issues and was told I was wrong heard staff in background slating me sent pics to show and told your wrong love worst £20 ever spent avoid at all costs mine went in the bin

The kebab we had was really nice, but we had payed for chips/ fries and didn’t get them. Perhaps they forgot I don't know. And we were a walk in customer so check your order!

I do not recommend the milkshakes, ingredients were low quality with no taste. They even missed the cream from the top, very watered down you could taste the ice. Do not buy if you want a tasty milkshake.

We ordered x3 of the large pizzas and one of them was the completely wrong order. We contacted them and they said they would s nd out the correct 3rd pizza, and it would be there within 15 mins. The pizza wasn’t delivered for over an hour!! This was typically the pizza for the children, so they sat there without their food for way too long

New shop , New decor , As for the food , New vision , called *Awful* , I've never in my life had a meal that these people had photos from me because I couldn't eat a god dammed thing it looked as bad as it tasted then topped off with complaining via website not to have it even looked into Do yourself a favour ,,,, go anywhere but here

Terrible terrible food ... we ordered a permasan chicken and missis had a steak wrap .. the gravy was off tasted of vinegar.. the chicken was wafer thin for nearly a Tenna lol .. and the wrap was anemic .. needs to say we won't be returning absolutely disgusting

Called in tonight and ordered chilli jacket. Took ages and when I got home the jacket was stone cold. Basically they took it out of the fridge and put a hot filling in without warming the jacket first. Tried to ring, but no answer. So much for a payday treat. WOULD NO RECOMMEND unless you’re looking to get food poisoning.

I like ordering from Tiger Bites, but I think the prices are really steep for what you get. I ordered for myself, my girlfriend, and my nan, and it came up to £50. That is ridiculous in my opinion when you can order from Top Taste or Pepper Jacks and get the same food for about £15 or £20. I don't think I will be ordering again, to be fair.

Absolute utter disgrace, food poisoning last time from raw pizza dough and cold meats as toppings that were also dry (meat feast), this time I've discovered plastics inside the pizza dough and on top too, left over chips that tasted batched and hot holded and again undercooked dough, greasy as hell too, will do anything as an excuse if you ring them up, got proof a receipt and the pizza! Some months ago, when I rang up saying there was money missing, because food was delivered to the wrong address, miles away left outside the door and the recollected sent to the right address, the order was 2 portions of chicken and chips and gravy, chips looked like they were shat on, and when we complained they made a joke about it, the chicken was stone cold and raw as if it was still clucking on a field This has been continuous now for some months, even though we were informed this may never happen again and if so they'll deal with it, we don't have a problem when ordering, but we have a problem when refunds and food is wrong getting through to the right person Either sort your business out or I'll be taking this to ACAS they'd eat this up, and they can 'Deal with it!'

Driver is rude and aggressive on multiple occasions

the 10 peice onion rings only contained 8 and the portion of Donner meat that was ordered with no toppings, had a chilli sauce all over it.

Nice food little on the pricey side compared to some fast food places. Not had to much of an issue with them. Food is delivered fast and hot. Only gave 4 stars as did have a steak burger that was mostly gristle last time I ordered it. Other than that other foods have been really good. Especially the massive tubs of cheese sauce and their pizzas.

Terrible tasteless wrong order rude manger after 5 years I’ve given up with them. Happy to take your money and not deliver an acceptable edible food. Wrong order but was willing to be pedanticand say he will send the missing cheese amd Donna over half hour later. No thanks 👍🏼

The food was delivered cold and delivered 15 minutes after the timer. Also I asked for certain sauces on my burger they only put chilli sauce on the burger as-well as forgetting my drink I ordered with it. I called the driver back before he drove off and he told me they forgot it and he’ll go back and get it. I waited 20 minutes as it was late I rang the driver back he said someone from the takeaway will deliver drink the service wasn’t good at all as I was trying to ring and couldn’t get through.

The ziggy fries are inedible the pitta was rock hard and the chicken in the wrap wasn't nice at all.

Have ordered some chips and chicken stripes for my son who has been waiting for over 40mins late delivery the chips were cold by then and the chicken stripes were dry

Ordered from home and come across a variety of issues with the app. When I rang they managed to accommodate me. However, had to try to convince the guy at the door we had code for money off. It was okay Food quite filling. We had fish and chips though I preferred their kebab meat in truth as a side.

Tiger Bites kidsgrove, very let down, order delivered late, cold and toppings missing. Called the number provided and was told the shop would sort us out. Drove ourselves to the shop to take it back, manager was miserable and hardly said two words, chucked our order in the bin and did us a new one, only to have less amount of toppings than the first. Felt quite frustrated. Will travel up to tunstal shop in the future.

Didn't even bring the food to my house, called them to ask why and they wouldn't send the driver back! Absolutely joke

Worst food I have ever eaten not fresh at all

Family had a perfect time, good delivery and food quality. But one item that was ordered (for me) was completely incorrect and cold. Would only recommend if you're the gambling kind. Never know if you'll get the right thing.

Ordered many times and food has always been good. Tonight we placed an order for 5 people and every meal was cold. Chips were under cooked, chicken wrap was soggy due to amount of mayo on there (that we actually didn't request). Doner meat was stone cold and chicken parmigiana was tough. Seriously doubt we will order from here again.

Ordered 2 waffles - quick delivery but the waffles went straight in the bin. Burnt and freezing cold. We live 5 minutes down the road so there's no excuses for cold food.

We tried tigerbite in Kidsgrove, bread was stale and chicken was dry, hard and overcooked. Chips are really good, and chicken tikka meat too. This could be a great takeaway if they fix issues like this. Really disappointed.

So not a review about tiger bite itself but today I was carrying my bags inside to my home when an employee of tiger bite delivering leaflets greeted me then asked if I needed help as he could see I was struggling, he carried my bags to my front door and even offered open the door for me (as my hands were full). He didn’t have to take time out of his day to help me but he did, his customer service skills are amazing, I’ve not ordered from tiger bite before but will be this weekend

Took over an hour to get here normally only takes twenty minutes then I rang the driver and asked were it was cuz it had been an hour maybe more and he said I abused him

Our food was late we waited one and half hours, so when it came the chips were cold , soggy had a weird texture and they were pale , and the gravy was so watery , I had to put the chips in the bin and the gravy down the sink and the burgers were cold nearly £20 for food we could not eat , I doubt I will use the service again ! And how do you suppose you are going to resolve this , just eat have already said you won't refund me ?

Had sausage and chips today Sausage tasted like it had gone Off, now have a queizy stomach, and the bad sausage keeps coming back up. Last time I had donner meat And was up.all night throwing up Chicken has been pink from there aswell Pizza is great from there Won't order again

My kid & me got food poisoning from tiger bite tunstall i doubt the one in stoke is any better, stale chips under cooked burgers even the pizza is nasty, they only push the drivers to be quick, its a shame they dont push the food quality definitely needs a health inspection check if i could give no stars i would never ever coming back to this disgusting place id recommend bennys or dixys they always have excellent food and service is on point. Tiger bite are not worth it trust me.

Order at 1.47am and didn’t receive my food until after the closing hours which is 3am, food was stone cold and the Order was incorrect. The service is terrible, they took 10 minutes to answer the phone. Overall the take away is unreliable and the food is disgusting!

Delivery was too fast, and upon opening my food I can see why. The chicken looked like it was 3 days old solid to the point I couldn't get any off the bone Donner meat was freezing you can see the cold fat and iv paid £8.. and the delivery driver had a attitude

I ordered the mutton curry for £10.50 and some curly fries..... well the curly fries were stone cold and for the curry what little was there the meat was tough and dry af and there was no sauce. This was the first time ordering from here and it will certainly be the last

Not ordering again! Ordered a Philly steak special and chips sausage and gravy… first of all The Philly steak was meant to include rib eye steak.. peppers and mushrooms .. and it was just super tough steak with cheese so my fiancé called up and told them so he said he would send out another which he did and it was exactly the same without peppers mushrooms and for £12 it’s pretty awful, we used to love tiger bites but it’s not as it used to be. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered the 8oz meaty smash burger, and it was absolutely amazing, really juicy, full of flavour, and the nutty professor sundae hit the spot. I didn't think it would be as big as it was but for the price it's definitely well worth it, so much so I Ordered it again lol and when i spoke to musty about this he was very happy and I'm not one for takeaways but I'm glad I gave this one a go

Only tried a pizza there, tasty and not 'oily' like in other fast food places, but had to grab it myself despite information on uber eats, that they can deliver to my address.

The food is horrible from here I wouldn't recommend. But the gourmet burgers are OK it's the only food if order. The Sundays and milkshakes are lovely id recommend but the website to order from tiger bites is a pain charges more than what u buy and adds items on by its self..need to sort the website out

Poor food quality , ordered chips with curry sauce and it’s horrid its not a sauce consistency , and tastes like perfume , chicken wrap as 2 small pieces of chicken on was basically just an empty wrap and chicken was grizzly

Tiger bite used to be a good takeaway a year and a half a go. but now since their success they have become to slapdash charge more for smaller and smaller portions forget to add sauce or put wrong sauces on food always arrives cold nine times out of ten and last week I ordered a cheese burger and all that came was a bun not even kidding

Quite possibly one of the worse takeaways in stoke on Trent. Had the Parmesan chicken from there. Gave me food poisoning. Chicken was like rubber clearly not cooked through. Chicken wings all pink inside. Again clearly not cooked through Pizzas literally have no toppings on them. Was like eating tomato purée on bread. Do not recommend this takeaway to anyone. If anyone in tunstall wants food I strongly advise rupeyal spice grill, 10/10 service and food always hot and cooked

Used to be the best place in tunstall but since they've expanded its gone down really dissapointing, had a mixed kebab last night the steak was like chewing leather the kofta was so spicy I could barely eat it and I usually handle my spice well the chicken was like chewing plastic the only part I enjoyed was the nann bread and even that didn't look fresh made, won't be ordering from these again in a hurry

Twice ordered 2 piece value box. First time I got 1 piece box and no drink and second time i got the drink but still only one piece box with slow delivery

Terrible meal, I had a meal that should have had Donna meat on, there was a few strands in the box. I called to complain and they did send some to me about an hour later with no sauce on that I asked for. The rest of my meal was pretty much inedible by then. Never again, the deserve 0 stars for the service I received.
