Feel bad marking down but received wrong order and was to far away to change it staff very friendly shame really. Can't promise the guy with a cone on his head will be there though See photo

Waited over an hour for food that never showed up but got charged.

Burgers just about warm, fries cold, drinks seemed to be more water than flavouring, pretty tasteless meal altogether.

It's a hot mess, food is great, service is incredibly slow. Understandable if they had a drive through, but they don't. You'll see your food sitting in the heater, forgotten about. As they've printed your sticker and forgot about that too. Staff need training in customer service too, far too many argumentative staff as I witnessed four customers get nothing but unusual backchat. Oh and your order is guaranteed to be wrong 9 times out of 10. Be quicker and check your orders properly.
