Found hair in my Donna meat n chips and my source had Chuck away felt sick and delivered an hour late wen I rang they were rude I was being nice to them

My food was late, I had this Wednesday night it’s now Friday afternoon and I haven’t been able to get out of bed since only to be sick and horrendous diarrhoea which also now has blood in, please do not order from this place! Save yourself from food poisoning.

Ordered 4 burgers, explained to the guy taking the order that we wanted 1 of them completely plain, no cheese, no salad, no sauce. When they arrived there wasn't a plain burger so we called the shop. The guy that answered the phone wasn't helpful and very cocky! Told us to contact uber eats for a partial refund, pretty sure uber eats do not prepare or cook the food? Shame really as the burgers were good, I even took a pic and sent to friends, just the workers attitudes need sorting!!

Used to love the burgers from here but, assuming from the change in the menu, it's now got new management and its gone completely down hill. They swamp everything in this awful cajunnaise sauce (including the cowboy burger which used to have BBQ sauce on and tasted lovely). With my last order they also put two top buns on one burger and two bottom buns on another (I dunno how you get that mixed up but they did). I really hope they return to their old recipes/ menu some time soon. Won't be ordering until then.
