The young lady there was very helpful

Extremely grumpy 3 ladies over the counter. Very rude facial expressions, not customer service no thank you, you might as well not work with people. Nobody wants to get their food from 3 depressed workers. Asked for a bag, got her eyes rolled. Manager should oversee their attitude on cctv, it’s extremely disrespectful. 20/08 around 13:10

Not the best, not the worst Subway.

Fay was great ! We came in last minute and gave her a complicated order when you could already tell that she was busy and she still made great food and delivered great service !

Dirty toilets wonky table and the whole place looks dirty.

Asked the older blonde lady who works there to change her gloves as she handled the till and then was about to prepare my sandwich, she refused, and I just went along with it to not get into a argument further with her. She claimed she doesn’t have to, as the whole till gets sanitised every customer? As I’m leaving she’s spraying the whole till and wiping it, but I’ve never seen this been done at other Subways, they just change their gloves? I feel sorry for the woman.

I placed an order on the Uber eats app, total come to £18.50, my ordered got cancelled but I still got charged

I had to ask the person who was serving me to change gloves coz they were messing around with their cap and hair. He agreed to (which is great), but noticed they were all touching so many items without changing their gloves. Imagine if they touch something with nuts, and then go on to serve someone with a severe nut allergy without changing their gloves ...

Quickest from ordering to packing. Bread wasn't fresh apart from that was very good.

Service excellent, friendly staff . Accommodated us with our dietary needs . Ordered a range of subway rolls ( party tray) cost £23. You need to contact by telephone the BP garage as no phone number. Plenty of parking as right by the BP garage. The actual subway is inside the garage shop. Open long hours. Just be careful of getting on and off the forecourt as busy road.Do give plenty of indication your turning .

very rude , poor service and to top of the reasons it shouldn't be open ! toilets locked for no reason, shouldn't be able to open a restaurant and lock the toilet for staff , avoid this services at all cost

Never get my Order when doing it from there waist of time

Food great but service rubbish. Ordered online and had it delivered and most items were missing. Tried to phone them but numbers not in use. So had to go out and get the rest of the order. They blamed uber delivery. I asked is everything here now they say yes. So I got home and items were still missing. I know I should of checked but I took them at their word. Will not use them again plenty of other subways around who can put a order together

Very nice sandwich, very friendly staff. Just what I needed during the journey home and very handy that it's at the petrol station, so I can fill the car and myself at the same time.

Staff rude and didnt look interested at all and carried on cleaning making us wait an extra 10mins !! Didnt have lettuce or tomatoes

The sandwiches were well filled, hot and looked amazing and everything done very quickly and efficiently. We come here often as a treat because of these reasons. Would recommend 👍

Coffee was aired, if weren't on A50 and had to turn round and drive all the way back, would have definitely taken it back!

Can't beat a subway sandwich. A little awkward for parking as its in a petrol station that is directly on a dual carriageway with no real off ramp or on ramp. Just gotta accelerate and pray you make the turning and slow all the traffic down on the carriageway when you turn in for it.

Quick service, great food, nice staff.

I really like Subway and the sandwiches are really tasty but the didn't have any steak for a steak and cheese sandwich nor did they have any flat bread so I had to settle for something else which was still tasty.
