On time,delivery driver was very polite and respectful,nice food,actually red my note unlike other takeaways.

Absolutely the worst kebab place ever. Went after a comedy show at the Regent. Ordered a doner kebab and a chicken and doner kebab. Got home to find we'd been given a container of doner meat and a pitta bread with some diner and burnt chicken in it. In 45 years I've never been so pissed off at a meal

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered an £11.50 mixed kebab, it was tiny, and literally the only thing edible was the 4 little bits of donna meat, the rest was burnt to a crisp lamb or chewy gristle! Please, do yourself a favour and go to somewhere else!...

Will never use this takeaway again. Have ordered here for years and this order did not get the free garlic bread with pizzas. Message on order requested it. No call from takeaway to advise and delivery driver rude, 1 star is too high . Time to find a new place to order from

Don’t order from here !!! waited for 1 hour and half and still didn’t receive the order I called the restaurant ,and they said the driver will arrive in 3 minutes but never did , very unprofessional of them , I would put -5 stars if I could ,hope they move faster with the refund.

TOTAL WEIRDOSS : Absolutely disgusting, food turns up wrong after an hour, takes another hour to come again .by this time it's 5am, delivery driver starts saying I haven't paid, he calls his manager then speaks a load of jibberish. so I then brought the takeaway out from an hour earlier and he starts to touch it to make sure it's warm like whatttttt.... Kept telling him to take it with him if he was that interested.

1 star is too much. Spent £20 here on two portions of chicken meat and chips. Well 8 pieces of burnt chicken meat and burnt chips with all black bits on them disgusting. Wont be waisting my hard earnt money here ever again. Il remember check the reviews before I ever order from another takeaway again

Went here after Bongo bingo on a Saturday night. Not too late. Had a zinger burger and the wife had chicken meat and chips. The chips were beautiful not as can be said for the chicken some of which was just inedible. Not often we go to Hanley but next time we do we won’t be calling in here.

Ordered and waited a hour so I rang them they then said it would be 25 minutes as it was on the way then 40 minutes goes by I ring them again they don’t answer then I get a call from a different number saying he’s so sorry the drivers car has broken down and they are unable do deliver my order but I could clearly hear a car in the background driving and when I questioned him about this he ended the call

I've been having from Hanley kebab and pizza for a number of years now and always found the food to be good, delivery usually takes around 45 minutes depending how busy they are but the food is always hot. I particularly like the pizzas and chicken fillet burger.

Been violently ill since I ate from here last night and considering it’s the only thing I’d eaten and I hadn’t been anywhere to catch any illnesses, it’s safe to say it was this dodgy place that’s done it. Ive order from here several times and ive always enjoyed their high focus on customer service and delicious foods. Ive never had any hassel from the drivers. I look forward to my meal everytime. I highly recommend eating from here, especially their kebabs!🤞😍 amazing place!

This place is absolute joke... Food came 2 hours late and it was cold.... Called the restaurant and they kept saying its on its was... It was with the driver for over an hour.... They are unprofessional and then they didn't answer my calls because they didnt want to deal with customers... My food arrived 2 hours late and it was Stone cold... Really upset with my food. I ordered a jacket potato with butter cheese and chilli con carne. Instead It came as a plain potato with abit of cheese on. So tasteless :(

Wouldn't recommend these to anyone they ripped me off of £52.05..o order on 23rd december 15 items of £52.05..delivery never turned up disputed on uber eats as they use there on drivers nothing..phone restaurant numerous times on numerous days palming me off with it must be another restaurant etc.. clearly show on the app it's the right takeaway..phoned again gave me random numbers...said there boss would ring and still nothing so basically they ripped me of and that food was to feed me and my kids as hadn't done Christmas shopping at that point..

I love trying new takeaways in the area and saw the bad reviews but, thought, ill give it a try. Ordered at 03:36 and its now, over 2 hours later still no food, it changed to delivered on the system when nothing has arrived and when I Tried to call after trying for about an hour of line busy. Someone answered and The person kept on disconnecting the call before I could speak to simply ask, has it just left or left a while ago because I havent received anything? (I tried 3 times, 3 times answered and 3 times the phone was put down before I could say anything.) I understand takeaways are busy on a Saturday, I understand its late but, it doesn't take much decency to call the customer to say its left/on the way or even that they simply haven't been able to do your order for that matter and I've never heard of a takeaway continuously answer then put down a customers call like that before. It would be a O star if I could, I definitely recommend people to AVOID this place at all costs.

Hi guys i just was in this horrendously place to make an order literally on 31.10.2021 at 00.30. I ordered 4 kebab in pitta with lamb and chicken a mix. Pff they didn't ask me about any chips,salad sauce whatsoever just threw some meat inside and that's it. I do trying to explain the guy that it's not normal to do like this...he didn't care at all..never again..if it wasn't for late hour and mi wife and kids waiting home with kebab. I was intending to not take anything even i do paid for my kebab..and leave the shop..never but never again..

Ordered lamb naan sandwich, received a broken pita bread with some lamb and salad strewn about. No sauce (despite request) and minimal effort. Save your money and just grab a pack of pitta bread some lettuce, onion and your choice of filling. It'll likely be tastier that this epitomy of bland, low effort hash job

Rock hard. Chips were under cooked & the chicken like rubber Partners food came with onions & mayo on, which he's allergic to. Vile. I'm shocked because this was always our go - to.

THERE WAS A BITE MARK TAKEN FROM PIZZA!!! Ordered from here and we made a mistake with the address and accidentally ordered the food to our old address. We realised and called the restaurant to change the address 15 mins before the takeaway was due. I couldn’t apologise enough for this and they said they would call the driver as he was already on the way and get him to bring the food to the correct place. We waited another 30mins and called again and the restaurant had to call the driver again to see where he was. The driver ended up calling us and we gave him directions as he said he was lost. Well I can only assume he was having his break and tucking into OUR food as when it arrived a meal was missing and there was a BITE mark missing from the pizza! The manager of the takeaway basically called me a liar and said a million percent this would now happen with one of their drivers and that I should be grateful that they still delivered when we made a mistake with the address! I have taken up with just eat and they will be investigating this further as it’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!

I ordered and was told 45 mins, 2 hours later and 3 phone calls where i was told each time it was on it's way i cancelled , got in bed and another half hour later the door rapped with the food order !! I Highley recommend everyone not ordering from this sad excuse of a takeaway the food came hour and half late, half of the order was missing when my partner called the manager said the rest of our food was in the boot off the delivery car and on the way again we waited over half a hour still nothing I then called for the manager too deny we had called and called my partner a liar. Absaloutly vile attitude refused a refund and refused too send the rest of our order (we ordered burger meals ended up with just the burger) Again do not order from this place.

Delivered the wrong good to my address- as it was ten minutes until closing I was told to ring back the following day (today) and was rudely told I didn't make an order there after them asking me if my name was Annie!! I was just seeing if I could get my money back or the right food to be delivered, and had the phone put down on me- absolutely disgusting.

Would be Zero star's but wont allow me to put zero stars. they took over an hour to diliver the order and once it was ordered the food looked as though it had been thrown in the tray and as I started eating there was hair in the chips and burger very unhappy about the food and service will not be using them ever again.

Ordered from the takeaway twice. Calzone pizza. First time they delivered normal pizza. I thought-provoking ow well maybe it was by mistake. Ordered again today. Again normal pizza. Please educate your chef before you put something on the menu. Calzone is a FOLDED pizza

Would be 0 star if it was an option. Wrong order, sent Pitta kebab instead of Naan Kebab. Tried to be clever by coming back half an hour later with just a Naan bread, when the original kebab is stone cold. Complete jokers, avoid. You have been warned.

I spent the night before a wedding this weekend in Hanley. I went to Hanley Kebab & Pizza House on the way home and was served by a chap called 'Haver'. Excellent service and really nice food. I'd definitely go there again. Really good value for money as well.

This place is AWFUL. Took an hour to deliver and when it came they had forgotten the chips. We rang them up and they refused to give us some and said about a next time. I can assure you there will NEVER be a next time with this place. Avoid.
