Subway in Stoke-on-Trent

can never find the address and don’t even try. Instead park on main road and make me walk all the way around. When i get back i don’t want the food anymore. Try to explain but they don’t even listen

Fantastic food and fast delivery. But disappointed that we didnt get our drinks 😕 We should have had x2 tropicana as part of our meal deals

One girl working alone clearly very stressed out with the influx of online orders. She was lovely and our food was great, but shame on you subway support your staff properly!!

Ordered a breakfast sub which is meant to be warm. It wasn't! It was stone cold and clearly hadn't been warmed up in store as the cheese wasn't melted.

4 sandwiches ordered with cheese and toasted, none had cheese on and none where toasted and a drink was missing from the order

Absolutely dreadful. Pre ordered twice and turned up about 10 minutes after collection time and still weren’t ready. Always end up standing there ages. Tip: order to collect about 45 minutes before you actually turn up!!

I waited 40 minutes for my order, I do not recommend this metro to anyone especially when a woman works under the name be 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Had a half a hour break to go down to the subway, stood in queue for 20 minutes nearly made me late back to work as they were putting pick up orders before customers when I was before, my sandwich went cold before I eat it terrible service would not recommend going this subway absolutely terrible needs improvement in staff and service

Absolutely appalling service, stood in queue for 20 minutes as they prepared pickup orders that have actually come in after I got in the queue, my sandwich went cold before i even got it, the "sandwich artist" had a terrible attitude and seemed like she was unsure of everything she was doing, one would assume they try to serve customers in the queue first before even touching online orders but nope, not quite the case. Needs improvement, would not recommend.

Order wrong. Ordered pigs in blankets got cheese bite things instead. One sub has come with cheese on when didn’t ask for cheese at all due to an intolerance so can’t eat it. Waste of money. Want a refund as can’t eat it

Clean place, friendly staff but the food wasn't made to standards. Cold bread even though asked toasted, the filling or preparation wasn't neat and didn't enjoy as it was all falling apart and crumbling everywhere.

Got delivered the complete wrong order and can’t get in touch with anyone at the restaurant to rectify.

Gave me the wrong bread, only one of the sauces I asked for, no crispy onions, stale hash browns and the food was cold. Not happy about this order.

Needed change order no one answers phone tried ring for ages . Rang driver his mate answered phone so was no help . Also same number as esso station and still no one answering. Very disappointed. Won't recommend to anyone else. Poor service

Hit and miss but nachos are pointless think we've g9ne back to ww2 ration we're there portions i used work for subway (the same franchise) and its just the staff being lazy nothing do with portion control

Ordered footling got a six inch sub. Only 3 cookies sent ordered 12 !!!!

Half the fillings I requested on the sandwich were missing, aswell as Jalapeños on the nachos.

The order was incorrect! We ordered 2 drinks, only 1 came and that was the wrong one. The nachos were cold and we also ordered a meal deal and only the sub came, not the drink, or the crisps or the cookie

Came with the wrong drink, ordered a Pepsi max and a peach ice tea. Came with two Pepsi maxes. Ordered 3 different cookies and came with 3 of the same. Not happy I wanted what I paid for really.
