Top service, just what I wanted

The food as always was delicious but the person who delivered it wasn’t

4 sandwiches ordered with cheese and toasted, none had cheese on and none where toasted and a drink was missing from the order

This order not showed up Evan tho it's saying it's bin delivered

Absolutely dreadful. Pre ordered twice and turned up about 10 minutes after collection time and still weren’t ready. Always end up standing there ages. Tip: order to collect about 45 minutes before you actually turn up!!

I waited 40 minutes for my order, I do not recommend this metro to anyone especially when a woman works under the name be 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

not happy at all payed fir footling got 6inch not received my cookie had natcho bites instead of pigs and blankets and also not got the right drink I orders powerade and got given oasis

Order was wrong , ordered pigs in blankets got nacho chicken bites , and no dips .

Absolutely appalling service, stood in queue for 20 minutes as they prepared pickup orders that have actually come in after I got in the queue, my sandwich went cold before i even got it, the "sandwich artist" had a terrible attitude and seemed like she was unsure of everything she was doing, one would assume they try to serve customers in the queue first before even touching online orders but nope, not quite the case. Needs improvement, would not recommend.

Had a half a hour break to go down to the subway, stood in queue for 20 minutes nearly made me late back to work as they were putting pick up orders before customers when I was before, my sandwich went cold before I eat it terrible service would not recommend going this subway absolutely terrible needs improvement in staff and service

I payed for crisps however didn’t receive them

Ordered and paid for a foot long and they sent 6 inch.. absolutely thick!!

This subway is really good and tasty and the workers are really nice.

Order wrong. Ordered pigs in blankets got cheese bite things instead. One sub has come with cheese on when didn’t ask for cheese at all due to an intolerance so can’t eat it. Waste of money. Want a refund as can’t eat it

food was ok but cold due to waiting for half an hour longer only to be told the driver didn't turn up so went to pick it up myself. there were some items missing also

it was very late, even though they kept changing the delivery time.. and mine was cold.... But the the other time I ordered was spot on..

Nachos were not the type I ordered as I ordered tangy cheese and got lightly salted, disappointed.

Order was amazing was just missing my meatball marinara wrap but apart from that loved the food

when the food arrived the garlic cheese bread was missing and also the bottle of pepsi max was missing too and the meaty footlong was freezing cold and all of the contents were at the bottom of the bag so i would like to request a refund please

Clean place, friendly staff but the food wasn't made to standards. Cold bread even though asked toasted, the filling or preparation wasn't neat and didn't enjoy as it was all falling apart and crumbling everywhere.

Gave me the wrong bread, only one of the sauces I asked for, no crispy onions, stale hash browns and the food was cold. Not happy about this order.

Got delivered the complete wrong order and can’t get in touch with anyone at the restaurant to rectify.

Needed change order no one answers phone tried ring for ages . Rang driver his mate answered phone so was no help . Also same number as esso station and still no one answering. Very disappointed. Won't recommend to anyone else. Poor service

Would of give full stars but my drink and cookie weren't delivered , I checked my receipt and I definitely ordered them .

Hit and miss but nachos are pointless think we've g9ne back to ww2 ration we're there portions i used work for subway (the same franchise) and its just the staff being lazy nothing do with portion control

Ordered 12 chocolate chunk cookies and was given all of the wrong cookies. Only order them and 2 sandwiches and they forgot one of them! Not happy

Quality was not very good this time , the food was cold and was 15 mins late

Subway sandwich was same as usual, but staff deserve a mention as they were so pleasant. Well done for making our day a bit brighter and filling our bellies!

Walked in and straight away was told there’s a wait as there’s loads of online orders. I was the only person at the counter. Looking at the other reviews not the only person who’s been turned away is favour of online orders? What’s going on here

Ordered footling got a six inch sub. Only 3 cookies sent ordered 12 !!!!

Half the fillings I requested on the sandwich were missing, aswell as Jalapeños on the nachos.

The order was incorrect! We ordered 2 drinks, only 1 came and that was the wrong one. The nachos were cold and we also ordered a meal deal and only the sub came, not the drink, or the crisps or the cookie

Sandwich was squashed by the pop being put on top and the cookie was melting from the heat off the sandwich the previous one from bp at the bottom of longton hall lane arrived in a box and the food arrived in better condition

Subway salad had 8 small pieces of chicken and no cesar sauce plus no drink was delivered!

They got our order wrong, didn't cut the footlong and it came in a random plastic bag. Won't be returning.

Came with the wrong drink, ordered a Pepsi max and a peach ice tea. Came with two Pepsi maxes. Ordered 3 different cookies and came with 3 of the same. Not happy I wanted what I paid for really.

Don’t order from here, they will miss stuff from your order and put no sauce on your sub,

Wrong toppings and weren’t informed of items not in stock so I was sent other items which I don’t like.
