I forgot to ask for toasted and they did it on collection. Very quick with the order. Friendly staff

Ordered 2 wraps took them away to car realised that not all the items not on went back in all though had money back they would not redo the order wanted me to get in line again and wait behind 10 others very rude and not helpful at all even though it was their fault as wraps done wrong will not be going there again

we didn't receive our dorritos that we ordered and the nacho chicken bites were cold i also requested plenty of sauce but got minimal amount I've tried ringing the shop but no answer. not very happy at all I was a new customer however won't be using this service sgain

I've been trying to place an order for over an hour now and the delivery time keeps changing! The food is freezing cold when it finally arrives... This is such a bad experience with JustEat, my order is so late.

My order was delivered after being delivered to someone else. Good came opened and damaged with alot of items missing...not happy its fisgraceful how i cant even get in touch with where i had the food from to report it

DISGRACEFUL I ORDERED 12 pcs chipotle bites - I got 5 and rock hard overcooked. I asked for dips got none I asked for bbq sauce on the sandwiches didn’t get that. I have tried to call the restaurant NOBODY IS ANSWERING!

Ordered a breakfast sub which is meant to be warm. It wasn't! It was stone cold and clearly hadn't been warmed up in store as the cheese wasn't melted.

Absolutely dreadful. Pre ordered twice and turned up about 10 minutes after collection time and still weren’t ready. Always end up standing there ages. Tip: order to collect about 45 minutes before you actually turn up!!

Had a half a hour break to go down to the subway, stood in queue for 20 minutes nearly made me late back to work as they were putting pick up orders before customers when I was before, my sandwich went cold before I eat it terrible service would not recommend going this subway absolutely terrible needs improvement in staff and service

Absolutely appalling service, stood in queue for 20 minutes as they prepared pickup orders that have actually come in after I got in the queue, my sandwich went cold before i even got it, the "sandwich artist" had a terrible attitude and seemed like she was unsure of everything she was doing, one would assume they try to serve customers in the queue first before even touching online orders but nope, not quite the case. Needs improvement, would not recommend.

This subway is really good and tasty and the workers are really nice.

Order wrong. Ordered pigs in blankets got cheese bite things instead. One sub has come with cheese on when didn’t ask for cheese at all due to an intolerance so can’t eat it. Waste of money. Want a refund as can’t eat it

Clean place, friendly staff but the food wasn't made to standards. Cold bread even though asked toasted, the filling or preparation wasn't neat and didn't enjoy as it was all falling apart and crumbling everywhere.

Gave me the wrong bread, only one of the sauces I asked for, no crispy onions, stale hash browns and the food was cold. Not happy about this order.

Got delivered the complete wrong order and can’t get in touch with anyone at the restaurant to rectify.

I didn’t get anything I ordered I got chicken and different sub to the one on my order

Needed change order no one answers phone tried ring for ages . Rang driver his mate answered phone so was no help . Also same number as esso station and still no one answering. Very disappointed. Won't recommend to anyone else. Poor service

Hit and miss but nachos are pointless think we've g9ne back to ww2 ration we're there portions i used work for subway (the same franchise) and its just the staff being lazy nothing do with portion control

Walked in and straight away was told there’s a wait as there’s loads of online orders. I was the only person at the counter. Looking at the other reviews not the only person who’s been turned away is favour of online orders? What’s going on here
