Dinner and drinks with family. After hearing good things about Cristi’s we thought we’d give them a go. Our evening there was perfect. We’d booked a table for 6.30pm (6th March 2024) to coincide with their midweek 2-4-1 on cocktails and bottled beers. We received a warm, friendly welcome. We ordered a selection of food to share between the three of us - Cristi’s garlic bread, Italian antipasti board, mozzarella sticks, mini bruschettas, olives and Cristi’s slaw. It all tasted amazing. We couldn’t fault any of it. Whilst we were waiting we ordered cocktails - the Pink Dragon and Cioccolatini were delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout the time we were there. We had a lovely evening from start to finish. Toilets were spotless too.

Smallish unpretentious cafe that is great to pop in for a coffee. Only had a drink but food looked good too. Coffee quality above average. Tiny loo but no problems. Staff friendly and efficient.

Called into the services on the M6 and opted for a pick anything breakfast Staff were great and I was at my table within 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted Prices are good and will very come back here

Interesting speciality beans, with flavour profiles excellently described. There are two choices each for espresso-based coffees and pour-over. I have tried several ones and they are in general very good though at times a bit weak, especially the pour-over (maybe just reduce the amount of water, it is a lot!). Food is also good. I've tried only the sweet items, but the savouries also looked very enticing... Staff is super-kind and also efficient. The place gets crowded quickly, so you need to be considerate with the amount of time you spend here. The staff will politely, and rightly, ask you to go if you are done and there is a queue..

Recommended since reopening and we were very impressed with the decor, service and quality of food. Nicely spaced tables.

Had the most delicious three course Sunday lunch today at the delightful Plough Inn. The food was presented beautifully and the portions were huge. Fantastic staff too and a super wine list!

Great atmospheric day at the #witch and #pagan weekend and the pizza is better than any I've had.

Hemos comido aquí un par de veces. Los asados del domingo son encantadores. Esta noche probamos el menú del día de semana. Mi compañero tenía la hamburguesa y yo tenía salchicha y puré, pero pidió cambiar el puré por patatas fritas que quieren un problema. Mi compañero amablemente compartió uno de sus aros de cebolla caseros que venía con su hamburguesa y wow, eran genuinamente los mejores aros de cebolla que hemos comido en mucho tiempo. El personal es muy amable, la comida es genial y el pub es encantador.

Nipped in to grab a takeaway, had a wine whilst we waited! We eat alot of Turkish food and have tried every restaurant within the m25 radius!! Last minute drop in and this is one of the best we have eaten! pleasantly surprised! Will be back for a sit down x

Acabo de recibir dos empanadas de cabra al curry y omg creo que el bombo, pastelería en escamas absolutamente lleno hasta el borde con cabra muy bien condimentada y queso mac n wow fabuloso

What a disappointment we had after travelling thirty miles to what used to be one of our favourite lunch/bookshop venues. Only a small selection of cakes now available and self serve coffee from a machine in a paper cup and at £15 for two cakes and coffees, very overpriced. Only six people in what used to be a packed cafe on a Sunday lunchtime. Sadly we will not be returning as I'm sure will be the case with many people.

Absolutamente lugar en - estaban tan ocupados - cola en el bar y sé por qué! Rápidamente dada mesa y comida elegida - salmón y maricas de especiales y filete de principal. Las bebidas eran excelentes y de precios competitivos. ¡La comida era genial! A todos nos encantó 🥰 gente encantadora que sirve comida honesta encantadora

Do not play the Aylesford course even If it's free. We had 2, 4 balls booked on the Arden course but were bumped off due to a "booking error". We were left with the shocking second course which was borderline unplayable. The greens were the worst I've ever seen by some way. I played the Arden course last week and it was the worst I've seen it in a very long time. Such a shame to see a flagship course in the midlands in such decline.

What a great place. Excellent serves from begging to end. Great girls Great food excellent. Would really recommend traditional beer and food. Lovely pub
