Went her for family meal, loved it.

Our favourite place! Stephen and all his staff have and run such a wonderful and peaceful place. Have enjoyed camping here on 2 occasions and it's beautiful place for my beautiful family. We aim to come back at least once a month for camping and hope to enjoy and make use of the hotel and glamping pods during the winter months. Would live here permanently if we could

I had a wonderful experience on 17 August 2024, working at large Asian wedding as wedding toastmaster and coordination. The staff were fabulous and very helpful, and just loved the whole venue.

Nice Sunday roast in a great setting

Great setup with plenty of activities, bar was a bit haphazard and service up and down but overall good

Read the reviews about the Heart of England Camping, thought they couldn't be that bad, well they were, absolutely shocking facilities, toilets total health and safety issue, filthy dirty, broken toilet seats, no hand dryers or paper towels, flooring dangerous, 1 inadequate shower for the whole field, washing dishes facilities awful, wouldn't wash a dog it, no elsan or grey water facilities, went to complain and ask for a partial refund, lady in office said she never went to the field so didn't know what the facilities were like, the other lady didn't know what a motorhome was, we were promised a phone call from reservations about our complaint, still waiting, we were there for a wedding, so having travelled 200 miles we had no choice but to stay, thank god we had our own facilities in our motorhome, would never ever go back which is a shame because they are missing out on good revenue for Camping if they cared, surroundings are lovely.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Old Hall House. I stayed one night at room 1, ground floor. The place is super clean and the decor is of high standards. It feels very cosy and homely. The room is spacious with basic necessities provided (I.e, kettle, variety of hot drink sachets, iron and iron board and ample of storage). There's parking on site. The ground area and surroundings is stunning. The price comes with a hot breakfast at the restaurant which is a stone throw away. The only niggles I had was that that it's an old building and the windows were stiff to close, the bathroom door was also still to close. I would definitely stay here again.

Met friends, lovely food. Only down side you couldn't run a tab so had to pay each time after an order. This time, just ladies out for afternoon tea, lovely food, and service. Well looked after. Not rushed. Would recommend this place for meals, drinks etc.

The Meal that we had at the quick tree was outstanding and highly recommend it’s a little hidden gem best Me I’ve had for a long time

I was eating in the Quicken Tree, which is the restaurant attached to these conference facilities. Very quirky decor, friendly service and super food. The chips were particularly good. One of the best things about this place is the outside space. There are ample grounds with amazing views over the countryside. Well worth a visit.

Love it here. A quiet Tuesday morning breakfast, food delicious as ever. The best sausages - no wonder they're award winning. Friendly staff. AND breakfast is 2 for 1! Highly recommend.

Great stay in the pod, cosy & comfortable & great restaurant on site for complimentary breakfast. Our third visit and will be back in the summer.

Very well organised event venue

Excellent and friendly service provided by all.

Great restaurant, shame about our overnight stay. We were basically put in a grass field, no pitches marked out. The field sloped from top to bottom and from side to side. There was a water standpipe that had more leaks than Wales, I got soaked trying to fill up a water container. There was no electric, no toilets, shower block, no chemical toilet disposal or grey water disposal. It is easily the worst place we've ever stopped at in 4 years. To charge £36 for an overnight There is an absolute disgrace, if I owned it, I would be ashamed to charge for it. We parked for a day twice in different Aires de Camping in France and they were way better than this, they are level, have hard standing, tree coverage, provide water, electric, chemical water disposal and grey water disposal and charge €12 per night. In the restaurant which was great they have a poster about the house they've converted into accommodation and is says they've been on Channel 4 for 4 in a bed. Well for they're temporary caravan/motorhome accommodation they should be on the BBC, Rip Off Britain. I will be writing to Pitch up to have them removed as they are most definitely NOT A CAMPSITE, it's a field. They should be taken up under the trades description act. We could stayed on the street for nothing and been no worse off, in fact we'd have been better off, at least we would've been level.

We visited the Festival of Witches and Pagans, as I know one of the Covens that help organise/run this. Especially brilliant as I finally managed to meet Kristoffer Hughes (druid) to purchase his new bee tarot. Met many friends there and learnt lots from the different stalls and workshops.

Beautiful setting for any event, but the camping facilities completely let it down :( 1 shower for whole field and you have to stand in the shower to be able to open/close the door! No lights, so once the door is shut you're in complete darkness, and it's the same in the toilets! 2 toilets, only 1 with a wash basin, 1 without lights, both without loo roll. The ladies and gents are entered via the ladies!!! My husband reported 1 urinal was blocked. There were 2 falls on these broken steps, 1 lady ended up in A&E having x rays for a broken ankle - said steps were miraculously mened the next day lol. Washing area has cold water only and was absolutely filthy. This is my second visit and the camping fees have gone up to £40 a night - JOKE!!! This camping is comparable to a £15 a night farmers field I stayed in, and he had lighting and plentiful hot water. I won't be coming back, which is a shame as it could've been a truly amazing experience, the event was wonderful, but facilities the exact opposite. Felt ripped off :(

A shocking camping experience for a recent festival that was held on their site. The shower and toilet facilities were in a poor state. The gents urinals were blocked after 3 people used them, one of the ladies stalls didn't have a lock on a year after it was reported by someone else. The ladies toilets leak. The steps into the toilet block were dangerous and unstable, these were miraculously fixed sunday morning. We were charged more for staying in our campervan than what the same stay in a tent would cost. There was not even an electric hook up for us to use. They decided to cut the grass on the Friday as lots of us were arriving, then proceeded to leave the grass everywhere to be walked through.

Lovely area, I camped on site for a festival. The site is nice, but the outdoor facilities need a bit of work. Still loved it

We have a great TEAMS day on the 19th April, the staff were very friendly and fun and the events that we took part in were great fun! Especially the human football. We would strongly recommend giving it a go!

Lovely venue. Would highly recommend hiring this place if anyone looking for weddings or birthday parties.

Decent tasty food but service not good Kept waiting for too long and requests for butter, more tea etc were forgotten. Too familiar - sweetheart, darling etc.

Stayed in Shepherd hut Bill on Saturday 28th October for one night the noise was so loud could not hear the TV, kids could not sleep. Called reception staff but never returned call.Emaied no response. Cost £100 for one night in October, rubbish worst night ever.

The Heart of England Conference Centre was a great venue, all staff where helpful from intial booking, planning to the actual day. It was a very smooth day with no gliches all staff were very helpful. Albeit the house a bit different ;-)

Lovely place I had breakfast with my family and it was very nice, the area surrounding is beautiful and lots of places to sit and walk with my dog

The Heart of England Centre hosts Solihull Cycling Club's cyclocross event every year in early Autumn. It's a great venue for outdoor activities and Steve and his team are superb hosts. They are so supportive and they are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our requirements.

A very different and versatile space, with space for both indoor and outdoor events.

Had a great experience. Booked it for my daughters birthday. The buffet and the service was great. The kids loved the playing outside area and parents had good food and drinks at the pub. Everyone happy. Really recommend.

We hired a space for my daughter’s birthday with food for the kids. It was absolutely amazing. The manager on duty answered all allergy questions immediately. The dome area we had was perfect and the food amazing! Highly recommended for any party or gathering!

Beer and burgers far too expensive

Love this place but one thing stops me going. Went to a Christmas party and had a pint in the bar, when I came through to the Christmas party, I was being charged more for alcohol. These places should be just a happy us booking there and buying beerand not profiteering

Had an event here. Chips were nice. Eventing was not eventful. It was a good event.

Lovely Classic car show evert 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Great place for the classic car and bike meet. Well attended last night.. probably due to good weather... burger and chip stand sell wonderful food, but, too expensive in my opinion. Chips £3.50 a small portion. Burgers £6.00... expensive if you have kids with you...🙁

Home of the BKKS National Koi show. Very nice site but not easy to spot from the road. Blink and you have driven past

Was doing volunteering for Coi fish meeting and did the parking The staff were nice and I liked the volunteering.

Wow what a selection of Koi today so nice to see so many people there huge turnout was Amazing. Lee and team Thankyou West Midlands Koi great choice of stock and Koi again.

Stayed for the 4th time amazing staff and a big thank you to Kelly and zoe who make sure all our questions are answered and everything is the way we want it, they are always at hand, thank you both and your team for making our festival do special

What they put on over Christmas and new year is not only great for adults but the kids get to have great times for the Halloween night and the Santa grotto is so good even the adults enjoy it

Eclectic decor and lacklustre service was not encouraging however the food was pretty good.

This is a FANTASTIC place to visit for the whole family. There are lots of things to do from hiring a paddle boat to eating in a private pod.

We had our wedding day here last Saturday and were blown away by the team, we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful, magical and perfect day. Wayne and his team went above and beyond, they're very professional but most of all, they felt like they were part of the whole event. The atmosphere, attention to detail and care were amazing all the way through. Our guests have commented too; they've not been to a wedding like it! We honestly can't recommend the Heart of England enough! Thank you for everything Wayne, Elise, Charlie, Peter, Richard and Adrian (and the team) there is something very special about your venue and events team that we just wouldn't have found anywhere else and we are still on cloud 9! Had our wedding reception here on the 20th May, the staff went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble, the food was absolutely amazing, the comments from our guests were all 100% positive, it's a wonderful setting, love this place.

Absolutely AMAZING place to take the kids for a fun day out The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the venue is beautifully themed and well maintained There are lots of lovely little spots for exploring on the grounds. We also went for a walk through the woods, and we're bookmarking this as a place to return to for themed events and summer fun
