The best restaurants serving Default food in Wareham Purbeck South West

My Spouse and I popped into this Wareham establishment for lunch. I had an absolutely delicious tomato and pesto quiche, whilst my other half opted for the scrumptious Dorset apple cake and clotted cream. Lovely ambience and friendly, welcoming service too.

A very small intimate restaurant offering excellent service and food. Interesting tapas full of strong flavours all perfectly cooked. Thank you for giving us a lovely evening.

One of the best meals I've had in a very long time. All food was lovely and generous portions, the starters (cheese souffle and salt and pepper squid) were exceptional, and the tiramisu was the best I have ever had!! Friendly, efficient service and lovely relaxed setting with fab decor. Already looking at when we can come again! Thank you so much.

had lunch yesterday for my birthday and as always it is such a treat to visit and dine at your wonderful establishment! I have had the pleasure of staying and dining with you a few times & always enjoyed the service from Zoltan and Gille they were such a double act! We always like to support local community groups and after walking round Wareham, i walk with a stroller and found the cafes either full or with steps so not to good for me, just as we were about to give up, i spotted the local church community cafe, where a lady showed me a lift to get in. Me and my wife both had a ploughmans whilst my son with autism had 2 pieces of homemade cake. Everyone was very friendly and if in Wareham again will definitely pop in

We regularly visit The Salt Pig in Wareham as it's simply the best in town. Perfect for Breakfast, Lunch or just coffee and cake. All the food is locally sourced which is very important to us. All the staff are really friendly and extremely hard working. The food is always delicious and fresh and what about the Sunday Roasts...Woweee!! Just theeeee best. I can probably say it's the best eat out roast I've had, hand down!! We love it here. Ps we buy all our locally sourced meat from the in house butcher as well. Superb!!!

Love the fact that Jasmine comes out of the kitchen to check whether everyone has enjoyed the food at the end of the evening. Everyone does!

What a great find during our family weekend away (6 adults). Landlords and staff very friendly and helpful and the locals were also very friendly and chatty. The roast lunch was unanimously voted excellent and is probably one of the best I have had. Thanks to everyone in Wareham for a great weekend and we shall visit again.

We had the best service me and my sister after a long day at work. We had the best pizzas. Steve, Mat and James were so lovely, welcoming and professional. Missed the Monday offers however, it was worth paying the full prices. Always looking forward to office day and the pizza treat.

A great spot for a bite to eat. I had the all day breakfast, which was excellent. Service is cheery, efficient and quick, although it appears to be a one woman band she is remarkably good at getting it all out. Certainly will be back.

Ordered takeaway for delivery and wow was it good! Delicious pizza and pasta dishes, plus the doughballs were amazing. Great portion sizes and quick delivery. 100% recommend!
