I /we used to visit this restaurant in Weymouth. The food is nothing less than excellent, and very typical of Thailand. Anne (the owner is charming, and 'a good cook" if you like Thai food, you will not be disappointed, )

Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. Food was delicious full of flavour. Staff very friendly. We can't wait to come back to try more dishes.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Food is outstanding, consistently very tasty and beautifully presented. Staff are friendly and attentive. A lovely touch that the chef comes to all tables to check you’ve enjoyed. We miss visiting over the winter!

Went with my Partner on a Tuesday evening, really nice, restaurant, only a few tables in there, so lovely and quiet. Service was fast and polite, food was great and all the veg (seemed) freshly prepared! Highly recommended for vegetarians!

Lovely food and lovely staff. We ordered a mixed platter to start and individual dishes to follow with vegetable side dish - this was plenty for two of us. We would have liked to order a set menu - suggest this could be added to the menu?

Very disappointing food. Chicken & ginger was ok, but chicken & holy basil was nothing like the actual Thai dish and the chicken with garlic & black pepper was bland. Was also told to pay cash when ordering a takeaway but restaurant does actually have a card machine. Very annoying as had to make extra trip to cashpoint.

Been coming here for a few years. Hadn't booked so just took a chance. Had a wonderful meal, as always. Had a new girl serving, who was slightly nervous but ok. Food came out quick and was very tasty. Be back next year

Four of us (two couples) were staying in West Lulworth for a week in May, we'd eaten out a couple of times and cooked for ourselves a couple of times and thought we'd have a takeaway and found the Jasmine Thai in Wareham, about 9 miles/15 mins away. We ordered over the phone and were told it'd be about 45-50 mins, we said we'd be driving and the guy taking the order said he'd call us when it was 15 mins from being ready, which he did. Cracking service. We arrived and picked up our order which was almost ready, just a few mins wait. We shared a mixed platter for two and some spare ribs to start, could probably have done with another portion of the mixed platter but that was our mistake, it was a good mix and very nice, the spare ribs were really good, very different to what we were expecting, guess these were Thai rather than Chinese. Then we had a couple of Thai red curries, a sweet and sour and a penang curry, and all were delicious, accompanied by sticky rice which was great too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or order again, if I was in the area.

3 of us went here for dinner and shared a mixed starter for 1 and had the sweet and sour king prawns, thai green curry and king prawn phad thai. Positive: The waiting staff were lovely and the food edible. Negatives: The decor is plain, cheap and disappointing. The food was underwhelming. The green Thai curry had very little flavour except the heat of chilli's, it was more white in colour than green and didn't have any Thai basil or Thai aubergines. The Phad Thai didn't have quite the right balance of flavourings and was too sweet, it was served without lime and peanuts. The sweet and sour king prawn was quite plain and mostly just sweet and the portions were all quite small. Gordon Ramsey would have been pretty red in the face and potty mouthed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely welcome and nice food, our first time here after coming to the area and desperate for a Thai, thankfully here they do food in individual dishes and not meals which gives you variation. Food and atmosphere very good.

Child friendly in the sense that she asked what my kids would like in terms of spices. Plenty of room and really chilled. Lovely Thai music. Clean. Tidy. The food tasted amazing. The mixes of flavours and vegetables and sauces. Best Thai I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced too. Couldn’t fault a thing! Would go back again if in the area. Perfect. 10/10. X

Had tempura veg and pork dumplings, duck with ginger and beef panang. Was worth every penny. Super tasty and quick friendly service.

The smallest portion of spare ribs ever. Chicken & ginger main was pretty tasteless and had very little ginger. Thai green curry was ok but the chicken was rubbery. Not the best take away we've had unfortunately but the yoing guy who served us was very pleasant and polite.

Quite an old fashioned feel to the place. Food was nothing special but tasted good and piping hot. Service was very quick.

We got a last minute booking for dinner which was lucky. The restaurant is small but comfortable. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. Wine by the glass is fairly cheap so best to avoid if you like a good wine! However, food was delicious. Prawn and brocolli and a masamam curry were really good. We loved all of it, tasty, decent portions and excellent service. 100% recommend. The only small downside was that a large group arrived with children. No problem except that the toddler had a device to watch(good idea) but without headphones(awful idea). Had we just arrived I would have asked the staff to tell the family that the sound should not be on. I didn't want to listen to children's TV so it should be made clear this is not acceptable. We paid and left promptly to avoid this but the staff should have spoken to them.

Lovely staff, amazing food the best Thai food I have ever had. I have tried a lot of Thai food from around the local area and this by far the best for value for money, quality of ingredients and tastiness. I would a 100% recommend them

Cannot fault this place. We are newly local and thought we would try it out. Wow! Everything cooked fresh from scratch. Delicious food, mouth watering. Chef is a sweet lady very friendly and comes out of the kitchen to make sure everything was to our liking. Its definitely going to become a regular. We were surprised at the price too, we had 3 courses and couldnt believe how reasonable the bill was.

We often go to this restaurant, the menu is authentic and staff always friendly and happy to chat. It's the only place I know that sells Chang beer and I know it is difficult to source. Great to sit and eat always feel un rushed and welcome. Worth the 20 mile round trip.

My dish was lovely but my partners was quite tasteless other than very strong in coconut couldn't taste the chicken or the vegetables. Went at a very quiet time. Would go again. Please bring back the set menus

The fish chu chee was exceptional and the value for money outstanding. The owner/chef cooks every dish fresh, this is not fast food but the beer and wine well priced to keep you going.

Thai Jasmine in Wareham is quite small but very friendly staff. Eaten in once but I find it cold during the evening. Takeaways were started during the Pandemic and we used this restaurant during that time and since. The food is always excellent. Cannot fault it. May return to dine in in Summer. Find it cold even when picking up takeaway. Can't wait for the next takeaway which is always a treat.

This place is bloody delicious. I can’t fault them. You can taste the love that’s gone into making that food. So happy to have moved to the Purbecks only to find out our local takeaway is the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Good value too! Thank you!👍👍👍👍👍

My wife and I had a lovely meal here very recently after taking a small break near Wareham. The best Thia we’ve eaten for sure. Very tasty and plenty of food . The two young lads at front of house are very attentive , friendly and a credit to themselves . Anne the owner/ chef is very passionate and hard working and a joy to chat too . Tried the Thai Jasmine on a whim after visiting Durdle door and it did not disappoint! Tasty authentic Thai cuisine - The food and service were both excellent! The chef was really nice and took the time to ask us how our meal was which we really appreciated. 5* would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our visit to the Thai Jasmine. It was fairly busy but the service was good if a little slow due to the busyness of the restaurant and the fact that they are cooking fresh and from scratch. I would recommend this restaurant to families (we had three children with us who loved their meal) and vegans, as the selection is great!

Takeaway from here was lovely. However, we ordered a variety of dishes majority of which all had the same sauce i.e pork with Thai basil, chicken and cashew, honey ribs, stir fried veg all came swimming (literally) in the same watery oyster sauce and same veges. But that does not take away from the fact the food tasted lovely but all tastes similar due to same sauce veg on all.
