The worst airport experience of my life. I used the silver zone parking as it's their cheapest option currently and sounded ok. But the reality is you have to queue to drive in, queue to drop your keys off, then queue to get a bus to the airport. Even at 4 in morning! Oh and I forgot queue to get on another bus at the boarding gate to take you to the plane. There was nowhere to sit in the airport and the journey home through the airport was horrendous too. Queue to get on the bus from plane then the bus itself was sat in a long queue of buses all waiting to drop off at the one tiny door to arrivals. Queue to get on a bus to silver zone, queue of buses to leave the airport and queue to pick up keys. Now I certainly expect a few waits at an airport but I really don't enjoy being crammed onto buses like sardines every few minutes and then kept there for a half hour every time. I will not use this again.

My local bakers, so called in to get a pasty and some cakes. Service was appalling. Kept working at the oven and setting out goods without a word of 'sorry to keep you waiting' or. better still, showing a bit of customer service by stopping and serving me. Service when it came was unsmiling, and the pasty was lukewarm at best, though to give it its due, it was tasty (chicken). Most of the stuff it sells is fine - I like their cakes and pastries - it's just the service that lets it down. (This wasn't just this time. Being the local bakers my daughter and I have used it several times in the recent past and the experience has always been the same or similar).

Me and my husband had a cook breakfast on the 6th of November. My egg was overdone all crispy round the edges. The waiter said I would like you egg So I told him I would like it he brought the plate back with the same air on and just cut around the edges I find it absolutely disgusting, not fit for purpose and so it’s expensive for disgusting food would never eat or drink in there ever again again, food was disgusting.???

Tengo asistencia especial en el aeropuerto debido a problemas de movilidad. El café/restaurante estaba casi vacío cuando esperamos pacientemente a ser sentados Un miembro del personal de camareros miró mi silla de ruedas y dijo que estaban llenas y sugirió que fuéramos al otro bar y restaurante. Hicimos precisamente eso y no tuvimos problemas de discriminación allí Esta fue la primera vez que he enfrentado discriminación y fue muy desagradable Veo que hay una opinión similar sobre el mismo restaurante aquí ya Tanto el aeropuerto de Bristol como la dirección de Cabina necesitan investigar estas experiencias, ya que no son un buen augurio para ninguno de ellos.

Shocking waited 30 mins for rock hard pancakes for my son and my food was mostly inedible. The eggs were over done and looked like they and the tomatoes had been lying under a hot plate for 15 mins. £50 breakfast for 3 terrible. Should have gone to burger king opposite
