Came across Rockout with my daughter on the way to do a bit of rockpooling on the beach. We both had the chilli and chips which were absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced compared to most other beachside locations, and run by a lovely lady who was extremely accommodating. It's a sweet little spot next to the comings and goings of the surf centre. Highly recommend...

Delicious coffee in a beautiful location. Dogs very welcome! With an on-site natural pet shop and a large car park.

We all had various ciabatta filled rolls, which were delicious!! So much so that we came back the next day. For a small cabin the food was one of the best we have had all week and we’ve eaten in many various eateries! Would definitely recommend a visit

We had the most wonderful breakfast here on a Saturday. It was lively but there were always tables available. The food was truly incredible- we had the full breakfast and the burrito and tried the pancakes too. All were great and cooked fresh - the pancakes were especially perfect. We plan to come here again; it’s a remote location but totally worth the drive and we would highly recommend to anyone!

I called in for a pint or two, July 2018. Only one real ale available, the cardboard label said it was Doombar. Firstly it smelled rank, secondly, you couldn't see through it, thirdly, it tasted awful. There was no point giving it back as they obviously don't know how to keep real ale and there was no other option anyway. Looking around, I certainly wouldn't eat there.

Dropped in whilst connecting trains to grab some drinks, the lady that served us was just lovely as were the teas and coffees.

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The customer service is appalling and the over priced food is terrible. When we arrived we were immediately made to feel like an inconvenience and told to order quickly as a large group was booked in the same evening. The food arrived questionably quickly. My sons pasta was bland watery slop. My wife and I had fish and chips which was basic. If I'd paid half the price I'd still be disappointed but expected much better quality for the price. We were made to feel unwelcome the entire time. Only one positive is the location. What a shame.

In the throes of Storm Darragh, this wonderful little Cafe proved a warm haven from the gale force winds. Great bacon roll and a tiffin that my fiancée assures me was fantastic this coupled with friendly and chatty hostesses made it an experience to repeat.

We had not tried this pub for ages, but used to be regulars. We dropped in on the off-chance and had supper. We were surprised to find a creative and inventive menu with some interesting stuff along side the pub classics. It was very good quality, well presented and portions were good. The prices were slightly full, but not excessive. The choice of beers/wines were good and the staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Eating in the restaurant area with a small dog didn't phase them at all. We were very pleasantly surprised and will be back.

Our 1st visit to the Jam Pot. A little gem in the most amazing setting of Gwithian Towans. We had the full english breakfast and would recommend. Tasty and great quality food. Service with a smile and thoughful extra's such as a hot water bottle and blanket to add to the ambience of the sitting in the Jam Pot. We will be back and recommend.
