Staff were cold and unfriendly. Cliquey and pretentious vibe. Asked for extra hot coffee and it was luke warm at best. Disappointed as had heard good things and was really looking forward to trying.
we phoned up and booked a table for 6 on a Saturday night got a cab over from Canterbury only to find out it was shut why they could not phone if they had problems waste of time money not a happy cust
Went in this morning completely unsure of what I wanted. The staff are so friendly and patient which I appreciated as I struggle with simple decision making and have felt very rushed in other business
Holy smokes! It is delicious. There isn’t a single thing on the menu that isn’t a 10/10. And the people are 10/10. Would go to Margate again just to have that octopus dish again.
Sadly, this is the last time we will be using them. Had many great meals over the years but the service is getting worse and so is the food.
Waited 2 hours for a delivery last night.
