Didn't have food but it looked good. Really nice inside.

Absolutely disgusting and a rip off. Attached pics of what I got vs what I ordered. Meant to be a nice looking fish burger, a little mix salad and a nice sauce. The fish burger is actually a very cheap horrible frozen fish cake which taste absolutely vile, the sauce is actually just cheap plain mayo and a bit of wilted lettuce. Not even close to what they advertise. Vile and gone in the Bin. I had ordered a milkshake too which didn’t arrive, I wouldn’t order from here again 🤢

Regular customer for takeaway. Anorexic. Ill. Spent money before there. Often. They would not do a thing when I called to say I was just 3 pence short on the one dish I needed. Due to not wishing to ask an abusive parent for help. Sorry. Lost my custom. For having no empathy. For someone who is not trying to rip anyone off. And was just 3 pence short to get a single dish until she has more money. Now off my list of places to order from when I do have money. Empathy and compassion cost nothing.

Never had any issues with food here, you definitely get good standards regarding that but on some occasions they do miss items on your order and you have to contact them to deliver it separately. This does ruin family treats especially when we all like to order our own with different toppings. Delivery times are usually spot on but we don't live far away. They do handle problems well though and genuinely are very friendly.

The food is very good and delicious. This place is decent for the price and they give a lot of quantity.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos cenar en este nuevo restaurante de la ciudad. El servicio es excelente y el ambiente es fabuloso, especialmente para parejas. Pedimos gambas al ajillo y pollo frío, pero lo que nos sirvieron no se parecía ni remotamente a lo que pedimos. El plato principal era Lamb Biryani, que estaba seco, incluidos los trozos de carne y nunca sabía realmente a Biryani auténtico. La gracia salvadora de la noche fue el postre: Gulab Jamun sirvió caliente y Ras Malai. El personal era muy guay, atento e hizo todo lo posible para darnos una buena experiencia, pero la comida fue decepcionante.

One of the best shops in Southampton, so many beers 🍺 and wines🍾 also the staff are soo helpful. I will definitely be back as i am only 5 minutes down the road.

This restaurant has astonishingly poor customer service. We had an order cancelled and my wife got called a liar because they said they do not deliver to our address and have "never delivered" to us, despite having ordered from there at least 5 times previously, with invoices and confirmation emails to prove it. A lady working there also shouted at my wife while she calmly stated an item was missing from our previous order. Really poor service and temperament from everyone we have dealt with. And let's be honest, even if the food is alright nobody wants to be spoken to like that. That is two separate, extremely poor experiences and we shall not bother ordering again. Perhaps your staff should undertake some basic customer service training.

Never again. The quick delivery is only positive. Lamb shish kebab and chicken wings both looks no fresh at all and with the same very spicey seasonics. The most shocking was a mango milk shake without any package bag or whatsever, given in hand from d.driver with plastic straw already in!! Not even trying as shock of luck of basic higinic!
