The best restaurants serving Default food in Chalvey Slough South East

When we arrived the restaurant was empty and very cold was thinking of leaving but glad we didn’t Food was excellent no issues with any dish we all throughly enjoyed it

Saturday after 10:00 pm didn’t pick up the phone if you call 20 times

We booked a table for 17 people on Eid and chose the set menu. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. The food portions were very small; we did not even receive a kebab each, and the chicken tikka was also in short supply. When we notified the server, she said she did not know if refills were allowed. I am afraid we will not be visiting again.

We booked a table here to watch the champions league final. Arrived at 6.30pm and had meal before the game, everything was cooked perfectly. The meal was very tasty and set us up for the night. Table 21 was great just in front of the big tvs, best viewing position in the place. The match was superb and there was really good atmosphere. Very good night.

Food wasn’t well made. The bubble tea was too syrupy even though they made it twice. The Tiramisu pocket was just dry. Waffle was made ok. The staff were helpful though.

I have bought Samosa’s and Pakora here on many occasions now and have no complaints at all. Definitely some of the better tasting Samosa’s and Pakora I’ve had around Slough although they obviously either buy from more than one source (or have different chefs) as the quality varies on occasions, but either way, not to the point of being unhappy with them. Seems to be a popular place amongst the locals which is a good sign but is let down in my rating by the fact that the local FSA rating is a poor 2 therefore highlighting areas of concern. Based on food alone, I’d happily give 4 but would need to check out the wider menu for a 5.

We ordered pizzas but they weren't nice,hardly any cheese on it and all the toppings were falling off because there was only a little bit of cheese on it very disappointed.

I bought a Carrot Cake here today. As soon as I opened the box it smelled bad. I don't know if it's because of the milk or I don't know what. It was bad. I never buy carrot cake here.

Horrible horrible. I had ordered a birthday cake fand samosas both were smelling. Seems like they were sitting there for ages. I will never recommend or visit this place ever. Worthless food. There was a pregnant woman and some kids at the bday. Had they eaten the cake or samosa they would have got food poisoning. These people are risking peoples health. I want to give negative star but don't have the option.

We had booked a table for 30 as a family gathering at this restaurant! I wish we had read the reviews before hand! The food was by far the worst we have ever eaten. Being Asian and having eaten at enough restaurants we know a thing or two about curries. We ordered a selection of starters from Shish kebabs, chicken tikka, samosas, chatt etc the meat was salty and extremely spicy. The chatt lacked any flavour. We though the mains maybe better, to our disappointment the curry’s and Byarani were even worse, they where full of oil and extremely spicy, meaning most of us left without eating much. The service was so poor we kept having to ask for cutlery, glasses water etc. having paid over £300 for a meal that should have tasted better we left disappointed. Never in all our years have we ever eaten such terrible food. I would avoid this place like the plague unless you want to get ripped of and end up with sever heartburn and stomach cramps!

The shop is Very dirty and so are the workers are even worse didn't even want to eat my food was disgusting

Visited here the weekend and found it really clean and surprisingly quiet for a Wetherspoons pub,friendly welcoming staff and clientele was a wide range of people as you normally find,food was very good and hot

My Wife and Son used to pop in every week and sometimes twice per week after his swimming. This was through 2023. Great staff, always happy to see them and never had a complaint about the service or food at all. It is such a shame that they have closed down and when I found out they were going I was shocked and deeply disappointed as will be many people within Slough.

Food was amazing, best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
