The Three Tuns in Slough

We booked a table here to watch the champions league final. Arrived at 6.30pm and had meal before the game, everything was cooked perfectly. The meal was very tasty and set us up for the night. Table 21 was great just in front of the big tvs, best viewing position in the place. The match was superb and there was really good atmosphere. Very good night.

I have been eating curries for 20 years. From what my smallest budget could afford to the best the city of London could offer. This was hands down the best curry I have ever tried. If you are wanting to impress or just want the high grade for yourself, this is the one. Amazing food. Enjoy!

I ordered Paneer Biryani which arrived without paneer and only aloo and kebabs were very dry

Visited The Three Tuns on a Sunday afternoon. Was given a warm welcome! The first thing that got me was how good the food smelled! Grabbed a drink and a table and started looking at the extensive menu. Some of it was a fusion between British pub classics and some just purely Asian/Indian style food. Ordered the mixed grill sizzler (Hariyali, Malai and Chicken Tikka, Signature Wings,Seekh Kebab, Reshmi Kebab, Lamb Tikka, Lamb Chops and Fish Tikka.Served sizzling on a bed of grilled onions), masala fries and onion bhajis at the bar. Food was delivered to the table in about 15 minutes and just looked and smelled incredible! It did not disappoint at all! It was unbelievably good! We were so full after but looked at the desert menu and it had beautiful traditional Indian deserts on it so we couldn’t help ourselves but order a couple. Oh my mother’s dizzy sister! The absolute icing on the cake! The deserts are incredible too! The Kheer is literally to die for! I live 50 miles plus outside of Slough but, and I haven’t told the owners of the Three Tuns yet, but I’m moving into their gastropub! Sorry guys your food is just too good! I promise I won’t take up too much room

Really decent curry with good spicing, well-seasoned thick sauce and generous amount of lamb and chicken in each curry respectively. Naan was rubbish though! Definitely not making these fresh - barely a step up from ones you can get at supermarket.

I used to visit this restaurant once or twice a week. Tonight the owner asked if I would change my table from a table for three to a table for two. There was virtually nobody in the restaurant!! Shame, used to enjoy eating here but can’t abide stupidity and greed !!!

No interest in customers, chops are 85% bones. Not what it used to be, there are so many better places to go, in these tight times, dont gamble on getting anything nice here

I always order food here and forget to review. Honestly the best Indian food around. It actually has flavour and spice unlike the other places which fill their curry with sugar. I love the masala fries, the naan pizza is amazing. The lamb chops are so good. Everything is top notch.

Disappointed as I tried to add 1 item to my order & restaurant refused to let me. I had to pay £4.50 extra delivery fee on top of my previous order delivery fee. A shame as now I will probably not use this restaurant again even though I am / was a regular customer.

This little gem does not look like much from the outside and I was actually wondering whether they were open. But the door was open, and the staff greeted me in a friendly way. Was clueless what to order so I tried the chicken tandori burger - and wow. What an experience - really tasty, tender and nicely spiced. Came with fried which were crisp and plenty of ketchup and mayo as I like it. The beer was good but lacked a bit of fizz. Overall a pleasant visit - and very affordable.

2nd order just as good as the first!! The curries are full of flavour and definitely not lacking in spice!!

Butter chicken does not taste like butter chicken very spicy.

We booked for a large group of 30 of us for a work social. The management team were very helpful and responsive. They reserved a full area of the restaurant for us to allow us to sit together. The food was lovely and everyone was pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions and the quality of the food. The food and drink was reasonably priced, served fast and delicious. The three runs came highly recommended and I would now highly recommend it to anybody else!

Used to get great food from this place. Now onion bhaji with undercooked onions, very floury. Butter chicken imo was made with ready-made sauce, not freshly cooked.

I am a BBQ and Mix Grill fan, I was recommended Three Tons. I ordered mix grill last week and was good and tasty. So decided to order three mix Grills yesterday (Thursday 27/05/2022) because I had some guests around. I was so disappointed with the food. It was overcooked (Burnt), I am surprised chef still packed it knowing it was burnt!!!. Very careless of Chef. I will never order food from them in future. I have heard that food at this restaurant is otherwise good. I will phone this evening to tell some one responsible in the Restaurant.

Delivery time changed - was delivered nearly an hour after original time given

Ordered for collection, was ready on time. Unfortunately they forgot to put my naan bread in but when I called them about it they were very friendly and apologetic and gave me an extra naan for free, although I did need to go back and get it! So they still get full stars for service!

Paneer Biryani we ordered is not so great. Felt like tomato rice with fried paneer.

Gave my 12 year old food poisoning starting with stomach ache and then vomiting. My self had bad stomach cramps at 26 weeks pregnant will not be eating here again. Ladies toilets also need a good scrub

I would expect more masala in paneer tikka and also the biryani

Food was terrible. It was cold and not even made properly. They even didn't put enough food in a container which was only half and I had to call them to only say to me to call justeat. No help what so ever. What a shame I use to go to three tuns approximately 4 years ago and clearly they have dropped their standards. Never ordering again

Great food served by Kayoe from Port Harcourt ! You can't do better than a Three Tuns waiter ! Also.. try the 'raita' pronounced 'writer' - thick, creamy yoghurt !

Rice quality was not good and it was not a proper clay pot biryani. Looked like masala rice. Usually curries are good from three tuns but biryani is disappointing. Won’t recommend if you really like Biryani.

Disappointed with the garlic naan(very less garlic and salt), tasted very bland. Chicken tikka was a bit chewy but the naan rolls were good.

Wings not breaded as described on menu however the buffalo sauce was good

A big disappointment, not worth the money. The lamb burger literally just has the patty and some lettuce, it's very basic. Doesn't look like the briyani has been cooked in a clay pot. This was an absolute waste of money!

I ordered Kheer as desert and got Gagar halva?? No good, come on guys!

Ordered paneer burger and veg platter. Paneer burger was awful.. was expecting a paneer patty but they had paneer pieces in bun... and platter came without any chutneys.. how are supposed to eat platter without mint chutney.. 😥.. disappointed.

The food I received was not my order. Driver refused to return to restaurant, I have not taken delivery of food and have contacted the restaurant manager. He will advise that a refund will be issued.

The food was amazing! Ordered the seekh kebab roll with masala chips, super yummy. Food arrived hot and delivered on time.

I've eaten inside here many times and its lovely. I don't recommend ordering takeaway. They forgot one of my items, chilli paneer @ £7.50, and the chips were soggy. They don't put the same effort into takeaway as they do sit in. Very annoyed I'm £7.50 down.
