King 786 in Slough

I have bought Samosa’s and Pakora here on many occasions now and have no complaints at all. Definitely some of the better tasting Samosa’s and Pakora I’ve had around Slough although they obviously either buy from more than one source (or have different chefs) as the quality varies on occasions, but either way, not to the point of being unhappy with them. Seems to be a popular place amongst the locals which is a good sign but is let down in my rating by the fact that the local FSA rating is a poor 2 therefore highlighting areas of concern. Based on food alone, I’d happily give 4 but would need to check out the wider menu for a 5.

On two consecutive occasions I ordered a simple dish. Both times I was told of a 20 min waiting time to pick it up.....waiting and waiting while the guy's friends sat in the restaurant enjoying their food and their second helpings. Absolute terrible customer service and on the second occasion they put it in egg when clearly asked on the phone not to. They actually forgot about my order and rushed it at the last minute

The Chicken Tikka roll is just about the best value fast food I’ve ever had. Ask for everything on it and you won’t be disappointed. I have it almost every time I visit my mum in Slough. One day I’ll try something else from there, but it’s just so good.

This is a small resturant and takeaway. I was amazed by the taste and reasonable prices. I ordered Sheek kabab roll and Karahi which were very tasty. I would definitely recommend it as take away.

The food was great as ordered. The food was delivered freshly hot and warm ready for serving. It was delivered on time.

Bought some Pakistan halwa puri breakfast as a take away. The taste was mind blowing. The price was also very affordable. It deserves a full 5 star rating.

I live near ,love just a plain saag...the best in town...no fuss...no frills just the best tasted dish at a really great price so u can afford the treat...best thing about Chalvey 5 stars!!! Better than all tried and tasted in SL1 and SL3!

Only ever had 2 takeaways from here but recently decided to pop in for a lunch as I was walking on the way to friends and was hungry. As with most takeaways in Slough it’s of Asian origin but was quite impressed with the food once again. The samosa’s are also great, which are always a favourite if made correctly. Can’t be said for a fair few other establishments around Slough so this could become a regular place to visit. However, the food hygiene rating is a lowly 1 which does not inspire much confidence... I’ve had no complaints nor stomach upset yet, so until then... It gets good from me.,

We leave locally and come here regularly. As we are vegetarian we always have chickpeas curry(chana masala)which we found is the best we have ever had! We have it with rice and sometimes Peshawari or garlic Naan, so delicious in King 786. The restaurant recently refurbished and it looks so nice and clean inside.

Beautiful food - the lamb on the bone is delicious as is my new favourite-lentils with chicken (shahi dhal). Love what they do!!! Fantastic!!! You have to go there.

This resturant has a veyr friendly service and is consistently good. I have eaten her alot and thier biriyani is the best!!

King 786 is a small restaurant situated in chalvey in Slough the restaurant offers a wide range of Indian/Pakistany food most of their dishes are delicious and at affordable prices

Good value local take away. Traditional style dishes almost like home cooked. Equivalent to a greasy spoon cafe.

Had a function and ordered food for some guests 50+ ppl food was blend tasteless with no seasoning - biryani was just a mush Avoid for your life

Being local place and on my own family recommendations I ordered food to take to an important family function in London but such a half cooked curry with no spice or salt I have never tasted a worse curry and even my mum who recommended them said this food was crap! Please avoid at all cost and instead go to my curry local favours fav Kashmiri Kahari in Salt Hill Park Slough.

Love the food from here, nothing beats the chicken tikka roll. Always freshly made and good service provided.

El lema King 786 es "recién hecho platos a precios asequibles." también deberían añadir 'Con amable servicio también. ». El menú es extenso y satisface a todos los gustos.
