Food was really nice well cooked but the service is really bad

Food was very good but I was very disappointed with the service. Nobody came to ask if we need anything else and they didn’t provide enough cutlery. My husband had to get up twice to go and ask them for the stuff we needed. Very bad service.

The food was really good so that deserves the only star I’ve given. Unfortunately, the service was appalling. I came into the restaurant with my husband, mum, dad, and brother and we waited by the door for a waiter or waitress to seat us. From where we were standing, I could clearly see three of the waiters standing and talking amongst themselves. It took a lady coming downstairs to tell them to seat us. So then we ordered and waited. Usually, they bring the drinks, salad and chutneys out first along with the dishes. We were each given a plate but only two glasses were given. Then came the chutneys and salad but still no water or the remaining three glasses. After a while, the food came but still no glasses or water. My dad and husband both tried to call a waiter to our table but it was as though no waiter wanted to make eye contact with us. We were completely ignored. Frustrated, my dad went to the counter to tell them we hadn’t been given glasses or water. The service was extremely slow and it was not even a particularly busy night. Most tables were empty but were filled with dirty dishes. It was a disappointing experience because the food was really good but the service really let it down. I doubt I’ll be coming here again.

Today I visit and happy to see a great taste in London Asian restaurant Highly recommended delicious taste is really good and especially staff is very cooperative and is providing good service.

I recently dined at Little Lahore and was really impressed with their food, especially the Mixed Grill and Butter Chicken. The mixed grill was a flavorful combination of perfectly spiced, tender meats, each cooked to perfection with a nice smoky char. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and had just the right balance of spices—definitely one of the best I’ve had! That said, the ambiance could use some improvement. The lighting was quite bright, which took away from the cozy dining experience I was hoping for. Also, the floor was a bit slippery, which might be a concern for some diners. Overall, the food was outstanding, and I’d definitely return, but a few small tweaks to the atmosphere would make the experience even better.

The waiter who took our order was confused as hell and took the order thrice. Luckily they got it right. The restaurant was almost empty when this happened. Kebabs and Nan were good. Curries were just a bunch of masalas together and the haleem was the worst! I’ve had better haleem from takeaways! To top it all we found a PLASTIC piece in the chapli kebab - just to be served with a slight apology as if it were a mere inconvenience!! The ambience is a little mad too as well as they’ve got bright shiny LEDs to give you a migraine. The place has got potential, but needs to get its management together and better chefs! What a waste! Rip off in the face of exaggerated ambience.

Ordered a chicken tikka roll, it arrived swimming in mayonnaise and chilli sauce. I scraped off as much sauce as I could to find that the chicken was very dry. Despite these issues I normally would not have left a negative review but half an hour after eating what I could, I started vomiting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The food was okay, but the chicken karahi was disappointing. I was told it would take 15 minutes, but it arrived in just a few—clearly someone else’s order. The toilets were disgusting—unfortunately, fix the flush/chain, a common issue in many asian restaurants. Why don't you hire a cleaner?

Food was okay. we ordered charsi karahi, both lamb and chicken but amount of food was much less than expected and cost was much higher than many other competitors in Slough. Fish tikka was very tasty and well prepared as Naan bread. But we were disappointed with the amount of food that arrived. Same amount of food was good enough for even more number of adults in the group when we visited a restaurant on Farnham Road, Slough.

Went to The Little Lahore restaurant for a networking event, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for mingling and conversations. Great service, food, lots of variety, and fresh! The warm fresh naan or parantha are lovely. I had a chicken tikka roll, which comprised lots of lovely chicken tikka, salad, sauces, all wrapped up in a warm fluffy naan!!! Both filling and Yummy!! Pricewise, very reasonable!

Usually they serve us with hot soup before our meal and I love that because it is very good in winter specially.

Visited restaurant for breakfast for 2 people ordered 2 karak chai ☕️ , 2 paratha 🫓, Alo and chana masala. We liked a fresh tea and paratha 🫓, chana masala was not delicious it cost £27 to £28 I think it was an expensive breakfast!

The order was placed and arrived after two hours. I called the restaurant and they said they prepared the order but the rider was not there

I dont like to leave bad reviews but disappointed with the restaurant as service very poor, long waiting time for food to be served considering the restaurant was not busy at the time. Food taste was average below expectation but the portions were reasonable. They only upside was the fish basa was delicious and again reasonable portion size. A little effort in customer service and serving the food faster would be a step in the right direction.

Incredible food and delightful service. We stumbled upon Little Lahore after a cancelled flight out of Heathrow and it made it all worthwhile. Our server, Fatema, was so kind. The food was delicious. We had the Kadai Chicken, Butter Chicken, and Saag Paneer, all incredible. Worth a stop!

Such a pity. They watered down the paya and then maybe boiled it to thicken it, which didn't happen. Not a bean in sight. So, not trotters and beans in thick gravy. Watery soup like trotters. Really disappointed.

This place is across the road from my hotel so naturally I had to give it a try. It is a large restaurant, occasionally this can mean large commercial style but not here, still feels very family orientated. You are welcomed and seated quickly, menu and asked for drinks. I always order poppadoms and they didn't disappoint. Great selection of sauces with them. I went for a madras which was certainly punchy! Will definitely be back.
