Absolutely love the food, we always get it delivered and it is always nice and hot. Will not go anywhere else

I sometimes get a takeaway from Cinnamon Spice. The food is always very good, however, recently they have been terrible on delivery. An hour late is not unusual, and when you call they lie to you re the state of your order. A real let down. Such a shame.

Was in the area and thought would try a takeaway from here. Everything came piping hot, really tender chicken. Not greasy at all. Amazing flavours. Honestly one of the best Indians ever had

Not from round here and only visiting for the weekend, but this is hands down the best curry I've ever had. I've been to Bradford for curry and I've had some curries from reputable curry houses but this beats them all. The best curry house in the UK bar none - I'd even have this over my usual curry house in Rotherham that I rate extremely highly. Lamb tikka balti was excellent, garlic naan bread cooked ro perfection, my partner doesn't even like curry that much and she said its the best she's ever tried. The egg fried rice was unbelievable, no grease or obvious additives, fresh and prepared excellent. Not a big fan of Korma, but I tried it and that two was out if this world. I'm leaving a note with the place we have stayed to add this takeaway to their guest information. Food was delivered in a reasonable time and piping hot, delivery driver was friendly and welcoming. I know this sounds expensive but here's my order:- Lamb Tikka Balti Chicken Tikka Korma Egg fried Rice Plain Naan Garlic Naan Poppadoms (with salad & yoghurt sauce dip) I paid £34 and I'd easily wouldn't grumble at £50. A* standard food with fresh herbs and spices. Many thanks and compliments to the Chef.

We really love the food from Cinnamon Spice. Cippenham and we have used them for years. We have a delivery and every time the food arrives piping hot and very quickly. The website is easy to use as is finding what you want on the menu. The quality of the food is exceptional and the portion sizes are plentiful. The dishes are so tasty, flavoursome and authentic. I highly recommend the Tarka Dahl, Cinnamon Spice Special Rice and Rogan Josh - Lamb Tikka. Well done chef and thank you very much to all at Cinnamon Spice for always hitting the mark and delivering an excellent service.

We stayed in Windsor for a few nights and decided to order an indian. Never used this place before but was very pleasantly surprised . Delivered on time and food was very good . Often indian takeaway food is greasy and bland , not this one. The flavours were great , good keema nan , very tasty curry. Really surprised not more positive reviews , can only think they have a new chef?

I was given a Just-Eat gift card and chose Cinnaman Spice. One of the best vegetarian meals I have had, not swimming in oily gravy just packed with well cooked food.

Called direct - no help that way either - takes no responsibility. Ordered Chinese meal fron Lucky house at same time - delivered within time frame given - much better option

Service was shockingly bad. Ordered my food at 6.28pm. told it would be here at 7.10 to 7.30. rang to complain as it didn't show, updated to 7.40 to 8pm. Still nothing. Rang them for the 4th time, told it was out for delivery, rang back at 9pm to cancel my order. Utterly terrible service from what I was told was a decent restaurant. Over 2 and a half hours and got no food. Avoid. I will never use these again.

Had two orders from here, both were very good. The meat was tender, everything spiced well and it came speedily. The vegetarian options are equally as good. Great value for money! Best Indian food around. Will continue to buy our takeaways from here from now on!

A real let down today. Starters were cold. I ordered lamb shakira as something different. While the sauce was pleasant the lamb itself was dry, tasteless and had the taste and consistency of over cooked lamb that had been frozen and defrosted. The lamb was tasteless and frankly tasted like lamb in an old peoples home. Truly inedible and thrown away. What's worse is that I ordered via their app. Yet when I tried to find a way to post a review I found that had I ordered via Just Eat they had a 15% discount code!

Happy customer. Being Christmas Eve probably a very busy time for takeaways cinnamon spice pulled it off again for me fast fresh and tasty as always! Merry Xmas..

Good good finally! Your indian food is delicious, well portioned and delivered well. Please do be more mindful of your usage of oil, it tends to be a bit too much and often can ruin a fantastic meal. Your spices and flavours are perfect. Well done.

Had the runs all night, food was reheated and old, worst Indian I have ever had, I have half left and I am going to phone south bucks health inspectors, so they can do a test on the food, would not ever ever use them again

You ruined takeaway night, after my third time ordering from you and having two great meals and the third just flooded with oil, I though I would try again as I wanted to enjoy a good meal. I was excited as I knew how well the food always tasted. But instead I was greeted with oil all over the packaging and all over all the containers right through to the bottom of the bag. I called the manager and instead of an apology all I got was he will talk to his staff, give a discount or send another meal. All I wanted was to be validated that I was upset that and had a right to be upset but was talked over and not simply told sorry and that it was just another issue they are dealing with. But it just put me off my meal and I don’t think I will ever EVER EVER!!! Order from them again. Sometimes a simply we are sorry! Validate a complaint don’t dismiss my valid issue, listen to the customer and just make changes.You lost an good customer.

Am so disappointed with the delivery and how the food arrived it has just angered me and clearly shows you don’t care about the delivery of your food. It was all leaking out and covered in oil, the food is good but it’s so irruption have oil all over your hands, the packaging and the kitchen. This has happened every time and every time we complain you do the same. I don’t think you care but I do hence the review on Google, TripAdvisor and I’m Just Eat.

Ordered the North Indian garlic dish because the guy recommended it over the phone. Was not nice at all it was Thick and the sauce was sour. Also delivery driver gave me £1.20 change when he was meant to give me £4 and even when he gave me the £1.20 change he was reluctant and I felt he didn’t even want to give me my change. Won’t order from here again.

Takeaway was 50 minutes late and turned up cold and spilt in the bag. I called up to discuss and they didn't care. Food was tasteless and much worse than other ones i have used. Will stick to safe options next time.

I’m not usually into Indian food, this was my boyfriends suggestion ... and... surprisingly, for once he was right! Placed my order over the phone and delivery was here. Well within minutes!! 15 max I’d say. (perhaps the time we ordered on a Friday night on our side as it was early evening) Anyway. Delighted by the speedy service! Chicken biriyani was moist and had huge tasty bits of chicken in it! Kima nan nice bits of meat and not too heavy. To be honest it was a triumph. This was my first order but it certainly won’t be my last!

This is the second time we have ordered from here. We used the Just Eat app. I had the chicken Biryani which was massive (easy enough for two). My partner had the chicken korma which she loved. We will be using this curry house again 100%. Thank you.

Ordered food on Cinamon Spice's website on Saturday and after waiting more than an hour for the food, we called the restaurant to ask where our order was. They advised they hadnt received our order although payment has been taken. We cancelled our order as this is not the first time we had not received our order on time. I reversed the card payment but i have just learnt that the restaurant has taken the money again and now have a battle getting the refund back even though we did not receive the food we have paid for. The person we spoke to was rude and unable to listen. This is not the first time we have received poor customer service but the food is good so we have put up with it. Saturday was the final straw. I hope our refund is processed rapidly without us having to further involve the bank and this is an end to it. If you order from this restaurant, I would suggest paying by cash. Then if you have the same experience we have had it will not ruin your weekend.

Used this takeaway for years and never had any issues. But the last three occasions the food has been well below the standard I've come to expect from cinnamon spice . Poor quality meat, bland in taste and no substance to it, the veg curry tasted exactly the same as the bhuna as if all out of the one pan. Really disappointing from a venue that we use to tnrougly enjoy.

Overall wait for food was just under 2.5hours. When it arrived it was luke warm. Advised not to order via Hungry house and to order direct with Cinnamon Spice. Although when I called them to chase the food I was told it was on its way.. it doesn't take 30 minutes to bring luke warm food across Slough

Always get my takeaway from here and it's all ways good. Good level of spice, not to much grease, good portion sizes and fairly quick delivery. Also reasonably priced. Lamb is always good and no horrible chewy fat like you get in some places.

The food is great although a hit pricy. Parking can be an issue and the area looks a bit run down and not too much street lighting but Cinnamon Spice is welcoming and they do deliveries too

This used to be a great takeaway, on time great tasting, great service and menu. In the last 3 months 3 stars is the best it deserves. Late deliveries, wrong order, cold food, more vegetables than lamb and poor customer service: not one apology. Try the others in nearby Burnham for a few months to see if this makes the management take notice and return to the standards they had previously.

I ordered food from Cinnamon Spice through just eat. I had ordered Chicken madras with chapatti which were delicious. I also had chicken tikka which was ok in taste but I would have preferred a bit spicier. The food came piping hot and had mint chutney, salad and Popadums as accompaniment. Will surely order again.

Usually cook from scratch, but recently have been too busy. The two takeaways we have ordered have been very enjoyable. The food is hot, tasty and delivered speedily. High standard in both orders. At these prices, we will definitely be using Cinnamon again.

We have always recommended Cinnamon Spice to friends and family. Okay so sometimes they forget to pack part of your order but they have often brought it round once we've called to say. HOWEVER... our last takeaway from Cinnamon Spice has left us incredibly disappointed and frankly we will never eat food from there again.

Have ordered from these guys a good few times now & the quality of service from the staff is second to none. They really make you feel like you are there only customer- they tailor make dishes to your liking without any issue. Also delivery is always prompt and efficient. After trying a good few Indian takeaways in the Slough area, can safely say this is definitely one of the best!
