Bokays is always on point, definitely one of the best Chinese Takeaways around. The food tastes fresh and not gloopy at all. It's usually best to go in and pick up as delivery can take a long time.

Gd food and Best place ever and the best service that I and my wife always have every time we are at wimpy and no complaints what so ever I would recommend wimpy to anyone as the staff are very friendly

I was driving thru and wanted to take the opportunity to revisit the OT cafe but it looks like it has changed to Tat Grill. Their eggs ben used tobe fab.

The two guys who own this plaice are just great, proper traditional fish and chips cooked the proper traditional British way. They also do kebabs and pizzas which i do get occasionally get and they are also great, by far the best in Surrey

Best curry on the planet, there’s no competition or debate about it……. If you haven’t tried this place for a curry then get ordering, and your be writing a very similar review 👍 if I could write another review I would say this over and over! I have tried every curry in Addlestone and chertsey, nothing even comes close! Please try the lamb spice lounge curry it’s unreal! Or any lamb dish for that matter, the lamb melts in your mouth!!!!

I’ve had take outs from Bokays in the past on regular basis. After one and a half years I ordered a take out 3 weeks ago Monday, and needles to say how disappointed an disgusted I was. That was the worst ever food I have ever had in my life. Spent a quite a bit of money on that take out and the food was horrible . I am sorry I had to use those words but there is no other way I could describe. The texture of the rice was awful. Perhaps very cheap rice. Beef in Thai sauce (which Blossom recommended) straight into the bin. Fried squid the taste of the oil was awful. (In the bin) the oil is used repeatedly . Only dish that was edible was Singapore fried noodles. But it was burnt. If you do not have taste buds then this is the place. I am usually not the person to post reviews but I felt I had to.

Avoid this place if you dislike rude waiters. The waitress with the round glasses and long hair shouted at me and was very unprofessional. We came back because we enjoyed the food last time. Food was ok but the prebooked lobsters were quite old and didnt have much meat inside at all. When we told the waiters they did not apologise for the poor quality and did not even try to make it right. The waiters were very hostile and bad communicators and started arguing with my sister after they failed to communicate with our table about how they would deal with the situation. We decided to leave and they played a cringe happy birthday song on the speakers when we just wanted to leave. Will not be coming back.

Really friendly welcome. We had the 2 - 3 person sharing plate. It was plenty of food. It was freshly cooked and really delicious. We particularly liked the bread and the chicken. Good value for money. Excellent.

We've eaten here twice now and the service was super friendly, the food was really tasty and the portions were generous. It's fast becoming a family favourite and the food is good enough for me to want to take my thai sister in-law with us when she's next over, which is high praise.
