A great lunchtime choice, not badly priced, freindly staff, will definitely go back!

They served my 5 year old stale nuggets.

Ordered a vegetarian quesadilla, sweet potato fries and caramel churros. Everything was made fresh, I could choose my quesadilla fillings and the staff were lovely. I will absolutely eat here next time we're in Woking!

Delicious food, large portions and friendly service!

So nice to have something unique to eat in a food court! Instead of the same old chain restaurants, the food was lovely, good price and above all, the service was brilliant, they were so kind and changed ingredients to my liking, will definitely have again 🙂

We had the Taco Loco, and they tasted amazing, very filling and great value for money. Service was lovely, very friendly. Will definitely go back for lunch again. Shame we live too far away for delivery.

My husband asked me to order from this place directly on their website. Ordered my food at 20:18. It’s now 21:43 and no update and no sign of food (was meant to be delivered at 21:10)!! I hope I’ll get the £25 I paid back when they finally answer their phone!

Was here tonight with my family. Burritos are really good and I like the fact they have slushies too (great with the kids). Kids had fun and enjoyed selecting their own things for their burritos. Churros are nice too and portion size isn't bad at all (I am usually picky about small portions in many places as always not enough to make you order more). It's not a restaurant and not really suitable for a family of four to dine in but I gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere as the owners and staff were really friendly, welcoming and attentive when we were there. Will come back soon to try the Quesadillas and Tacos.

I ate dinner there with my family yesterday and it was delicious! The service was wonderful, he was very friendly and gave us a detailed description of the menu as we mentioned this was our first time having Mexican street food. we were recommended very delicious burritos and loaded nachos and it was very affordable + the service was very quick. I am a vegetarian, and there was plenty of vegetarian food to choose from. I had a quesadilla and it was delicious. our server even spilt up a portion of loaded nachos to be half vegetarian and half with meat! I also have to give a special mention to the kitkat milkshake I had there as it was the best I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try authentic mexican street food with friendly service. 10/10.

Wanted to stop for some Mexican after a day at the amusement park and was not disappointed!!!! Service was TOP NOTCH, the staff were extremely friendly and catering and food was good for the price. Truly a great place to try if you are ever in the area!

Ordered a burrito and chicken wings. The burrito I can't fault. Very delicious and would order again. The chicken wings though very tasty, portion was pathetic and the wings were tiny. More like sparrow wings. Would order again if you get more.

Absolutely amazing. People who prepare the food are really nice and amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place. One of my favorite places to grab food in Addlestone.

The guy who served us was super friendly. This was the first time I had a burrito and it was quite big and delicious!

The churros are amazingly crunchy and flavorful (especially combined with the Nutella or caramel dip) and the burritos have a perfect ratio of rice,beans,sauce and meat. The man at the counter is also very cheerful and kind. As a food connoisseur I would definitely recommend El Sombrero for people craving authentic Mexican food.

Lovely Mexican food place - the owner had amazing service and the food was delicious. Both my partner and I had the burrito meal deal which was great value for money. I loved how you can pick your fillings and sauces to make it your own. The man was so lovely and considerate, I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Absolute garbage. I’m pretty sure Tesco wraps, tinned tomatoes & beans with rubber like mince is not how you make an enchilada. How does that poor effort take 2 hours to produce? You guys should probably check your phone lines too, because no one answers when calling.

Found this place on Google maps and thought I would try it out. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I have bad hearing so when I asked him to repeat something he was very patient with me and calmly repeated. The food was good and delicious. I would have liked it if they had lime or onion with cilantro (coriander). (It's a Mexican thing). All in all the food was fulfilling and the slushy drinks are amazing. I love the lime flavored. Would definitely go back if near the neighborhood. It's best to park in Tesco as there isn't much parking space near the restaurant.

Ordered food via the just eat app. Told a delivery time of 20.20. Phoned up at 20.30 to be told that food was going to be delivered in 15mins. As of 21.25 I am still waiting for my food to be delivered. I live about a 5 minute walk and had they not lied and told me my food would be with us soon, I would have walked down and picked it up myself. Update: food arrived at 21.40. It was cold but still had good taste. Would have been lovely if arrived hot Have tried phoning to get updates and no one is answering.

Such a great restaurant, excellent food and the best borrito ever, highly recommended to anyone in addlestone or in the surrounding areas, they won’t disappoint.

We have visited numerous times and have always been happy with the quality, taste, freshness and consistency of their products. Staff are polite and orders came through quickly.

We ordered from Uber Eats, and all was well until we reached the delivery time, we waited until the maximum estimated delivery time. The app was stating out for delivery, but this restaurant does not have GPS tracking, after over an hour we called and was told the driver is 2 minutes away. Bearing in mind we are only 6 to 7 minute drive away and the app had been staing out for delivery for over 25 minutes. We then waited 10 more minutes and called back and was told the driver was stuck In traffic, I politely replied that there is not any traffic, and was told food will be with you in 2 minutes. We waited again a called back to be diverted several times, eventually got through to be told that we should cancel the order to get a refund and we can keep the food when it gets there. Instantly the order on uber was cancelled there end, we were not charged but our food never came and we were waiting for an hour and a half to then go out and get dinner. They just was not truthful with want happened their end which raises questions to what else they are not truthfully about... Update... food arrives over 2 hours after ordering cold and soggy. We had already got dinner elsewhere. Avoid.

The churros are perfect. The Quesadillas are tasty. The Pineapple and Lime slushies are great. What’s not to love.

Fresh tasty Mexican food, it’s a change from the usual kebab shops and cafes. Nice to eat something different very filling and all fresh.

Disappointing!! AVOID. I ordered a burrito with pulled pork and it was not cooked. The other burrito was chilli beef. I got home and I couldn’t even eat it as it was completely off!! It smelt disgusting and tasted sour because of the beef being off. Horrible belly ache due to this.

After passing this place a few times I decided to go in a try some of the food and what a great experience. Food was fantastic and the chap that served me was very helpful.

I popped in about a week ago to grab some dinner. The greeting was super friendly! One of the guys working suggested an enchilada that was a special for that day, it was delicious and I got my Mexican food loving husband a burrito which passed his test with flying colours. Yummy food and great customer service. This is our new go to when we fancy Mexican food.

In a nut shell Simply the best thing to happen in the area where food is concerned. I have been looking out for a Mexican restaurant that has good quality meals on the menu and El Sombrero has most definitely answered the call. A corner of the market that was not covered in my area until now and well welcomed I can't stop ordering from here. A must try if you haven't already is the pineapple slush, the chicken burritos and the Chicken wings . AMAZING....... 6 STARS ****** All Day Long. I'll be back

Greats service, good tasty food

Really really tasty food and a good selection of options from loaded fries, nachos, burritos, bowls etc.. all the flavours are really good and decent cost as well. Have been a few times now and have only one suggestion - either lids are needed for the food station or fix the door so it closes fully as every time I have had it, the food has been a bit below warm. I really want this place to succeed and feel that this needs to be addressed as people may try it and be put off by this and not give another chance but it tastes really good! Also, only other suggestion would be to offer the cheese sauce you use on the fries and nachos as an option on the burrito/bowl Hope the feedback is taken in the right way, will definitely be ordering again!

Poor - soggy chips..cheese sauce as a substitute for real cheese, like the stuff you get at the cinema. Guacamole that I doubt has any avocado in it. Whole thing lacks care and feels cheap. A missed opportunity.

Very tasty take away! had a taste of everything, Really fresh and great portion! Simple menu, totally customisable to individual taste (spicy,not spicy etc) staff that served us were so friendly and made recommendations too!! Will 100% be ordering again!!

We loved this food. The owner was very friendly, polite and kind. He advised us about the menu, making our choice the best possible. I had a quesadilla and it tasted authentic with real Mexican flavours. The fries were good and didn't feel greasy. The churros are fantastic - it feels like I'm back in Spain. Will definitely be eating here again!!

My family and I ate at El Sombrero to try it out as it is new in Addlestone! The food was delicious!! We had a burrito meal deal, a quesadilla meal deal and a nachos meal deal. Everything was prepared quickly and was still warm when we got home. The sweet potato fries were great!! There are so many topping options for burritos/quesadillas/nachos, including different types of beans, cheese, guac, salsa, tomatillos, corn etc. There are meat (chicken, pork) and veggie options (chillis, jackfruit) so it really caters to everyone! The tastes were incredible, so no sauce is necessary as an add on! Just enjoy the Mexican flavours! 😉Also, I think it is good value for money! I was soooo full after the burrito! 😂

It’s so nice to see a Mexican restaurant on the high street. We ordered a naked bowl and a burrito. Both we absolutely perfect! 😍 They have both meat and vegan options (jackfruit is amazing! Honestly exactly the same texture as pulled pork) and a great amount of customisation options. From different salsas to jalapeños for that spicy touch 🌶️ Ricardo was knowledgeable about the food and recommended the slushies. Very refreshing and sweet, would be perfect for a summers day. They’re open from 7am-11pm which is great for the commuters on the way to the station as it’s about 3 mins away. The collection of Portuguese pastries look divine and i honestly can’t wait to try them with a nice hot drink. Can see this being the morning pit stop. A wonderful addition to the high street. Thanks for the food and hospitality.

I was quite surprised by the quality of the food. Good choice of options. I was half tempted to order more than I was originally going to (I kind of did), but I’m trying to diet so had to restrain myself a bit. There were plenty of options, and it felt quite close to "authentic" Mexican food. The restaurant has excellent branding, and I think you'd have more success as a Mexican restaurant then any other in Addlestone due to oversaturation of fast-food places. Doesn’t mean its guaranteed, but it’s a good opening gambit.

The flavours in the food are delicious- well seasoned and falling apart - and super soft and fresh - the toppings was well all tasty 😋 Beans delicious! I enjoy lots the Burrito meal ☺️Highly recommend!...Good staff good service.
