Land Lady and Land Lord were amazing always make customers and visitors feel welcome and comfy, one smoking area out the front of the pub which doesn't effect the rooms and people with asthma, a brilliant pint! Specially Guinness the best pint of Guinness In Chertsey.. Great location, close to Thorp Park, train station and the high street.. You can enjoy a relaxing quiet pint here with friends bar staff and bubbly punters Highly recommended!

Typically English pub, cozy atmosphere and very friendly owners. We played backgammon there (the one we had with us), with my fiancée, in a private alcove that we were offered to use.

Me and my friend were attending a wedding at foxhills so wanted a place to stay for the night. We booked the coach and horses as it was near to the venue. Bev was amazing and so accommodating to us, the rooms had just been all upgraded which were very clean and new. Great value for money and a great stay would 100% recommend 😁

Had a nice stay. I booked the small, single room, but it was just what I needed. Great value, clean, comfortable and, surprisingly, not too noisy, even with the window open. I would recommend for budget accommodation.

Awful customer service. Rude, disrespectful. Lived nearly 30 years in Chertsey, don't normally drink there, benefit of the doubt. Husband and daughter (21 yrs old) bought a drink. Barmaid ran outside and rudely asked daughters boyfriend for id (he's the same age), was so rude to my daughter. even a regular went in to speak to her about it. She got other members of staff to come out and watch us. Intimidating and disrespectful. Surprising as there were others there who turned up, younger looking, who were loud and causing a scene, but staff seemed more interested in us. I've worked in hospitality for years, so understand the rules and regulations, but there is a way to conduct good customer service and this pubs staff have no customer service or manners to conduct this!

Lovely little pub with nice clean rooms. Easy to get to Twickenham.

Not a lot to say as I only popped in for a beer staff were friendly beer was good.

Good little local. Never had as bad pint. Easily the best pub in town.
