I dined hear last night. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a young lady with a fantastic attitude and a smile to match. I ordered the Thai green curry and a beer. I was warned that the curry would be spicy—one of the spiciest dishes on the menu. And it certainly was! But it was also absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant as a must-visit when in Oxford. — G.B.

Fui a Oxford a pasar un día con mi madre a la que le apetecía comer sushi. Hay dos Itsus en Oxford pero fuimos a este en el centro comercial Westgate. Best pannini in oxford. I went for the bacon cheese and pesto one, did not dissapoint. The meal deal with a drink and crisps is good value. I’d reccomend to anyone looking for a quick tasty and cheap lunch in oxford!! Delicious.

Great music, friendly staff, tasty food, what's not to like?

Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food. When our food arrived it was lukewarm. We did mention this to the waiter, who was lovely, and he offered to warm up the food but as we had waited so long we were running late to meet with friends post dinner. We received a discount on the meal which was a nice touch but it unfortunately doesn't take away from the experience. The interiors and styling is beautiful.

Dreadful customer service on the day I visited. Had been before but this day was awful. Staff member had a terrible attitude which is bizarre given it’s one of the most expensive burger joints in Oxford. Will never go again, there are plenty of friendlier and cheaper places in Oxford. The place has a pretty dull atmosphere anyway.
