Itsu in Oxford

Fui a Oxford a pasar un día con mi madre a la que le apetecía comer sushi. Hay dos Itsus en Oxford pero fuimos a este en el centro comercial Westgate. En primer lugar, todo el establecimiento era IMPECABLE. Los pisos, mesas, techos, escaleras, baños, etc. estaban inmaculados. Aparte de la comida fresca que siempre te prometen en Itsu, lo que realmente nos destacó fue el servicio al cliente que recibes en esta sucursal. Al entrar, Sanyam nos recibió y nos preguntó si necesitábamos ayuda (procedió a hacer esto con todos los que entraron en cuestión de segundos). También nos vio luchando con el pago en las cajas de auto-escaneo sin efectivo y saltó para guiarnos suavemente sobre qué hacer mientras teníamos cuidado de no hacernos sentir avergonzados o apresurados. Cuando terminamos con nuestras comidas, ¡incluso ayudó a mi madre a limpiar la mesa! Él era muy atento y atento en todo momento sin ser dominante (a pesar de que es muy fácil para el personal esconderse detrás del mostrador de comida caliente) . No estoy seguro si esto se debe a la formación del personal de Itsu o si este individuo en particular era simplemente sobresaliente. Sin embargo, en un país donde el servicio de atención al cliente parece pasar ahora a un segundo plano, debería estar muy orgulloso de que personas como Sanyam estén representando a su empresa. Itsu, espero que lo trates bien. De algunos clientes muy contentos.

Imagina que estás en una obra trabajando en doble turno, ordenando comida de Itsu para continuar trabajando durante la noche. El pedido llega sin cubiertos ni palillos. Ahora estamos comiendo nuestra comida con separadores plásticos sucios. Gracias Itsu

First time ever going into a itsu and wish I had much earlier really lovely food with great pricing highly recommend it I had a noodle pot so full of flavour

Very small portions and I am not a big eater. They only half filled our take out containers and we didn’t ask for takeout. Too much sauce not enough vegetables. Nice taste to sauce on Korean undo. Definitely not as pictured. Was all noodles sauce and pees. Great takeo outrefillable water bottles water

Disappointed at this cashless system. I use cash alot to help myself budget and after visiting the new Staines branch I was turned away for wanting to pay in cash. They have lost a customer. I shall keep using MoMos in staines for my sushi who accept all payments.

Didn't plan to eat here. Wanted to grab some sushi for takeaway. Just about 9pm ( half an hour b4 closing ), all sushi are half price. What a steal.

Sushi meals really good, but pricey, as expected from this chain. Had to pay by card as no cash payments allowed. This seems to be the normal in Oxford, everywhere seems to be card only except Wetherspoons. The ATMs also didn't work to withdraw cash, even Sainsbury's ATM was out of order. Not everyone uses cards and apps. Some people prefer to use cash when travelling. Establishments could be losing much needed trade due to card only payments.

Itsu is Itsu. All manner of Thai, Japanese, Oriental food which is light but filling and appears very healthy is you choose the hot meals, not sure of sushi, I dont like raw fish but it a matter of taste. I sat after receiving my meal very quickly and found it just filled a nice spot on a cold day. Good vaulue in my opinion

We were just in Oxford for the day of wandering around the shops on Christmas Eve, fancied a bite to eat but didn't want to go to our usual places. This Itsu was centrally located in the mall at the top of the escalators - perfect for a bit of people watching while we ate. My wife isn't into sushi, so we didn't go for a bento box (but they did look good) - we had the i’thai udon (chicken soup with noodles) and the coconut chicken soup (with noodles). We were both surprised at the huge bowl portions. I had gotten a set of 3 duck dumplings also, but if I'd known the size of the soup bowl I wouldn't have needed the dumplings. It was all delicious. The only reason I'm not scoring a 5 is because where we wanted to sit I had to ask the staff to clean the mess from the previous occupant. Otherwise the place was clean and friendly. Recommended for sure.

I have really enjoyed my visits to ITSU- very friendly service and delicious food. My favorite dish is the veggie’gyoza udon, which I can highly recommend.

Calme, bien installé , menus variés , de qualité.Bien sur les sushis, les salades (des mix intéressants) , pour manger un peu allégés entre 2 pubs !

The food is really good. This itsu retaurant is great because starting from 9:45pm everything goes half price before it closes at 10pm. We went there twice after a theater play and it was practical. Instead of paying 40 pounds, we payed 20 pounds. And the food is good quality and fresh.

We fancied some healthy food after too many pub meals and came across Itsu that drew us in with its decor, food displays and ample seating - actually somewhat uncomfortable. A great display of available food and we ordered from the menu above the service area. Our food came quickly and we sat watching the world go by. Fair prices and generous portions.

I popped in her to buy the chicken and spring onion goza I loved them definitely worth the price and very healthy too .

Stopped off for a 'pit-stop' lunch, and everything was first class serveed quickly it was warm and filling Just what fast food should always be

Tried this for quick lunch, the preparation time was quick, have many healthy ingredients, tried veg options, thought the taste was little bland for Japanese food, (may be customised for British taste?), clean and plenty of seating.

Had a delicious, super-healthy late lunch on a Saturday. Plenty of seating upstairs so no problem getting a table. It's fair to say I'm an Itsu fan and I would happily go back.
