We bought 3 Sunday Roasts today and they were excellent. Very reasonably priced and ready for collection. Recommended.

Really like this chippy good array of choice on the menu the only annoying thing is that the automatic menu boards change too quickly to be able to read

The food was meh, nothing special considering the price. My husband's burger was £22 it was tiny and came with a handful of fries. My daughter didn't like her kids meal, she said the chicken was chewy. The restaurant itself needs a refurb! It's looking tired and very dated. The staff didn't seem to want to be there, it was so quiet that they were probably bored! I used to love TGIs, we definitely won't be returning as the price of food does not match the quality.

Food is cooked to how I had liked. Service was swift and the lady that cooked my food was talkative and professional. No faults in cleanliness and presentation of the food.

My husband and I visited on a Saturday evening. We always think that TGIs is a safe bet as the food is always pretty good! The portion sizes are great and the food was really tasty. However, what stood out to us the most was the absolutely exceptional service that we received. Our server Johnny was attentive and just came across as a really genuinely lovely person. He is an absolute asset to the TGIs team and I really hope that management acknowledge how much of a great staff member he is. Would absolutely visit again.

Very poor service. Waited for 25 minutes in queue then told at till it would be another 15 minutes for a toasted sandwich. Instead had a tasteless egg sandwich. Only one person taking orders, making teas coffee etc and taking the money. This was a busy lunchtime and there was poor management and organisation. Will not use again
