Health Shack in Fareham

Wonderful service from Rachel who is a great host! Lovely to see someone in this venue again, and the cafe is lovely inside, very warm and welcoming. We had a black coffee and hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows, very good price and much nicer than visiting the normal chain coffee shops. Got some chocolate banana bread to take away too which was delicious. Will definitely be returning!

Under new ownership as of April this year, Rachel is absolutely beautiful with a golden heart. She wants the cafe to be a social hub and bring the community together. There are wonderful gifts from independent sellers and a few board games to keep families occupied. A lovely space for parents/carers and toddlers. She welcomes anyone who would like a space to run events and parties.

Lovely little vegan cafe. Both I and my partner found the pancakes very good and it has lots of little treats, like cakes and pastries. I also had a good smoothie. Looks a little strange from the outside but inside there are games and seating

I had the Cafe Latte with oat milk, very nice cup of coffee. Competitive in prices with some of the chain coffee shops without being a chain. Very lovely woman, let me use the bathroom before she knew I was buying anything. 10/10 would recommend

What a lovely find, being vegan i often find it hard when i go somewhere to eat that there isn’t much choice but here i was spoilt for choice!

I was there one week ago… This place has a great energy, the staff are full of happiness, the vegan food, coffee and smoothies are amazing! A great little find…not only is it a superb café it’s also a great alternative holistic healing place. If you’re into this kind of thing, I would highly recommend it! 😎

It was my first visit today. I was very welcomed when I got there after a long walk :). I had pancakes which were loaded with other ingredients including banana, maple syrup, cacao nibs and so on. Very tasty and very nutritious. I will definitely be going back there :).

Great food and very friendly, my new favourite vegan eatery. Was going to grab a takeaway salad but stayed for breakfast after seeing it arrive on another table

Brilliant food and people down at the Love Shack Eatery, I had the whole lotta love breakfast which was great! Cooked lovely and tastes amazing. My girlfriend had the smashed avocado and tomato on toast which she loved too. I highly recommend the peanut butter and frozen banana shake which was so so nice! Will be coming back.

The most amazing food and people! Jo and Tarquin make the most gorgeous vegan food and drinks and have so much knowledge on everything vegan. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much we’ll definitely be back soon!

Well what a culinary delight added with the addition of the vegan chef with extensive knowledge on vegan food and its health benefits. I wasnt vegan before but am converting, her plant based shakes, FOOD menu from burgers to vegan breakfast, lunch menu, all very nutrient to cakes and divine fresh coffee made with pure love, what a beautiful quaint establishment, jo the owner was truly amazing and i cant wait for the vegan sunday roasts. A PLEASURE TO TREASURE and all the locals shold support this animal friendly vegan establiashment, great portions, fabulous music and terrific food. Who needs meat? Not our bodys for sure Thanks so much .

We pooped in for an early lunch yesterday, as always was warmly greeted. The food is always great with a good choices. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Well worth a visit!

Have eaten here many times and always had lovely fresh food and the bread is to die for because it's doorstep cut bread which goes perfect with the vegetarian breakfast! Love everything I have tasted here.

This is a vegetarian/vegan cafe which serves a variety of food and also offers holistic treatments. Have only been once so far and had a nice all day vegan cooked breakfast.

After seeing a post in Facebook about vegan cakes I decided to make the trip from Gosport to see for myself. I've NEVER tasted a vegan cake like this. Perfect texture and taste. I ordered a coconut latte which was faultless. The menus available are amazing and cover vegi and vegan. The staff are lovely and friendly are will be returning.

Great service, very clean and great food and drinks. Would recommend this place very highly it has a healthier view and I find it very refreshing. I am not a vegetarian but found it a nice place to go.

Came here today with my 5 year old daughter for the first time. Had smashed avocado on sourdough (gluten free) bread, with egg & all the yummy extras ... was delicious!!! Cakes look stunning! I love the face they offer gluten free / vegan / vegetarian options. The two ladies who served us were friendly & kind and I be definitely be coming back!

Made several visits now - can’t stop going or singing the praises of this delightful little cafe. Sumptuous cakes , fascinating and tasty food - all freshly prepared and cooked to order. Coffees, teas, and cold drinks in abundance. Just perfect for sharing time with friends ....or a well-earned ‘pit stop’ for walkers/cyclists to recharge their energy stores!! Sent the husband there for his breakfast yesterday - still talking today about how good it was!! Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed!!

Had a lovely birthday lunch here with my family. Brilliant that it is vegi/vegan, so my dietary requirements were sorted! I had a lovely vegi tart with salad, my dad who is an omni had an omlete which was freshly made & he said very tasty. The rest of our party had tea & cake, it was a difficult choice to make as they all looked so delicious, they tried the Carrot cake & the Coconut & Raspberry which were both very tasty. All the cakes were vegan too which for me is a massive plus point!

Heavenly breakfasts, divine cakes and more. Holistic therapies on offer as well! All put together by adorable Anna in this delightful place. A hidden gem!

Lovely, friendly and light atmosphere. The cakes on the counter looked beautiful and fresh. The menu was not too big and everything was cooked to order so you could make adjustments (gluten free, vegan). Everything was clearly marked so you knew what the options were. Staff were friendly and smiley.

Always have the mushroom eggs benedict, delicious.

Absolutely love this place. I’m not vegan or vegi, but I still loved the food. A small but friendly place with some stella food. Definitely on the ‘go back’ list.

Been here quite a few times and will continue to come as the menu is decent for vegans as well as them supplying milk substitutes! Usually have the smashed avocado on toast which is perfect for lunch and ever so tasty. Also had a baked bean and vegan cheese panini which has to be my favourite, but they don’t always have the cheese in. Was especially great for me and my sister as we don’t eat animal products. Anne herself is a charming and lovely and always makes us feel welcome! Can wait to be back 😜
