Great place to go afterwork to relax. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly part from K, pints are nice and cold, just what you need on a summer evening.

Not one to write review but feel the food needed one. Well priced and one of the tastied mixed kebabs I have had. Next time in area will be tapping it up. Thanks.

I attended a family wedding last Sunday Wedding hall was decorated well But the chairs around the tables was not sturdy.One of chair leg broke while a 13 year old girl was sitting with parents Staff never turn up as they were busy doing other things. Then we called them and showed them this chair broke and they replace the chair but no body from Management came to ask is everything ok I didnot recommend this place more then 100 people wedding as place is very compact Come to the main point it was Asian Pakistani wedding they really need to hire a Chef 👨‍🍳 who knows about Pakistani and Indian cuisine and spices Family obviously paid the charges but the food was horrible. Saltless and tasteless I am sorry to say. Only good side is Hall was decorated well.

I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant today and was absolutely delighted by the Sea Bass special. The seasoning was flawless, enhancing the natural flavors without overpowering them. The vegetables and fish were cooked to perfection—rich, aromatic, and incredibly well-balanced—while the dish itself was utterly free from any fishy aftertaste. The accompanying sauce was the perfect complement, tying all the elements together into an exquisite harmony of flavors. It was truly one of the finest meals I have had in a long time. Given how exceptional this dish is, I sincerely hope it will become a permanent addition to your main menu, allowing more guests to enjoy it regularly. Worst sauce I have ever tasted. I grow my own herbs I love mint and I love lamb but not this version. The “mint”sauce ruined beautifully cooked tender lamb. It smelled of soap and tasted like it too.this was a special anniversary meal with lovely Chateauneuf du Pape wine so this was sad especially as chef went to the trouble of nice touch of little sweet treats at the end of our meal.

Most amazing spa day ever the manager Ahmed went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.the lunch was superb massive portions and excellent service.i had 2 treatments from moi and I must say the best ever.will definitely be returning.

Exceptional food. Beautiful country pub. Food service between courses was a little bit slow but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to come back again soon. Visited Saturday circa 4:30pm.

Went here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. The menu is varied with quite a few choices. It was quiet on the day we went. Food was good and service was ok.

Poor menu choice. Food was bland. Half the tables needed cleaning so had to sit at a dirty table. Took quite a while for food to arrive. Restaurant was only half full at this time around 14.35pm

What’s with the dreadful touch screen order boards , awful! It’s really slowed down the ordering, queues were ridiculous, many customers were struggling, during busy periods it would be advantageous to have a human on the till ! After today’s experience I’m not sure I will return to the restaurant which is a great shame because the garden centre and shops are fabulous. There are plenty of other big garden centres with a great human customer service!

Saturday lunch. Food was excellent country fare. Unfortunately a karioki sesion started halfway through the meal. It wss very loud so we had to leave after we were told that the speakers would not be turned down. I guess its one thing if theres a professional musician but not when its so loud & off key. Pity, as it probably would have received 4 stars. Check that their is no 'entertainment' before you book and you should have a good experience

I would rate 0 if I could. This should not be called a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. You enter the 'hotel' via a side entrance, which looks vauguely like the pictures. The reception is old, run down and dark, and is not included in the pictures. The property has had a change of ownership - and as of 2023 stopped selling hot food. Could not accommodate a cot bed despite me paying for a room with a cot bed. And in addition to this the customer service is poor. - we refused to stay based on the above and the owner refused a refund. We left and booked holiday inn which is ever so slightly more but far superior. I will be contacting the bank and consumer affairs.

Third time I have been here and every time been horrible, wait 10 mins for cold reheated chips with no taste. Fish is ok but not worth the wait
