Excellent location near Bicester village with great service. Room was clean with good facilities, espresso machine etc. Only complaint was bathroom was a bit tired but it was fine

Could really benefit from providing complementary snacks with drinks.

Chesterton Hotel was shortlisted for one of my wedding venues. The hotel is relatively new so it has a modern, fresh and open look. Kaven (the owner) was super helpful in showing us around and answering openly and honestly with any questions we had. He was open to us doing anything on site (provided no damage). Plenty of parking spaces. Beautiful natural light so you can get the perfect day to night feel. Option to host things outside on the green. Unfortunately due to our guest numbers increasing (220 plus) we decided to not go ahead with the venue but would highly recommend!

I attended a family wedding last Sunday Wedding hall was decorated well But the chairs around the tables was not sturdy.One of chair leg broke while a 13 year old girl was sitting with parents Staff never turn up as they were busy doing other things. Then we called them and showed them this chair broke and they replace the chair but no body from Management came to ask is everything ok I didnot recommend this place more then 100 people wedding as place is very compact Come to the main point it was Asian Pakistani wedding they really need to hire a Chef 👨‍🍳 who knows about Pakistani and Indian cuisine and spices Family obviously paid the charges but the food was horrible. Saltless and tasteless I am sorry to say. Only good side is Hall was decorated well.

Great food and drink for Christmas meal.

Just celebrated my 70th birthday with my lovely family. We had a 3 course Sunday lunch which was delicious. Very tasty. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend

This hotel looks nice, however I found the room to need to some general maintenance, bathroom taps broken and rusty, marks up the wall. For those who like a softer bed, and go stiff from a harder bed, this is not the hotel for you. Although top marks for cleaning! We stayed for dinner, this was average food at a higher price, breakfast wasn't for me, scrambled eggs were runny, which is a personal choice. Not sure if I'd stay again to be honest. Expensive for what we got.

Understated. Quiet luxury with unobtrusive service that's also quiet; at the same time it's excellent ... all the time, from all the staff. That can only be achieved by a hotel striving coninually. It's not easy to get positive, willing, wanting to do well staff. It's very hard for hotels to get more than a few such team members. This hotel seems to have nothing but ... The designer has done an excellent job. Dark rich colour everwhere, natural materials, touches of metallics but nothing opulent. The designer has understood that the use of rich dark colour, everywhere, creates a very luxurious feel to any location. Black and dark green are prominent and although some eyes may take time to adjust, the rich, dark luxury is very relaxing and calming. Good quality food. Excellent business facilities and meeting rooms. Faultless WiFi. Plenty of people willing to go the extra mile for all guests, but especially those who are not happy for some reason and give the team a chance to resolve it. Good parking, excellent access. Will definitely add this one to the short list we have of Hotels around the world worth using when possible, repeatedly. NOTE: we did take photos, but they weren't doing the place justice and rather than spoil the expectation for you, we have chosen some from the hotel's website, which is a true reflection of the establishment so can be trusted.

Super hotel but a bit dark using the stairs. Nice size room and bed and view across the garden.Good food and bar area. Staff all very professional especially Spanish receptionist. We did mention shower was slippery and extractor not strong enough , towel rail didn’t heat up but that’s it really .Would recommend it …

Lovely venue, in a peaceful location rooms are clean and well presented.

Good location if you want to be by Bicester Village and not bad priced. No airccon in the bedroom is a major letdown. Staff are friendly but not sure how knowledgeable about the various menus they are.

Lovely stay in posh rooms with very nice staff. Loved the breakfast and the room service was good, too. Comfortable bed in spacious rooms with in room coffee maker and nice pressure for the shower. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful hotel. Clearly it's had some money revamping it and it's worked. Lovely space for corporate events

We love it here, luckily it's on our doorstep😳 (I've started to come here regularly it's not only a great place to celebrate special occasions it fits whatever you need it to do. Whether you want a light bite at lunch a tastyl bar meal or for that special occasion with friends and family. The menu fits all occasions Fabulous tasty afternoon teas. Lite lunch options to some very special meals in the evening ...not to mention their fabulous cocktails idea for pre-drinks at the bar before evening dinner or a gathering with friends after a hard day's work. Don't hesitate all this and the feel of a luxury unique Hotel.

Met my family here for afternoon tea. Absolutely delightful. Chef worked very hard indeed to cater for my dietary restrictions. Great ambience excellent service.
