Wonderful lunch - food and service outstanding . Our second visit and we will be back

First visit - loved it. Sunday lunch beautifully presented and delicious. Great atmosphere - although the music was a bit intrusive .A family with wailing child arrived about three quarters of the way though our meal -thankfully seated at the other end of the restaurant. While it didn't spoil our experience - a gentle observation: If one is spending Michelin star prices one does not want badly behaved children to spoil the experience.

Excellent breakfast cooked by the very friendly Nicola. The food is all cooked fresh. Lunch is also served each day. It’s great also in the summer as you can sit outside the back that backs onto the canal.

Eaten here before and really enjoyed it. This visit was very disappointing. The food items we wanted to order were "out of stock". This apparently was because the menu was in the process of being changed. Alternative food ordered was nice however it took an hour to reach us and came out in dribs and drabs. We eventually found out that there was only 1 chef working which meant that our party, 6 of us, were all getting our meals at different times. The gentleman who was serving us couldn't have been more apologetic so the fiasco wasn't his fault. However if we had known that certain meals were off the menu we wouldn't have gone there but we had already booked it for a birthday gathering.

Went to miller & Carter in Aughton last night for husbands birthday. Long time since we last went but will definitely be going again soon. Food was delicious. Our waitress Mel was very attentive & knowledgable about the menu. Overall we had an excellent evening

Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us on Sunday afternoon. It was a warm afternoon and we had been walking our dogs along the canal, so it was good to be able to rest and have some refreshments in your back garden. Thanks especially to the young lady who brought out water for our dogs and made us feel welcome. I'd like to come back and try your food, but I'm not sure if you have anything vegan, so I don't think there'd be anything I could have.

The CHIPS!!! The BEST CHIPS I have eaten all year!! Loved that everything on the menu including pies are homemade! The hunters chicken breast I had was super fresh, juicy, tender and tasty… proper good pub food !! I don’t know why every pub in Liverpool can’t get it right and do a menu like yours! Fresh, tasty, great quality and massive portions!

My Uncle John's favorite place. Home away from home. Many thanks to all his amazing friends. He loved coming to the Kings for a pint. Don't be surprised if you see him in the shadows, just raise you glass and give him a cheers!

It's a good all round pub good food and drinks It's good to sit out on a hot day looking at the narrowbots going past the pub the people who run the pub are very friendly and the locals in the area so the for of us will be going again very soon loved the the food and everything about it definitely be going again

Bought 2 meals on sat 3rd may chicken and pineapple and chicken fried rice and chips both meals warm chicken and pineapple tasteless chicken looked pale fried rice was ok one plus for that chicken fried rice again tasteless chips soggy and look warm probably lunch times spent.£25.00 plus never again thanks for nothing......
