The best restaurants serving Default food in Bramhall South Stockport North West

I went to Subway with my husband for lunch. The woman who served us prepared my husband’s order with a very rude and impatient attitude, as if she was being forced to make the food. I live in Btamhall , but this was the first and definitely the last time I’ll visit this Subway location. The lettuce and onions were not fresh at all; both looked dark and wilted.👎🏻

It was so busy and very very noisy with so many people. Food nice but expensive. Because so busy had to wait long time before being served

Visited with my husband we had looked on the internet before going to Bramhall and Shaam Lebanese Restaurant was our choice. We were not disappointed we arrived early 6ish and the restaurant was virtually empty. Staff very friendly and accommodating and we had a choice of were to sit. We didn’t realise that it was a bring your own alcohol but my husband just nipped to Sainsbury’s round the corner so wasn’t an issue at all. When choosing from the menu my husband had the Lamb Bourak and I had the Cheese Bourak for starter which we enjoyed then had Shaam Sultani(Chicken Skewers) and Mixed Kebab with 2 different types of rice (can’t remember which they were but they were delicious recommend by our server). We finished off with a portion of Baklava followed with the bill just over £60 which also had 10% service charge added which we didn’t mind but just to be aware that it is automatically added to your bill. By the time we left the restaurant it was packed and the atmosphere was great. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be recommending to others and will return to explore more of the menu.

Really nice little bar /restaurant. Quite ish at lunch on Xmas eve which was perfect . Good food , freshly made and good value.kaylin Olivia and Neil were very attentive and pleasant . .

Be careful if you park your car in the restaurant's car park behind the building. It was the first time I had been to the restaurant and the food was ok but 5 days later I got a parking fine through the post for £100 or £60 if I paid within 14 days. Of course I protested to the company who operate the car park for Amans and sent a copy of my credit card statement to proove that I had eaten in the restaurant but they said that it was entirely my fault for not seeing the sign, even though it was a dark night and pouring with rain. But they said in the circumstances they would reduce the fine to £20. I phoned Amans and spoke to the Manager but he was unsympathetic. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

We had a lovely dinner at the Crown & Conspirator. The Steak & Ale Pie is the best i have tasted. A big thank you to Paula and her staff for making us welcome. We shall return again.

What a great cafe serving perfect food and soft, hot and alcoholic drinks. Specialising in many on site made cakes as well. All the staff are first class with Kerem and Lauren leading the way being so popular with all the customers. I like to call it “the happy cafe” catering for all ages. Prices are competitive for Bramhall which why you so often see a queue at lunchtimes High recommended

We have been here many times, usually for coffee but today for lunch. Recently we have had to queue for quite a long time while there were empty tables available. Today we were ushered in straight away and ordered fairly quickly. Then we had to wait at least half an hour for delivery of our food. I had fish and chips, although if had I been blind, I doubt whether I could have guessed what it was. It consisted of a thin piece of tasteless fish in a very hard batter which was difficult to cut. Chips were ok but again not very flavoursome. I can safely say that it was the worst fish and chip meal I have ever had in 80 years. My wife ordered a chicken tikka salad which she regretted as she found it too hot. She mentioned it to the waitress who kindly offered an alternative which was gratefully accepted. Excuse for long queues before were a lack of staff. This time the delay was delivery of the meal - excuse - lack of staff and it is the holiday season!

We had the three course Christmas dinner 17/12/24.. we are regulars here.. the food was very well presented and served.. the staff were friendly as usual.. there was plenty to eat.. we left fully satisfied.. thank you all both front and back of house..

The service is bad. Servers are cold and passive aggressive, the glass isn’t fully filled ever and when it is it’s half drink half foam. Costa is very expensive so it shouldn’t be like that. Also servers never present the orders nicely anymore no plates no serviettes or spoons etc.
