The best restaurants serving Default food in Failsworth West Oldham North West

Quick lunch, great restaurant with free parking right outside.

After not being in this place for around 3 years, (see previous reviews) decided to give it a go as I heard new landlady was sorting it out. Called in on a couple of Wednesdays for some early evening dinner. The food is top class, nothing is too much trouble. Service is A1. The quality and quantity of food is top restaurant standard, dinner mains around £13, can't beat it. Also price of drinks has reduced since last time I was in, so what's not to love? 4 stars for atmosphere as it was a quiet Wednesday with no CL football fixtures, just couples which is a huge improvement on previous clientele, little gangster wannabes,you know them, 200 quid in their pocket and think they're Escobar 😉 Give this community local your support, you won't be disappointed 👍

The staff aren’t the friendliest and you’d think they had never heard of a smile. Apart from that, it’s ok for a quick coffee.

I recently ordered shredded chicken from this takeaway, expecting a delicious, traditional dish. Unfortunately, what arrived was quite disappointing. The “shredded” chicken was anything but—each piece was massive and far from what I had anticipated. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating, as I specifically ordered shredded chicken expecting the fine texture typical of this dish. The food arrived in under 30 minutes, which, while quick, made it evident that quality wasn’t the priority. Rather than feeling like a meal made with care, it seemed hastily thrown together to meet a delivery window. Additionally, the chips were not the traditional chippy-style you’d expect from a Chinese takeaway. They lacked that familiar taste and texture, adding to the overall letdown of the meal. Considering the poor quality and lack of authenticity, I don’t plan on ordering from here again.

Amazing Sunday lunch, salt and pepper chicken to die for for starters then roast beef!! I couldn't fit a pudding in sadly !

Food was Good but you put way too much Salt on pies 🥧 apart from that it’s was ok

ordered a philly CHEESE steak. guess what came ? beef and bread no sign of any cheese anywhere. tried to get a refund but was denied. chips were standard takeaway chips, sauces and burger was okay too. wouldn’t order again tho but decent for the price.

A disabled person living in a flat shouldn’t have to explain that the delivery driver needs to come up so food can be delivered. I am beyond fuming at being treated with such disability discrimination and this attitude needs adjustment. NOT EVERYONE CAN ANSWER THE DOOR AND YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR STAFF THIS. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE PRESS

What a shambles this cafe is ,never anyone there to take your order , tables full of half eaten meals, today was the last straw definitely won’t be back

Took myself to KFC tonight gets to order my food, manager called me Love in many times to inform me there's just a chip and pin service only. Been like that since march, no evidence on Web site. So I had to wait a further 20 mins to drive through to get out of the dam place.Manager attitude is crap, she declined to give her name. Refused cash. Also on Web site its says closed at 9pm yet by 8pm shut. So called security guard who could not speak English just grunted Shut.I certainly will not eat here, atrocious none existent service.Thanks nick

Awful overpriced products. Sandwiches and Eclairs were way pricey for the quality on offer. My first and last visit sorry.
