AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I went to this restaurant on Saturday and ordered Hot wings and they have given me food poisoning. If I was you I would avoid this restaurant

i would put a 0 if i could i am a minor and my grandmother didn’t understand that we couldn’t order at the usual till so she went over to asked quite stressed so then i was trying to explain to the workers why she doesn’t understand in a friendly matter and one of the women staff members called me rude and proceeded to scream at me until i felt forced to leave. i have sever anxiety so this small trip meant a lot to me for speaking to people that i didn’t know will never be coming near this place again.

The staffs were so nice and the delivery came out so fast the whole place was clean I think for me it is a ten out of ten spot

All staff need to do a customer service course or be sacked for me to go again. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO FAILSWORTH KFC AGAIN. Don’t bother going to KFC in Failsworth. Every time I’ve been the food is cold and the chicken is hard because of it and they never have Krueger’s so don’t bother asking if they do. Small Asian girl is so rude and has no customer service skills, don’t work there if you can’t be arsed. Waste of my money. I’d rate it a zero if I could

Got there 5 minutes before they opened at 11am and when it got to opening time nobody opened the door the staff started pointing to the side door and let us in apparently they couldn’t find the key. When we went to order the till was also broke so you had to use the kiosk to order. My friend ordered on the kiosk and ordered to pay at the counter in cash she said her order number and got told she couldn’t have a coffee and a cookie she had ordered even though there where loads on the counter in front of her so when I ordered I deliberately ordered a cookie to give to her and I paid on the kiosk with my debit card and opted to eat in. I got half of what I ordered in a bag to take away (I opted to eat in) and no cookie so I went back and got told “I couldn’t have one I need to order again at the kiosk” I told the member of staff I’d paid already at the kiosk and then she was firing questions at me like I was lying I couldn’t prove it because the kiosk didn’t print off a receipt so she reluctantly gave me the cookie. Honestly wish I’d of just handed the food back and asked for a full refund really bad service and I don’t recommend.

All burgers were cold, chips were cold and all crushed. For the money it was poor.

Just eat need closing down I spoke to them on live chat was pointless half my order missing and they won’t do anything I paid 35 for 1 mini fillet and 2 small popcorn chickens worst customer service ever received

I ordered TRILOGY BOX MEAL but in this box there is a no chicken popcorn, no chicken fillet and burger without sauce only lettuce and mayonnaise in side the burger.

Portion sizes need improving and food that isn’t cold would be nice

Ordered via KFC app and glad I Did. Ordered tower box meal, cookies and wrap box meal. I was give two large gravy, popcorn chicken and just fillets. Not a single item, correct? Tried to ring a couple of times to fix issue, no answer. Uber driver (bless him) was mortified the order was so wrong and tried to help as he remembered asking "is this correct" (maybe because it was lighter than it should be, can't open to check) no receipt stuck to my order just the code on bag with order number. Since it's via app, it gives you more information and codes than uber app. I have funny feeling if I didn't have this extra information I would of be screwed out of my order and money. (Least 10-15£ difference) since had no recipt or the extra KFC app code. Uber/KFC contact gave me refund (up to 2 weeks is daft but that's another issue, but I will get it back ) Don't order from Oldham, I do fairly regularly and I think this is the 3rd time I've had this issue in a couple of years and I don't get it? Why not cancel the order if you don't have items or can't be arsed? I don't see how "pissing" off customer, losing the money from the sale and getting a bad rep is worth that time over just not doing the order. Few pics added so Oldam can see the order so they can either fix the issue going forward with staff or just have a wee laugh at my Karen rant. Whatever works for them.

The restaurant is not a fault for the delivery. It is a fast food restaurant and so to be told delivery would be within 20 minutes of ordering and for it to arrive after 50 minutes of ordering by a bloke on an electric bike is it any wonder that the food was stone cold. I can only blame this on Just Eat and the delivery man, not KFC.

Food was never delivered. Either a mistake has been made or the drive is lying. I had a code and was waiting in the front room the whole time.

Ordered chicken wings, not fresh whatsoever, wings were so old, maybe even refried again, the coating so brown, unbeatable!

Honestly what can I say other than 3 large meals ordered 1 meal was correct 2 meals totally wrong. Same with the drinks 1 correct 2 wrong. Every time I have given this kfc a chance they never fail to cock up. At least they are consistent if nothing else.

Always order from here and they always get my order to me on time or quicker food quality just keeps me coming back for more all the time, Much appreciated 🥳

Just been to order through the drive through. Was asked to park up. I waited over 20 minutes till I went in to collect it myself. I didn’t check my order till I got home and yet again they got the order wrong.

Tried to go here twice with friends , they close earlier than said both times . We even tried to walk in because we saw staff still making an order and delivery guys stil working but unfortunately we were rejected yet again.

Several times been here after work and get there 15 minutes before they close but the door are locked staff were preparing delivery order. No one answering drive thru. Happened a few time in a row now. Needs fixing. Will definitely not go here. If it's around 1 hour to close just don't bother going.

This is the 2nd time we've come before closing time and the door is already closed, we tried drive through and no one was answering. You can clearly see staff still making orders. They kept ignoring us.

No complaints today which is unusual for KFC I was going to get a wrap was told I needed to order the machine when I got to the machine there was a meal on offer at a £5 for mini fillet burger small popcorn chicken chips and a drink not bad at all chips and popcorn chicken with nice and fresh but the burgers bun was hard so I took it back and the girl was very nice and replaced it with a very nice soft one with a smile and being very polite to me to 👌 the KFC was very clean and tidy inside the stuff was nice and on job 😀

Gutted about this order. Chicken patty on the burger was as thin as a slice of ham. Asked for a zinger and got a normal plain chicken which was dry. Asked for a white choc cookie was given a pineapple stick. Chicken wings were just about warm. Chips were cold and was given an extra portion for some reason. The only thing that was a decent temperature and was nice was the gravy. This order has now stopped me from getting kfc again as it shows what your given for the price and its abysmal.

Hello, today I ordered 6 wings. I was served by a super nice girl at the register, Mihaela. very kind and nice with a special smile. I was very satisfied with the food and the girl who served me. congratulations

Last two times I have ordered here there was chicken missing and on one occasion the staff were throwing fries at each other in the kitchen, not going back

After a long day's drive home after holiday,I thought I would treat myself and the Wife to KFC. We had already checked and closing time was 10pm. At 9.32pm we pulled up in front of the initial board with the menu. All in darkness and no one speaking to take our order. I drove forward being careful not to hit the kerbs as it was pitch black and I could see a car in front at the next kiosk. I reversed back,luckily at this point no one was behind me.Again we waited in darkness. After two more minutes I drove forward and I was met with a flustered elderly English lady shouting to the back that more customers were turning up. At this point another car was behind us.She was moaning the fact that she wanted to get away at 10pm and because customers were turning up they would have to stay and clean until 10.30 and that she doesn't get paid for it. My wife pointed out that they're open until 10pm anyway.Our order was thrown into a bag. Did we begrudgingly get the staffs supper? I can safely say this is the worst KFC we have ever been to. It beats the one further up the road at Chadderton on Manchester Rd for bad service.Anyway first and last time we will visit.

Whilst eating with my family, myself and husband witnessed staff being rude to a group of teenagers who came inside to order food. I didn’t hear any one of the boys causing a scene but the staff sure did. Asking them for ID as they weren’t allowed in if there were under 18 and not with an adult 🤯 I didn’t realise you had to be 18 to eat KFC. Staff constantly outside on their phone swearing every time we have visited. Behaving worse than the teenagers they turned away. Definitely need new staff with manners. That goes to all the staff working the on the 23/07/24 around 6pm

I went to drive through ordered,paid,collected and went home, half the meal missing, phoned was explaining then rudely cut off Will never go again and wouldn't recommend anybody else does

Driver was so so very rude! Tried to give me the wrong order and I could tell by the size of the bag it was totally wrong! His wife then in the car started shouting at me! Ver VERY rude this is NOT acceptable and by the time he had been in and out of his car and told me his ( who I presume was his wife) got another bag out opened it up again rude! All in the street in front of all to see! Yes we got most of order but after that it was stone cold I WILL NOT BE using again, REFUND and new drivers

During Quiet times, the atmosphere in this KFC Branch is Surrey. Quiet, peaceful and one to one Customer Service, while the staffs could be friendly. Unlike, During peak times, it is something else entirely. Lol 😂

Almost every time I order from here the order is either wrong or has something missing.

Food arrived minus a portion of fries, minus a gravy, minus a barbecue dip, and minus 2 pieces of chicken. Plus I had to wait ages for it & it arrived stone cold. Disgusting

Ordered a mighty bucket for one meal, and didn’t receive it. Ordered two gravies didn’t receive those either. Order two cans of tango and got Pepsi. How can you possibly get the order that wrong!!! There were only two meals on the order to start with and you miss one completely off??

PURE FKIN IGNORANT, ANSWER YOUR PHONE 23/3/23 3 times ordered from kfc Failsworth with uber every time order is wrong and missing something.Last night same again staff are either incompetent or Management lacks training and direction.I phoned the shop 12 times in 30 minutes to allow you to explain but no answer so I got my money back via uber. Waste of space. They are a complete waste of space if you can't offer a service get better management, leadership and staff. Management need changing or training then they need to re train the staff. Far to many mistakes at Failsworth let's down KFC. Your a waste of space....... Get professional.

Was a great delivery person that brought food!

So this was the second time ordering from here the first time was fine tonight was just awful safe to say I won't be ordering from here again first of all the chicken wrap I ordered was supposed to have coleslaw on it instead it's like they couldn't be bothered and shoved lettuce on it which was all green not even fresh it looked awful then they forgot 2 post of gravy which is very annoying when you pay extra and it's like they can't even be bothered to check your order it just ruined out tea basically and I wasted 30 pound On food we didn't enjoy definitely won't be ordering from here again just eat needs to sort themselves out and ensure people get what they actually pay for because it's so unfair!!!

Assistant manager Dave Giles needs to be sacked, rude and inattentive, staff clearly struggling with no assistance, while he struts around with small man syndrome. When questioned on staff training due to waiting times and service quality, he stated it was nothing to do with him. Other customers seen to be raising issues and ignored.
