Got a 12inch pizza was cold as hell dry as hell, and to top it off was overcharged, and the pizza was not even a 12inch it was just a 10 inch, absolutely disgusting fix up or close down

Ordered on Uber, wrong food arrived, called the take out & the guy on the phone SCREAMED at me. He apparently couldn't replace my food cause he was too busy??? He then hung up. Rudest man ever. Food is minging an all.

Lovely service. The menu online and the real menu needs to be updated. The pizza I ordered online was different as the new one and they made me a new one. Felt terrible but they even gave me the other pizza to give away. The food was TASTY and the 16 inch pizza enough for 2 people. We willl come back for sure

The man who owns this shop is very rude. I’m being completely honest he is the rudest person I have ever met. A few times he tried to short change me and I never said anything. Once he tried to accuse me of lying about what I had ordered when it was their fault for missing it out in the first place. I will never order from here. If anyone is reading this the man who owns this place needs to stop being rude to customers

That was the most delectable pizza I have ever consumed. The service was simple quick and polite. The food smelt beautiful and tasted even better. I will 100% be returning and recommending this place to everyone

Not worth parking on double yellow lines!!! Gone downhill. Got a couple12 inch pizza and recieved 9inch/10 inch. Rang up to let them know and they said this is the size of their 12 inch pizza. Pizza was dry and not worth the money. Also pay 50p extra per standard sauce when every where else gives 2 for free. I guess since opening new shop they're trying to make some signage money back by ripping customers off!!! No wonder its always dead in here. Avoid!

I placed an order and was to pick it up at 6:18 .Me rusing trying to not be late.I got there 6:20 and the order was not ready at 6:42 .What a shame

Extortionate prices probably the most expensive pizza shop in Oldham. The food is mediocre.

Food is nothing like how it used to be dry base on all pizzas rock solid and donner was burnt and dry to only thing that wasn’t messed up was the chips! Called back to complain and the man was a right weirdo.

Shocking pizza stone cold and dry ,the chips were soggy all in all rubbish and not happy having wasted my 25 quid still hungry

Been using this place for absolute year and over the time they have gone from strength to strength. I've just ordered 3x 12" pizzas for me and my kids, came withing the time specified. Anyway the driver was lovely only came to £27 for 4 cans and 3 large pizzas. Me not thinking gave the driver £40 instead of £30 and said keep the change... Started tucking into the food which I will add is absolutely tasty as always, around 10 minutes pass and I get a knock on the door, it was the driver. He realised my mistake without me even noticing and gave me my £10 back, simply because of his kindness I split it with him. Restores faith in society, there are some real honest people still out there and working for brilliant companies too! Thank you! 10 out of 10!

Order never arrived still hasn’t and takeaway is refusing to answer the phone not happy atall been waiting 2 hours for it so far

Food is disgusting and took over 2 hours to come and wasnt even what we asked for

3 times in a row now asked specifically for no pineapples and still give it after being told on the phone "I'll write a note". I then tried calling for 10 full mins, to then having to drive to them anyway where no workers were at the desk. Just gave my money back and not a single apology or offer a replacement. No regard for possiblity of allergies.

Ordered a 12 inch donnor pizza, after making us wait a very long time for it we recieved instead the completely wrong topping which had pineapple in it.We were fine with it as we were already hungry after all the waiting we had to do, so we take a bite and we discover it also had mushrooms in it which i am extremely allergic to.Went back inside to complain and they started blaming us for supposedly "saying the wrong toppings"???then they made our pizza again and this time they made it a 10 inch instead of the 12 inch pizza we orginally payed for-the worse part is the pizza which we gave back(with the bitten pieces) we heard the boss say to one of the other workers to throw away the bit pieces and keep the uneaten pizza slices to re sell to another customer???so unhygienic for all you know we could have spat on the other slices and u still would risk reselling the same pieces

On it's day it is the best pizza in town. However, besides the boss man the customer service isn't the best.

Burgers are terrible, definitely frozen, not at all freshly made, service seemed lacklustre and couldn’t care less. Previous establishment was by miles better, chickletz till I die.

The pizza was nice but we expected a lot more toppings on the Islamabad pizza. It sounds like you are getting a lot of toppings but it’s a few topping pieces per slice. Other pizza places like chunky chicken have lot more toppings and more worth it.

Food is very tasty. Someone recomend me not disappointed definatly come again.

Very poor customer service. Tried placing an order on the phone and asked for mushrooms on the pizza and the man spoke to me in a very rude manner and said no chance mushrooms take too long! Also the pizza was over cooked n crusts were burnt

Review is based on customer service. I ordered 2 12 inch pizzas on the phone and when going to collect the guy behind the till tried to give me 2 9 inch pizzas. I told him I asked for 2 12 inches and instead of changing the order he accused me of lying. Why would I lie about pizzas my family was going to eat. A place with good customer service would have apologised and just made 2 12 inches. These guys never.

Just got burger from there with long hair in it. When i rang to complain the very rude person on the phone told me tough nowt they can do. Told them i will be contacting oldham council food hygeine about this

Wot a load of rubbish, no customer service, food horrid didn't get 1/2 of order when I phoned up to ask were the rest of my order was the staff were shouting at each other then said I didn't order anything else but charged me for it ,would not recommend this take away to anybody (not even my dog).

No customer service. dont know how to deal with customers. Lied about delivery called them several time and same excuse driver is slow and will be there any moment. And wrong order delivered.

100% Quality food and absolute best kebabs I ever had out of any other place in uk ! Seriously I can’t wait to visit Oldham again !
