Nice food as always, I always get the Big Ben Burger. Love it large 🥵😊

They did miss a meal out but as soon as I phoned them they rectified it straight away, oh and the best chicken burger and nuggets we have ever had, will definitely be using again and highly recommend 👍👍🔥

The food here is amazing and the portions are big. Unfortunately my peri fries I ordered were missed off my delivery which was disappointing.

Food it self was nice apart from the chicken was spicy . Ordered a boneless chicken box when click on it ask if you want peri peri salt on chips making you think you get chips with it yet you dont apart from that was fine

restaurant went above and beyond to fix a small mistake, they did this quickly. lovely food.

I placed an order at 6pm it stated it would arrive by 6.35pm , I rang store to question where my order was at 7.10pm he said the driver was on his was , I rang again at 7.40pm to ask where it was as still not delivered he said it won’t be long , I told them it was ment yo be on its way 30mins ago and I hope it’s not cold , when it arrived it was freezing cold , I tried to call back numerous times but it was engaged every time very dissatisfied customer

order was over 30 minutes late i paid extra for red salt on the chips but didn't get any and I paid for dips that I didn't receive. food was cold and not very nice

although I enjoyed the food, because it was 20 mins late everything was only warm rather than hot.

The chicken was nice & full of flavour. 👌

Unfortunately my son of bun burger only came with lettuce and mayonnaise and the de dasher burger only came with lettuce & burger sauce on which is quite frustrating as that’s a lot of missing ingredients. It’s a shame because the food that was there was really good, but we definitely didn’t get what we were expecting. Luckily we had a discount code as I would be really disappointed if I paid full price. Would order again in the hope that all ingredients are there next time as we did enjoy it.

I don’t know why there is such bad reviews I got 2 burgers and they was both gorgeous and hot!! Extremely tasty I also got chips with nacho cheese and they was lovely too I would defiantly recommend it, don’t judge the other reviews x

ordered a philly CHEESE steak. guess what came ? beef and bread no sign of any cheese anywhere. tried to get a refund but was denied. chips were standard takeaway chips, sauces and burger was okay too. wouldn’t order again tho but decent for the price.

Absolute waste of money. Order took 2 hours to arrive after pushing the delivery time back twice. All boxes was squashed, food stone cold, food missing. The only recommendation I would give is don’t waste your money stay clear.

Worst food I’ve ever gone the hotdog was a choppy sausage wrapped in a muffin the nacho cheese smelt like feet on the chips and the lettuce on the wrap wasn’t fresh it all got binned and went to McDonald’s

little bit spicy but that my fault for ordering a burger with chillies on lol

the only thing that banged was the peri fries and can of rio, hot dog was missing all the toppings, burger wasn't very well put together...but decent price so if your hungry and don't care about quality you've found your place

First time ordering from here! Ordered 2 beef steaks for them to send 2 chicken! Which was inedible and sloppy! Drinks also wrong! Shocking really when the best thing about it was the chips!!!

Just to reiterate the message given on the reviews: DO NOT EAT HERE! Thought this was that Old School BBQ Bus in Hollinwood. Big mistake. All the food just come out of Heronfoods freezer section. Lettuce brown. They tried to mask the shocking burger quality by drenching it in mayo. Chicken nuggets and hash browns smelt synthetic. Waited almost 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold. My stomach was churning after eating ¾ of a burger. Don't let this place take your hard earned money! Should've just made meself a salad.

Sent the wrong burger last night

First time ordering and one of the burgers missing and can of drink all cold and to top off had to shout down street as driver was about to deliver to wrong address despite clear instructions and phone number!!!!!!

The milkshakes tasted all the same just like vanilla could not tell which was which

I ordered from here and wow I must admit the burgers from here are 10 out of 10 but if u order don't worry if there a little late cos wen everyone tastes the burgers might get a bit later but complaments to the chef beautiful burgers

It's not great, but not terrible. Nothing about the food I ordered felt fresh or tasted remarkable. For the price, I expected more.

Burger had no taste paid extra for nacho cheese on chips was more cheese on burger and galaxy caramel milkshake was just vanilla with chocolate shavings no straw n was spilled all over bag, sad to say first time ordering and will be last.

I've eaten better out of a council estate bin than this, they definitely get the ingredients from a skip. Honestly had high hopes for this place but really I think pigeon tastes better than the burgers. Order was late , only by 10 mins and the food was red hot , only complaint I have is my burger had the core of the lettuce on it, and too much sauce the lettuce and bottom of the bun was super soggy (maybe putting the lettuce on the top of the burger not underneath would be better or maybe not as much sauce. Food was hot and I loved the chips though!

Delivery came really quick. Food wasn't great. Chips felt stale and the chicken burger was really hard. Threw the majority of it away.

Best burgers in Manchester. Hot and Fresh.

Based on the other two reviews my expectations were low but...food was delivered quickly, hot and exactly what I wanted. Driver (a restaurant employee) was super nice. Would order from here again.

Took nearly 3 hours to arrive. Called but did not answer. When it eventually did eventually arrive items were missing and what was there was soggy - had clearly just been microwaved.

Disappointing meal, I ordered the wrap expecting to receive a wrap only to discover that the ‘wrap’ was actually a bread roll, the description was misleading as I wouldn’t have ordered that has I known. Also some of the steak was inedible on the ‘sandwich’. The shrimps also disappointing 6 pieces that were overcooked and dry. Won’t be ordering again

I’ve been a loyal customer and amassed £6.21 in stamp cards, ordered food stamp cards returned to zero with no discount applied. Tried calling six times until delivery driver turned up who I said I wouldn’t have ordered what I did without the discount paying full price, shown him the stamp card email the order etc, said he speak to restaurant on his return heard nothing but been given one stamp card on a new streak.. charlatans won’t order again… Avoid and give somebody else your loyalty as I will!

Loyal customer of this restaurant Burgers and Hot Dogs are fantastic, however ordered Shrimp tonight, couldn’t have been more disappointed. £5.99 for six very small pieces of batter on a huge bed of lettuce, tried two couldn’t taste any fish left the rest wish I could share the photo.. biggest rip off ever!
