Food isn't good and staff is rude if there is an option I will rate in minus.

Worst food ever, order chicken biriyani on the wall they put the prices on then when it's time to pay they said its old price & new price is this that! Food smells weird & taste was tangy basically off food!! Disgusting not going back again

Been waiting 3 hours for my sons food and still not turned up absolutely ashamed will never get from here again waste of space

Says on the leaflet that 2x 12" pizzas cost £10, delivery £1, and a 10% discount if your order online. When online, they instead charged £12.50 instead of around £10.

I am furious with my whole ordeal with this takeaway. I ordered a vegetarian curry when it came it was a meat curry so I contacted the takeaway he said “we will send out a vegetarian curry” I waited 3 hours for a curry to arrive freezing and smelling off you can see by the picture it looks disgusting. It’s meant to be chickpea and potato. I will never order from here again.

Called the place and the man on the phone was very rude.

Unfortunately no dining, no card or contactless payment. You have to pay cash for your meal. They meal and taste is fine .

Food came 1 hour late .. had to ring twice said deliver driver stuck in traffic when it was like half 9pm when is it traffic at that time .. when the food came was really cold and the pizza was burnt .. not happy

Absolutely disgusting I asked for chicken tikka masala this is what i got chicken on bone not one bit thick the curry I got was swimming in oil no need and when I ring back they say what I ordered doesn't exist as in no such thing as chicken tikka masala lol what a joke but every other curry house knows exactly what I want nopever again what a total waste of money! Nothing got ate close your shutters ! You CANNOT cook

As a regular customer that always orders over the phone every time I go in the store my food is not ready and they start to make my food as soon as I come in. They would give me a 10min waiting time over the phone and tell me that my food will be ready to be collected then but that never happens. When I arrive I sometimes even have to wait an additional 30-40mins. When I try to confront them about it I get told „okay okay no worries“ and they always cut me off. Poor costumer service skills. Be aware.

Called at 8pm to order 3 pizzas since my kids haven't eaten and they said it would come in 25 minutes. Waited until 9:30 and was wondering why food hasn't arrived. Kept calling but no answer so I ended up getting food from somewhere else.

It’s tasty pizza but it does have an after effect of diarrhoea which isn’t good. I love how they put loads of cooked vegetables on the pizzas I ordered, the service can be better. I went a few times in the store and I just felt really uncomfortable as I was being stared at. One time with the delivery the pizza came cold so we literally had to reheat it all ourselves very disappointed. It’s an off and on kind of thing, sometimes they do it good most times they do it bad. I can’t forget that time when I called them and they were so rude to me. Do better ashis.

Poor service and bad customer service always

I ordered food over the phone and then half hour later my mate ordered online 40 minutes later his food comes I ring up to be told that online orders get priority over phone orders and my food would be with me soon I waited 1hr and 40 minutes for my pizza which I sent back with delivery driver as it was cold when arrived I wouldn’t recommend this place atall not the first time this has happened

The most disgusted place for food. The food they provided me it was made 2 hours ago. And they served it to for kids. And so unhealthy the food too. But they don’t bother it only because we Pakistani can get a pizza for £5 that’s it. It’s doesn’t matter how they made it. I am complaining to council how come they allowing a shop like this around in Oldham.

Their service has been amazing and I've become their regular customer. Their pizzas are best in the town. Must recommended.

It was a great experience, the staff are very educated and well spoken and the food was exactly how I wanted it. I ordered a peri burger as well as a starter platter and pizza and the spice level was exactly how i ordered it and it was freshly made . Me and my family enjoyed it and I would recommend this takeaway to everyone! :)

It was absolutely rubbish experience the staff is so uneducated. Behaviour was unprofessional, like always. Sisters working there Don't know how to speak to customer I have ordered pizza deal half an hour later. It wasn't ready been told to wait 10 minutes after about 12 minutes. Ask again and they said if you can't wait, just leave the stop who accept this kind of behaviour. And this wasn't the first time. I've ignored them But they don't learn.

**AVOID** ZERO STAR...3RD CLASS RESTAURANT... 3rd class staff. Uneducated, untrained.. expired dough pizza.. made my Whole Family ill just by eating one slice each... Smelly Old Base.. Most probably Expired Cheese.. and expired Chicken..NO taste. ZERO toppings... tried them first and for the Last Time... we All Couldnt Sleep all Night.. just respecting them because owned by an inexperienced Woman... otherwise would have pick the Dirty Staff members up from their Necks and thrown them out on the street..

Ordered 5 pizza, and they where awful. The peri pizza was really salty and the Asian style had no flavour. Food was wasted, kids didnt like it and had to bin 3 pizzas. Wont be ordering from here again.

Why bother accepting orders if you don't have a driver. Waited more than an hour for food, and it was for iftari as well which I mentioned, only to receive an email saying they cancelled my order because they "have no driver" - yeah well cheers for making me waste my time. Took you guys long enough to realise you don't have a driver. Actual pisstake.

Legit if I could give it 0 stars I would but the food is good just the service is horrible.. waited 3 days for donner an naan, to be honest I ain’t the type to write google reviews but these guys took the P and then I was told to come collect it even tho it’s there fault for missing my order and when I came they now gave it to the driver 😂staff needs to honestly improve my humble opinion on experience

There’s nothing that annoys me more than calling an establishment for a collection order and upon arrival your orders still not ready. Called up, was advised it would be ready within 15. Arrived 25 minutes later the food was still not ready. The whole point of calling ahead is to cut out the wait time. Granted if they were rushed of their feet I’d happily accept the long wait as sometimes it’s out of their control. But they were quite with maybe 1 or 2 orders on. Still waited another 20 minutes… for 12 rotis.

Bought 3 pizza ,was a phone order, not satisfied as they weren't properly cooked ,cheese was not cooked,no chicken traces were found ,no taste. Not recommended anyone .

I ordered for iftar time to be ready for iftar and i ordered 2 hours in advance. Went there to collect and there were atleast 10 people waiting for their food to be ready before iftar time. No ones food was ready and the owner started shouting at everyone saying theres no food do what you like!! Extremely shocking behaviour towards customers why take orders if you cant make them on time. And instead of handling the situation in a polite way you start shouting! Wont be going back there again! Absolutely disgraceful. aa

Past 3 orders I've asked for achari pizza and all 3 times they haven't put any on (kanjoos) even tho when picking up they say its on and when you get home and open the box you get the opposite. used to be nice but gone downhill, new staff running it dont have a clue how to serve or speak properly..started going up the road much better service

Used to order here all the time, the food was great especially the pizzas however, the past few times we’ve ordered, specifically the last 3 times, they failed to get our orders right, the food was cold, they missed out items, chips were almost always hard and stale. But tonight is where they took it too far. I ordered at 7:10pm, called up at 8:20pm as its been over an hour and the food still hasnt arrived, so i was told it will arrive within 5/10 minutes…we received the food after 2 hours! We were starving. The food arrived cold, hard, soggy and the flavour didnt even save it, it was horrible. On top of that, their delivery driver drove off before i could even count the change he gave me in 5p’s! Did not give me my right change back. A brilliant takeaway gone downhill and hit rock bottom. Never wasting my money here again

Ver poor managment. Owner of this takeaway is very rude. He dosen't care if customer get upset for wrong order or request for changing in order. Donner pizza is horrible and 4 Chapati is for £1 but if you asked 2 Chapati still £1. Ripping OFF. I will never us them again because of owner's behaviour.

I wouldn't even give them one stars if there was an option. Absolutely shocking. Very rude owner and workers. No manners whatsoever. I rang and ordered at 7 they said come in 20 mins... I went after 20 mins to be told they hadn't even put my order on. Even then it took over an hour of me standing there and waiting before they put it on. Giving the pizzas to everyone who walked in other than me. Instead of admitting fault then they still acted arrogantly as if they giving charity. Ridiculous customer service. Need to learn how to speak topeople.

I ordered the Asian style pizza's absolutely love them the base was very thin which made it even better too

Would not recommend the currently under new management Ashi’s, placed order was told delivery would be 45min. Order arrived 1 hour 45min plus when we a slice was missing probs the delivery guy got hungry , the pizza was burnt, have been ordering for a few years not had much problem before very disappointed.

They dont even deserve the 1 star. food was disgusting salad was soggy amd they didnt put my sauces in the bag which i paid for. People stay away from this place

Sheek kebabs were cold chips were old the gobi ghost had no ghost init apart from 3 piece of bone... it was quiet embarrassing as I had ordered the food for guest who had come. When a called back with a complaint he said he will sort me out next time... Like I will order from you again!!!
