Friend and I booked bottomless brunch at £35 each.. staff were inattentive and due to lack of staff being around to take drinks orders, we chose to leave after 2 drinks. When the bill arrived we were charged £57 each. We queried this and the manager on site (28.07.24) apologised for her lack of communication in dealing with drinks as she had wrongly added drinks to our bill. She “rectified” our bill by refunding us the £22 cocktails but refused to take any responsibility for the lack of poor service. I have been to many bottomless brunch experiences and this is the worst. One to avoid.

Met a friend for breakfast here, had a lovely time. It was very busy and I could see why, the food was great, quick and friendly service. Looking forward to going back.

pretty terrible. am surprised at how bad. ordered thru a delivery company; got the wrong item, and one item was damaged. phoned the number on the website get thru to costa themselves and not the shop wrote an email complaint. manager called me. this was the worst part. the manager seemed like he was from a celebrity tv show. no brain and all chat. i explained the order was wrong. questioned me about the wrong order; it was a hot drink, i was sent the wrong drink. he said 'hmmmm'. next. the damaged order. reply was oh this could be due to the delivery company. no it wasn't. the order was packed wrong and it was in a very tight package so could not move around. the tight package damaged the order. lastly, the drink was underfilled on a previous order i had not complained about. reply: oh we have to fill them low so they dont spill. i told the idiot that this is maybe my 100th order over time from costa. i know where the drinks should be. silence. i can accept shops make mistakes but cannot accept over bloated, under educated, rather stupid, automatically defensive, unable to take any responsibility like a narcissist type of idiotic manager when u try to get it fixed. what a disgusting effort by costa didsbury. i will send this to costa themselves too, and it will be reported on a radio show between 1-2 today. once it has been i will send the link to costa too.

I actually got recommended to visit this place through a friend, very glad i did from the friendly staff to the warm environment loved it.

Order placed through Uber eats. Staff very responsive and friendly. The food arrived on time and was piping hot. Copious amounts and very tasty. A meal that will last me at least 2 days ! Would recommend !

They will only work on your bike if you leave the bike with them all day, regardless of the issue, so knowing it could take hours before they can start work on it, they're are reluctant to give a smaller appointment slot If you agree to leave your bike with them, you will not get any confirmation they have your bike.

Nunca comemos en casa simplemente porque es más fácil relajarse en casa que encontrar un lugar para estacionar. Nunca tuve ninguna queja, de hecho, es la única comida que tendrá mi hijo de 12 años. ¡Todo está arruinado ahora debido a que me dio un complejo paranoico sobre el arroz! ¡Allí, en la parte superior de la tina sellada de arroz, había una hormiga! ! Hablar de "camarero hay una mosca en mi sopa!" ¡Les llamé por teléfono para hacerles saber mi horrible hallazgo solo para que me ofrecieran un intercambio de arroz! No, gracias 3 Osos. I have never left a review never mind a bad one but I booked Salvis NQ for my bfs birthday a week in advance, I received multiple texts confirming the booking in the lead up to this evening - get there 5 mins before our reservation at 6.30pm and the restaurant is closed! Rang the store and could hear the phone ringing but very obviously they were not open as there was a letter hanging out of the door. No notification or communication from Salvis to ask us to go to another location or even to tell us they are not opening today. So annoyed as they’ve got fab reviews for food and I thought it would be a perfect bday place! We went to the corn exchange location to see if we could get a table there but it was pretty full and there was only one staff member on so we decided to not add to his visible stress. Probs won’t try to come again which is a shame because we were looking forward to it!
