Good quality bags from good to go and always friendly staff. Juliet was especially nice and gave me extra in my order which is much appreciated especially for the price. Definitely would recommend as a bite to eat or something to take home later at night.

Jess served me this morning as I was waiting for my connecting train at Piccadilly after an early flight into Manchester. She was really friendly, said morning with a smile on her face & happily spoke me through the morning deal & ensured I knew about any upgrades I could make e.g., a bigger coffee (which was needed!). Service was efficient, coffee was good & so was the food. Considering it's in a station the price isn't too bad either!

Friendly, helpful, efficient and smiley service, tasty food, and just the tonic I needed after the frustration of a cancelled train and a ticket machine that wouldn't work! Thank you to smiley Sarah for brightening this frazzled traveller's day.
